The entire staff at Maaco was great! Emily was honest and thorough with going through the details and what s necessary/not necessary for my car. Deanna was who I worked with when I picked up my car and she was so kind and accommodating. My car had sat outside for a day after the paint job and she offered to wash it for me because it had pollen on it. They did a wonderful job on my car and I couldn t be happier with the results!

My 2009 escape was badly oxidized. Maaco did a great job on the car. Went from grey to black. Car did not have rust, but needed prep work. My only complaint was maaco would not honor the coupon sent to me from their website.

Wanted to leave a honest review. Bianca and Travis were whom I dealt with the most. As for in person customer service it was exceptional no complaints there. My chief concerns were after I dropped off the car and the finished product that left my experience mediocre.My car was egged which ruined the paint my insurance had MAACO on their list so I went after another company wanted to quote me double the price of MAACO. I dropped off on a Wednesday Travis explained to me that my whole car would be repainted and told me my car would be ready the following Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday I was expecting a call for an update as the day progressed no call so I called before they closed. They said it wasn t ready but it could go either way Wednesday or Thursday. I waited all day Wednesday no call, so again I called they said they would call me Thursday morning and let me know if it would be ready. Thursday morning came no call. What I m trying to convey is they at no point in the 8 days they had my car did they call to give me an update which is just bad customer service.When you pick up your car they make you sign a statement that states Customer understands some overspray may occur and after inspecting I was shocked at the amount. So get ready to have overspray all on your trim, lights, mirrors and run down paint on your trunk and hood. The paint job itself is not bad but they billed the insurance $3700 so for that price I would expect a better job overall and not without my car for 8 days. Just know what you are getting into the photos tell the story.

No prep work at all just painting over a door that I replaced because of a bump up. Then when I go show them the bring up about a warranty who cares about a warranty we want the job done right!! Such a great experience at this location! Travis was very kind and that his best to get what I wanted it out of my paint job. It only took them 3 days to get it done and it s perfect!

Paint job itself is not bad. It's a great price for what you get. Get ready to have overspray on your door trim, lights, and windows. I also had some run down paint on the edge of my hood. Just know what you're getting into

I went to Maaco for repair to scratches as well as repainting the area on the fender of our van. The area looks beautiful with no evidence that there were ever any scratches! Also, I was given a ride home after I dropped off the van as well as a ride back to Maaco when the work was completed. I am so pleased and highly recommend Maaco! They are the best!Service: Painting

Bianca, first and foremost was excellent. Great customer service. She called with updates daily and kept me informed on any issues that occurred during the process of my vehicle being repaired and painted. The finished job on my fender and door looked really great and I am a satisfied customer. Thanks for all your help.

Made an appointment for an estimate which asked about the year and model of my truck to get a minor scrape repaired, drove 20 minutes there just to be denied service due to the age of my truck. They did not even bother looking at it. I can understand the year limit if your business is making the money to do that, but at least contact the people that will be refused service to tell them, so they don't waste their time driving to your business. The paint on it is new, the picture is what I wanted fixed, the taillight was not even damaged.

I came here after comparing prices with another company to have my front bumper replaced. I told them that at least one of the brackets had been broken when I dropped it off, and said that the other place that gave me an estimate confirmed this, so they knew upon drop off of a broken bracket. MAACO did offer me a better price, so I decided to use them. I dropped off my car once the pieces came in. I was told that I should easily be able to pick it up by the end of the day, the next day at the latest.The day after I dropped it off, they told me they realized the bracket was broken and they were waiting for the piece to come in, after I clearly told them about this in the estimate. A week after I dropped it off, they called me to tell me the paint was off color, which I understood with the year of my car was a possibility. They made it sound like they were going to find a solution and get back to me. When I called them the next day, I had to ask if they had come up with anything, and they basically said it wasn't their problem, they did everything right. Eight days after I dropped it off, I called them to see if it was ready and they said yes, so I said great I am heading that way. I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and the whole place was already shut down for the day. No warning me, after I had just spoke to them that they were leaving early for the day. Finally, 9 days after dropping it off I picked it up. The product doesn't look bad (a little miscolored but it is an older vehicle), but the absolute headache of missing work/getting an Uber all the time/borrowing someone else's car, the lack of communication, absolutely no offer to rectify their mistakes, AND the color being off on a project I was told would take at MOST 2 days, that doesn't sit well with me. The front desk worker, Kara, was very nice and professional, so that is a positive, but I can't say I recommend this business overall. Pay the extra $300-500 elsewhere, it'll save you in the long run.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service...in on Monday and back home on Wednesday. Did a rear quarter panel repair and paint. Looks like new. Service technicians were very friendly and did a comprehensive inspection and provided a quick estimate to the insurance company. The work was authorized by the insurance company on the same day and work began almost immediately. Paint job was blended exceptionally well to match the rear hatch and passenger doors. She didn't try to oversell and made the estimation process such a joy that Im taking my car there to have it painted. By far, the best customer service I ve experienced in a very long time. Bianca stayed with us until after closing going over options and colors to paint my scratched and faded Forerunner. She did not rush us, was very helpful and truly made us feel like we were a priority. Montez also gave suggestions and expertise on what would work providing pictures and knowledge to help us make the best decision. We drove an hour and half to this particular shop because of the service and pricing we received over the phone. It s a dying concept but this place truly puts the customer first.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

People were nice enough But poor communication and poor job not messing up areas of the car that now need to be painted AFTER getting paint job (poor masking job??). Now also I have to replace emblems that were scuffed (they were not decals) due to the sanding process. I was told some overspray to be expected but it was definitely more than a little and in very obvious areas. A LOT of overspray.Service: Painting

So I had a bad experience with Macaco of Greenville,well sorry Macaco of Greer isn't any better. Took my 2017 to Greer for what I believed was a quality paint job. Boy I was Wrong! I went to pick it up after a few days of dropping it off. I still had White paint showing that should of been painted in several areas of the Explorer. Manager came out and showed him the paint issues. Next the prep guy sanded both my rear taillights and one rear driver's door plastic trim and the front trim where my spotlight is located. Said they would correct it. Disaster!! Wouldn't recommended Macaco.Service: Painting

Took my truck in to be painted March 27th! Went to pick it up April 3! The pin strip was not done the label for the tailgate was broken had to get another one! Had to wait to get the pin strip finished! Going back to get the hood repainted and where the new pin strip is it has a ripple look where the other strip was sanded off! The guy said you can't see the ripple look until you look at it at a angle! Also had paint on both front windows! Not pleased at all!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have had Maaco paint 3 cars now over the past 3 years. And each job was phenomenal! I researched different locatons and this one was the best by far. It's all about the quality of people and customer service care. Sarah & Kara have treated me like a VIP each time I have come. Get most of my paint business even tho i have to drive my cars 40 min one way. Quality is definitelly way better then spartanburg store. Dark colors turn out very nice.

We showed up at 4;40, on a Friday! Walked through the door with exceptional customer service and smiling faces , very knowledgeable , very courteous, and beyond helpful! Bianca Taylor, and Montez Gore are the best! I am in sales, and I truly appreciate superior.customer service, and both Bianca and Montez are the face that Macco wants in front of their customers. 5 stars is the best, but I would give them both 10 s!Service: Painting

Sarah was great to deal with and prompt in communicating. That said, if you are looking for a quality paint job this is probably not the place to go. For the cost I think the paint quality is about aligned as any other body shop would be charging 2 to 3 times the cost. I ended up having to take the vehicle back for a 2nd trip due to some runs in the paint as well some other issues. Those issues were addressed for the most part but new issues were introduced that I am just going to handle on my own. Auto painting is certainly a you get what you pay for type of quality item. For the price I paid I am OK with work, no thrilled but OK. If you want a real quality paint job expect to pay a lot more than you will here. For me, I was painting a 20 year old vehicle hoping to get another 5 years or so out of it and I think this will work.***UPDATE: I have replied to the owner per their request and will update if anything changes.***UPDATE 2: As expected, Maaco did not respond to my email. They should not ask for information if they have no intent to respond. Pretty sad customer service.Service: Painting

We had two vehicles painted at Maaco in Greer. Both Sarah and Kara were amazing to work with. Both of our vehicles looked stunning! There is nothing negative I can say about my experience and the outcome of the paint jobs. We used MAACO through a Silverrock warranty company suggested resource for our newly purchased car through Carvana. Montez was super helpful & highly skilled at guiding me through the process and making it as easy and fast for me as possible when it came time for the actual service.
