I've always had good experiences with the service center. Joseph is usually the one that helps me and is very friendly and personable. The sales team was pleasant as well. They assisted me with getting another vehicle within a price range that worked for my budget. I was a little disappointed with the incorrect information that was provide by the guy in the financing department. I got the wrap service contact. Mainly because the reason I was getting a new vehicle was because the transmission was going out on my prior vehicle. He told me that all labor would be covered under the service contract. Needless to say when I went to get recommended maintenance done that wasn't on my maintenance plan I discovered this information was not true. I read through my vehicle service contact and found it didn't cover as much as I was lead to believe. To be fair, I should have read over the vehicle service contract more thoroughly before signing the contract. At the time, I had already been there for hours and it was pasted closing time for them and I just wanted to go home.

Had a great experience here. They listened to my concerns about my vehicle. The tech test drove the car with me and patiently addressed all of my questions and took time to explain in detail to help me understand how my car functions. All of my concerns about my car was alleviated. I would definitely come back here and would recommend this location for service.

Took my Nissan truck in and they changed two fuel injectors the next day the service engine light came on. Took it back they said I need a EGR valve got it done. Next day service engine light comes on. Take it back now they say catalytic converter is bad. How can I trust their last diagnosis. Already spent $1500 dollars and new converters start at $2400. So I basically paid almost 500 for a part I didn t need.The EGR valve was useless.Service: Engine repair

Spent $3800 on a new transmission there back in June. Then had a pinhole leak in one of the hoses going to the transmission that showed up six months later in the transmission performance when the weather got cool and the fluid level contracted. Instead of just making good on a hose that should've been replaced when the transmission was changed, considering the amount of money I'd already spent there, they charged me $345 more. I won't be going back there.

Unfortunately, I was not there to purchase a vehicle. I had some questions pertaining a personal matter which involved a Nissan. Ruben was extremely patient, kind, and understanding and he clearly explained everything to me without judgement. I appreciate that time more than anything and I hope he succeeds in his career. Good hearts and people are hard to find.

If it wasn't for Joseph Carr, I would never go back to this Nissan. I had a horrible experience with the sales department and made the worst decision of my life with my trade in, but Mr. Carr is amazing! When I need to get my car serviced, I will only see him. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He helps with any questions or problems I have. It has been said that he talks a lot, but to be honest, it makes you comfortable and is one of the main reasons I keep going back to him. He doesn't make you feel like your just the means to a paycheck, he makes you feel like your friends or even part of the family. As long as he is there, I will continue to keep getting my car serviced there!

Very upset with the service department! I called and made an appt yesterday for an oil change today at 1pm. The lady I spoke with confirmed it and also after my calll I got an email confirming the service appointment. I drove all the way from Greenville for the service guy Thomas to tell me I didn t have an appointment and that there wasn t much he could do. And that maybe I called the wrong Nissan and I explained to him I did not also I explained to him that I called yesterday and showed him the email and that I drove all the way from Greenville! Over 30 mins and he was not helpful at all he said if I wanted an oil change he could TRY to squeeze me in but I had to leave my car for a couple hours! Very upset bc I have been a customer since 2015 when I bought my Nissan there.

I bought a used 2018 GMC Canyon Denali and was told when I purchased my service plan I had to use it only at Nissan for it to be valid so I take my vehicle in for the 2nd routine oil/filter change and tire rotation and realize they used the wrong oil in my vehicle and call to have the issue resolved. I was told 2x that the correct oil was used and so I consult with a GMC dealership at 2 different locations to confirm the details and was told it was the wrong oil and to have it changed. I contacted the service manager that confirmed that the wrong oil was used and I was told they would change it when I come back. I found out that was the 3rd time the wrong oil was used in my vehicle and they said when I brought it to their attention they made it right by putting the right oil in it. After I been driving with the wrong stuff for a year they basically shrugged it off and said don't tell nobody. I will NEVER use this dealership for service or otherwise ever again. I also waited 1 hour and 15 minutes the first time and 4 hours later I waited 1 hour for them to correct the issue.Service: Oil change
