Will not use quicklane again. They refuse to honor their appointment times. If you make an appointment for 8am (which is 1st appointment), they should pull it into the bay at 8. Yet somehow they always have other vehicles there and I end up having to wait around for who knows how long for something as simple as an oil change.

Katie and Taylor along with Justin were very helpful in my vehicle needs and services. The facility was very clean and organized and were well staffed. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs and services.

Brought my 2018 Transit 150 in, the service department charged me $600 for a transmission service and new battery. When I picked up the vehicle the transmission was slipping and driving irregular. Dustin Guyton , service director is taking no responsibility and now wants me to pay $2,200.00 for them to diagnose the problem. Bunch of crooks, take your vehicle elsewhere!

Walk in is Welcome. But an Appointment is what you need. All these Mechanics know what they are doing and it's 100% Guaranteed. I've had Oil Changes and other Mechanical Work done here. Check it out, you will end up liking the Service and the Amounts.

As the name says it was a Quick stop, if you set up an appointment they will have your information on file so by the time you get there just handle the keys and you will be in your way home in 45mins. I was there for oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement of the company s truck.

I have been a customer of partnering dealership D&D Motors since 1997 and of this Quick Lane in recent years (since oil changes began to be scheduled here instead of the D&D Motors Service shop). With exception of maybe a few times that I have changed my oil and filter myself, I have always gotten my oil changes done here (since they were included for the lifetime of my vehicle with purchase at D&D Motors).I realize that my car is older and requiring more maintenance, but nearly every time I get my oil changed here the service technician is trying to sell me an expensive service. There have been multiple times that an "urgent" service was pushed, yet when I took my car to other mechanics for other repairs I have been told the services recommended by Quick Lane are not even needed.On my second to last visit, I was told that my brake pads were in "immediate need of replacement." I promptly took my car to another mechanic who told me that I had at least 25,000 miles left on them.On my latest visit, it was my battery (which I paid an extra $30 to have tested at Quick Lane) that an auto parts store, a independent battery dealer, and another mechanic subsequently tested and told me was cold-cranking at higher than the rated amperage without any concerns.With exception of perhaps tires (which they claim to price match with competitors), additional services completed here are marked up. I'm hesitant to get any services done here because of that and their recommendations for phantom repairs.In short, this garage could learn a lot about maintaining business by competing for customer loyalty with honest service and fair pricing. I would not recommend them for more than a simple oil change.

I ve been going there for years to service my Ford van. Showed up today for my scheduled appointment, presented them the coupon that they mailed me last week, it was expired and they refused to honor it. Customer service score today: ZERO.

They always make sure I get the best service possible. If there is a problem they come and ask if I know about it and suggest solutions instead of just fix it and charge me.

I liked their service and been using them for my trucks. But they started quoting one price and then throw in hidden costs like "shop supplies" and somehow assume people know and will be ok with it, I wont be ok and wont be back. Sad i have to find someone else now thats honest.

Friendliest and most professional auto repair place I've ever been to. They always have me in and out quickly, and never try to oversell me on things I don't need. The place is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating.

If you own a Ford, you should absolutely have it serviced here! Their prices are very fair and they use genuine Ford parts. Also, most of their services include a vehicle diagnostic so you know what services your Ford needs now and in the long run. Dustin will take care of you and make sure you get the best services for your Ford.

This is one of the only oil change places I can go for an oil change in my dually f350 and get same day service. I asked for my power steering pump to be looked at a few years ago as it went empty and I wanted to see where it was leaking for warranty coverage. They told me that there was no leak and sometimes they would be low filled from the factory. (I knew it was bs but it was a very slow leak). The most recent visit they told me that my power steering fluid was low and that I had a leak that needed to be fixed soon. It has been 2 years from the last time it was filled. I won't be getting D&D to fix my power steering.

Great Service today 12/14/20Walked in was immediately helped by Evan Coppedge. I said I'm here to get oil change + total works for my Escape. Was in n out quickly. Evan was very helpful. I'll be back next year.

Dustin and Evan are both wonderful and have helped me so much!! They are all about putting the costumer first and making sure that the costumer is happy and content before leaving the store. They ensure that you know all of your options and let you decide on what you want to do instead of pressuring you into doing something. If you haven t been up here to get your car worked on , you are missing out!! They will take care of you and treat you right. Thank you Dustin and Evan for helping me stay safe , I greatly appreciate it !!!

You definitely need an appt for service. They keep themselves pretty busy. Service is good and affordable, as far I experienced. Waiting time is long (30+ mins), while your car is pulled in for service. Staff is kind, not extremely friendly, but they are professional and the locations looks clean and tidy.

A few words tell all. But experience tells more. Con ,Cheap parts, long waiting,high price service!!!! Spent 600. Bucks and you can t tell me where the oil is leaking from. Guess that why the name is quick lane ... they don t even grease you . But they sure rub you good and quick while your dry ....

My son had purchased tires from them about 2 months ago. He stopped by there yesterday to ask about fixing one of the tires wich had gotten a screw in it. He was told they didn t have time to deal with it. This was well before closing time as well. It was my understanding that he was to receive roadside sssistance with these tires also. Thank goodness my husband was sble to repair it.

First thought this was a Ford Service center, being I was new to the area. Wrong, they service all brands. Make online reservations to guarantee a time if you're going to wait.

First, I ended up going somewhere else. But, I wasn't all that impressed with the place. The main website specifically says "No Appointment Needed", what it does not tell you is that there is a 3 day wait to get your oil changed. Add that to me having to wait 20min for someone to show up at the front desk to tell me I would have to come back in 3 days and I was a little upset by the end of my visit.

I am very disappointed in the service we had my 2019 ford Ranger there for a oil change and a tire Rotation but I which them from the time they pulled the truck in and they never did a tire Rotation and I which them the hole time and they tried to tell me that it was done when I know it was not so I had to pay for something that was not done.Service: Oil change
