I had a good experience as far as customer service goes. They were very courteous. When I called to make the appointment they were able to get me in the next day, which was great. It does take a little long to get your car serviced there, but I believe they do a good job. I was there about an hour and a half or a little longer to get an oil change and an air filter but other than that, I have no complaints

My husband and I had a wonderful experience trading in my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer model. Mike Goodman was a great salesperson and exerted no pressure. He was patient, kind, and guided us through the process perfectly. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

As a first time car buyer, you know the process can be extremely difficult and hard. I have been searching LONG AND HARD for a car and the last 4 mos i have been wanting a VW Atlas... Luckily I found one here at Fred Anderson of Hyunda. I scheduled an appointment to come and look at the car one weekend and fell IN LOVE. The past couple of days that's all I could think about. Stephan was so sweet in showing me the vehicle and even went on the test drive with me. I came back a few days later and signed for the vehicle! Not to mention Adam how he worked and found the right bank that would approve me!! (again first time car buyer) I had the best experience working with the two of them!! Thank you Stephan & Adam at Hyundai of GreerI highly recommend them on any used or new vehicles, as they were beyond professional!

My experience at Fred Anderson Hyundai of Greer was AMAZING. They were so kind and dedicated to helping me find the car that works best for me. My sales person was Austin Lewis. He is super kind and considerate and communicative. I also Was helped by a gentlemen named Abe he was super helpful and thoughtful as well. The finance manager was so sweet. I felt as though he was very honest and straight forward with customers. He was so helpful in explaining things. All around 10 out of 10 for their customer service and dedication!! I will recommend ANYONE to them that is in the market!

Jonathan was exceptional in helping us find the best SUV to fit our lifestyle and our family. He was patient and did everything he could to secure the best deal. We ended up with the Santa Fe and are extremely happy with the choice. We highly recommend him and Hyundai of Greer.UPDATED ON APRIL 16TH:Just as a follow-up went back to buy another car for my wife based on our positive experience.I can't say enough about Johnathan and the Finace person. Just top notch and very professional. I traded my Highlander in and we did the usual dancing on pricing.In the end got another Santa Fe. Awesome car and although we haggle got a fair price.These guys are super and highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and go see Johnathan. Great personality and pleasure to deal with.My son in law needs a car as well and little doubt I will be back to see Johnathan again!!

My wife and I were looking for an energy efficient Hybrid SUV for her hour long drive to Asheville every morning. After leaving the nearby Honda dealer unimpressed, we stopped by Fred Anderson Hyundai on our way home to take a quick look. We met Shavanzz Jackson at the door who was very polite and listened to our needs. He didn t think there was any Hybrid Tucson s on the lot, but went to take a look. Within minutes, he drove around the corner with exactly what we were looking for, he was so excited for us that we drove it home that night! Great experience with all the people working at Fred Anderson Hyundai!

Recently bought a 24 Palisade from Christopher. He was a great sales man and made the process very simple. The managers were very nice and straightforward. THIS DEALERSHIP IS GREAT ON PRICING! Will be buying all Hyundai cars from here, in the near future. One downside of this dealership is that they barely are able to provide loaner cars even with extended warranty. But overall a great experience.

JJ is a wonderful service manager! He is an honest straight shooter and not too bad to look at either! Salesman Donnie and Mike are wonderful also! Donnie spent time with us explaining everything! He is such a nice guy!My car buying experience was so peaceful and enjoyable!

Extremely disappointed in the product and customer service. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson in June 2023. It broke down twice leaving me stranded, once over 500 miles from home. Fred Anderson knows there is a bulletin on the fuel injectors, which was the cause of the breakdown both times. The car began lagging when I stepped on the gas and I brought it back in for a third time. They said since the check engine light wasn t on there was nothing they could do, the check engine light wasn t on either time I broke down. I drive my car numerous miles for work and pleasure. Fred Anderson could have replaced the last two injectors, but wouldn t because they would ve paid for it and not Hyundai. I traded in the Hyundai and bought a Honda at a different dealer. Fred Anderson prioritizes profits over safely so they are definitely a company I will no longer do business with.

Very friendly staff. Worked with my budget and all our needs and wants. Got us into a car and back on the road in a very timely manner. Stephan was a polite and courteous salesman who wanted to make sure he got us into something we were going to be happy with. Ended up being a little more than I originally wanted to spend but was a very pleasant car buying experience.

Today I was greeted by Stephan Moore in sales and Madison. Stephan is very knowledgeable and fair when it comes to buying a new car. In addition Adam Rainwater discussed all the numbers clearly with me and understood my needs. No games just bottom line!! Lastly JJ Jordan was also very accommodating and kind. The entire team made my experience pleasant, comfortable, and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Side note: I did not have the same experience at Benson sad to say.

I would love to share my experience at the Fred Anderson Hyundai dealership in Greer. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Every person that I dealt with was very professional and welcoming. Cory Thompson was the salesperson that helped me find my new car. Sometimes a car purchase isn t a want to, but I need to, and this was my situation. He was patient and took note of the things that I liked and disliked in a vehicle. He gave me great options with great prices. This was overall the very best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership where I was treated so well. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a new or used car that you give this dealership a visit. If it s not your first visit, make it your last.

Excellent customer service. Personable, not pushy, everyone in the dealership was attentive and polite, from the receptionist to the manager to the business rep. Jonathan was our sales rep and he made sure we were taken care of. He listened when I said I was in a hurry the first day and made appt for the second day. Our new car was not ready to leave with us the second day, which was disappointing. Jonathan offered to deliver it at our home the next day.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and I was very pleased with how much respect they gave me and my wife during the sale. Shavanzz was very detailed about explaining the new features of each vehicle we looked at and how they operated. Shavanzz never failed to mention how Safe Hyundai Vehicles are designed and built and that alone was very comforting and very important to me. This is our third vehicle purchase from Hyundai Motors and we loved the new facility at Greer. Sales manager JJ was very impressive and clearly a great salesman. And as always Jason in the Financial Services clearly does his job well and is also very impressive in terms of his ability to deliver detailed information. We truly appreciate Hyundai of Greer, and highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car check them out. 100% satisfied customer!!!

Johnathan Morel was my salesman today. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and he was waiting for me when I arrived. Johnathan was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I drove. He answered all my questions and was very personable. This is my second visit within 1 year .This itself reflect that they have something quality so people comeback to them.I was welcome by humble and helpful receptionist and she I produced us to kindest sales person Michael and Miss Madison.Both Michael and Miss Madiso are great.I told them about my requirements and they suggested me the perfect vehicle meets my requirementsThanks to both of them.I purchased Kona Electric Limited edition.Then comes very important things that is numbers and Mr JJ Jordan who is Sales Manager help us with numbers and finance.Overall once again a great experience for us.Hat's off for the entire Team of Fred Anderson Hyundai Greer.I will give them 11 out of 10

My salesmans were Johnathan and Cory. If I could give this dealership and their employees a 10 star instead of a 5 star I would. I want to start off by saying thank you to the whole crew from Fred Anderson Hyundai. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle to us entering the Hyundai dealership, every employee their greeted us with a smile and was so pleasant. I have never been to a dealership where every employee had a smile on their face. I have to say that this was by far my best car shopping experience. The salesman was adept as well as very informative. He even made sure to answer each and every question we had patiently. I want to thank Melinda from the beginning she was sweet and called me back to make sure everything was going well. Jonathan was great and went above and beyond to get us a great deal. Jeff Hux for getting us a GREAT DEAL and making it work out for us (thank you so much, sir) Cory, what could I say about him he is a great salesman that from the beginning to the end made the experience smooth and had us laughing the whole time. They offer the best prices on their cars with no hidden fees.Our salesman Corey Thompson helped find the right Kona for us.
