My mom backed into my truck. She insisted I take it to the dealer to fix at her expense. We got a pretty reasonable quote from Stephen and we told him she'd be paying. They had to order parts so it was gonna be awhile because of the strike. My mom lives in Missouri so we told him she'd need a way to pay over the phone. Said sure just fill out this form that will authorize us to take a payment over the phone. 3-4 weeks later I get the call that the parts are in. I drop off the truck. The job is quoted as 3-4 days tops. Well it took 6 and was still waiting on a z71 badge. So they try to contact my mom for payment and now it's a whole other ordeal. I told them she filled out the consent form which is what they told us we'd need to do in order for her to make a payment over the phone. They say no they can't take a payment over the phone she needs to fill out a form including her credit card number and then fax or email it in. Lol my mom was like no way so I just payed for it and she reimbursed me. So I pick it up and drive it home and go to take an after pic and find a scratch. Take it back to the shop, it was the day before Thanksgiving so we agree to wait until the z71 badge comes in to fix it. 2 weeks later that happens and I drop it off and it's a one day job and the truck looks perfect.

Would not recommend. Bought my truck down there saw carfax show it was wreck they did all the work to fix it. Thought okay dealership should know how to fix it right. Wrong I notice when back up the front end of the truck would pop took it to my mechanic to let him look at it, and boy was I mad parts was missing and a lot of bolts loose. Called down there they said they would fix it. Took down there later that day they called said it was fixed. Took back to my mechanic cuz I didn t trust their work and glad I did they didn t tighten everything up like I told them to.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My experience here was GREAT! I normally take my cars to the Laurens Rd Fred Anderson but they were booked. I was advised to reach out to this shop by a trusted person over at Laurens Rd! Well he steered me into a great guy. Mike S. (Allstate) he did a great job keeping me informed about my repair. I would recommend any one here! The customer service is excellent and they will help you figure out whatever's less stressful to be helpful.

I m very disappointed with the customer service from Fred Anderson Collision (Greer). I left my car (Honda HR-V) on 10/23/2023 in the morning to fix but until now my car is not fixed yet.I have been reaching out to the responsible for this service every single day and always I get a new excuse.The damage in my car was just the front bumper, and some parts in the passenger side, but unfortunately, the knee airbag was deployed.The first excuse was the time to get the other airbag, after the part arrived it was wrong.The second was the seat belt, after the seat belt arrived, the next excuse was the battery .they said that it was necessary to replace it (my car is 2023 and the battery is bad?).The last one was because the Honda technician that was working in my car got sick (Is there just one technician working in there?).I m very disappointed with this situation.I ve been paying for the rental car for more than 30 days and nobody cares about my situation as a customer.Unfortunately, I chose this company because I got a good recommendation from my friends but in my case, I can t recommend this to you.

We took our truck here after a minor bump up with damage to our front headlight cover. We had to wait for the part to come in after ordering due to the auto workers strike. Not their fault! But finally, once the part came in, we took our truck up there to get fixed. It took almost a week to get our truck back, and when we got it back, we noticed a nick in the paint job of the headlight cover they just replaced and worked on. The whole time it was in the shop, we kept getting the run around as to when it would be ready. When we took it back up there to address and fix the nick in the paint, they just chuckled! In the end, it got fixed, and all is well now, but that was the biggest joke and hassle. I'm not going to say I will never use them again, but they are at the bottom of my list of recommendations.

Becky is literally the best, I cannot tell yall how fantastic she is. She a great communicator and is invested in creating a great customer service experience for you. so glad I decided to get my car fixed here. Blaine McDaniel provided the most wonderful customer service I have received from any service in quite a while. He was incredibly competent, attentive, kind, and overall really great to work with. I never had to call to check the status of my vehicle - he always beat me to it with updates. He made what was a very stressful situation so much better. If we ever need any other collision type work, the only place we'll consider is Fred Anderson because of the terrific experience we've had. The staff was very pleasant to work with. They helped me out immensely when I needed my car repaired. While it did take a while as my model parts were on back order I got it back looking as good as the day I got it new. I'm very pleased and just happy to have my car back.

What was going to be a 3 day repair took over 2 weeks. While that is not entirely a repair companies fault I had to call and ask for updates all but one time while my pick up date kept getting pushed back and back. They did a great job on repairing door panels of my vehicle. Initially they said it would take 8-9 days. It ended up being over 2 weeks because each time I called to get an update it got pushed back. This would've only been a problem if I was paying for the rental out of pocket. The guy who was keeping in contact with me was very kind and informative however.

Was told be ready Fri...then Tues.. no phone call, and now after driving over Tues evening and wasting gas ....I still can't get my car. Then excuses of short staff, day from hell..and we have to clean your car up is their response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and punctuality of this business. Not at all professional , could not find paperwork, was told twice they would contact me and didn't. Not sure why insurance recommends them .....

They did a beautiful job on my car. Blaine kept open communication with me throughout the process and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. It was heartbreaking to see my car after my wreck. To see it so beautiful and just like it was prior to my wreck when the repairs were completed was so special. Thank you for everything!

Mike in service with the estimate to & through the repair was helpful. Even though there was a $200 increase which I thought was reasonable. In the end the car turned out basically perfect, what I would expect if I were buying a NEW car! It was impressive, so hats off to the Team that did the actual Work & hats off to Mike for being there through it all. I he wasn't able to talk when I called, he called right back or as soon as he was able. I wish service was like that Everywhere we go! Great job Bradshaw!

Bradshaw collision center was a very good body shop, I was happy every time I got my car fixed here, but now, Fred Anderson is horrible, over charged my insurance and the quality's of their work is horrible. I came in today for them to re-adjust my truck's bumper because it was way off when they were put my truck back together, and they were left out the AWD letter on the back off my car.I start complaining a bout my final invoice is more than double from original estimated, then the guy in the office came out take me out side like he wanted to fight with me without identify himself as a shop manager.I will nerver be back here,very bad experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome Customer Service. They kept me update through the whole process. Did great job on the car. Got my car done & back to in very responsible time. Clean waiting area. They made what is stressful time... easy & they worked around my schedule . It was very nice to get my car back washed and vacuumed. My vehicle was recently slightly damaged and no one wanted to back up their guaranteed work they could repair and once I received my vehicle back the next day I was very impressed and happy with the fair charge on what I thought was going to be very expensive. They do excellent body work and I have utilized them twice and both times were thorough and jobs well done. Keep up the fantastic work.

Very customer oriented. Gave detailed information. Very comfortable waiting area for short stays.The shuttle service is a pleasant plus for those big jobs that are going to take some time. Prices are about the same as other repair shops in the area ( and, believe me, my husband checked them all ) . Plus they guarantee their work.

Craig is outstanding when it comes to Customer Service. He walked me through the process of buying a vehicle without patience and professionalism. He was very courteous and understanding. I typically dread car shopping, but Craig made purchasing a truck a pleasurable experience. When I called him back with questions after my purchase, he went out of his way to provide excellent service. I am very happy with my truck and the Bradshaw will be my first choice when I buy my wife's car. Craig, thanks for your help!!

Collision center communication was extremely poor. No updates on status of car, parts, and also ordered the wrong parts which delayed completion of repairs. Will not return. After completion car works/looks fine though.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great service from the wonderful young lady answering the phone being super nice and professional to Mr. Danny with his patience, knowledge and ensuring an ease with the entire process. Shout out to the hardworking crew who made my car look BRAND NEW. I'm overjoyed and very pleased with the results. I Would Recommend them to anyone.

Bradshaw Collision did a repair on a GMC Acadia for me that was rear-ended. They did a GREAT job on it, and I couldn't tell it had been hit afterwards. They provided transportation for me to the rental company to return the rental too. Great service, and great job.

Very hot this day. Went straight in and had a seat. Offered me a drink. Had to wait a about 1 hour till the adjuster was through with my vehicle.
