You can never reach the service representative until they are ready for payment. You can never reach a manager- they are just never available. After 4 days of calling and leaving messages, they finally transfer me to a Rentak Car manager, Adam- who was absolutely of no help. And he didn't care that he couldn't help either. Snarky and no customer service skills or just common courtesy tactfulness. I asked him to remain on hold until a service manager was available and he STILL transfer me to Chris Gray who will not and does not call back either. It's hard when your car is down, you take it to a supposedly reputable dealer and 5 days later haven't been able to make contact with one person who can provide a simple status update. I can't say I won't be back, because Cadillac service centers are far and few in this are, but I certainly am totally disappointed in this experience.

If you value your time, your money, and your SANITY please do NOT take your car to this place for service! They will NEVER answer the phone; all calls to the service department are routed to a call center and they won t put you through to a service advisor. Ever. You can only leave a voicemail. I was also ridiculously overcharged for an estimate on my 2015 CTS. They were going to charge me over $2000 out of pocket WITH my extended warranty. I called another authorized repair facility and got a quote for the same repairs for only $800 WITHOUT my warranty. When the claim is submitted, my out of pocket may go down to ZERO. Fred Anderson is a TOTAL ripoff.If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. They don t deserve one star.

Nice people to deal with at the service department, but you can never get them on the phone. The bigger problem I had was the first time I brought my car in to get fixed it took over 5 weeks to complete, then when I picked it up and drove it home, I noticed the car still wasn't completely fixed, so had to bring it back in. Took over 6 weeks to get it back this time (no lie) and It's still not fixed!As they are the only Cadillac dealership within an hour from me, I'm considering trading in the car for something other than a Cadillac rather than having to bring my car back to them ever again.

This was one of the kindest experiences I ve had. I m now a new widow. Hard Rd. They was so kind with explaining everything and taking care of it. The understanding and compassion reminds me there is still kindness in the World. So Great to still witness this.

I was in the market to lease a new 2022 Cadillac CT4 and after searching local Cadillac dealerships within 200 miles of my home Bradshaw Cadillac in Greer stood out far better than any dealership that I contacted. Every dealership I contacted acted like they did not care if purchased a new Cadillac from them or not. They all said I will call you back but I was the one calling them back. They were all very unprofessional. But NOT with the Bradshaw Cadillac Team. I entered an online request and within 5 minutes I received a call from the Internet Manager Don Abney. He answered all my questions and offered up suggestion that I may consider. He stayed in touch with me either by phone call or email or text. He was very professional the entire process. Once he gave me the absolute best deal I could possibly get he made the process to finish up the deal very easy. I am also in the car business and I could not just break away at any time. He understood that so he brought the paperwork to me for me to sign and then he had the car delivered to my address about an hour away. Even the drivers who delivered who delivered my car to me was very nice and professional. Bradshaw Cadillac has a great team there and I will recommend anyone reading this that if you are in the market for a new Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick or GMC give Don Abney a call or ever take a ride to Greer you will be glad you made the call or took the ride. Great experience working with Bradshaw Automotive and salesman Jason Scarborough. Ordered a 2021 Cadillac sedan but it's manufacture was getting delayed two weeks every week. Didn't want to wait another month or more to get the vehicle. Found a 2021 Cadillac SUV that I really liked at another dealer about 45 miles away and Jason was able to get that SUV for me. Bradshaw Automotive made it painless for me to cancel my original sedan order and buy the SUV. After having exterior and interior protection coatings applied to the new SUV, Jason even had my new vehicle pulled into the showroom to keep that good ol' South Carolina pine pollen off my new SUV. Nice treatment!

I have used Bradshaw for many years and have always felt their service was top notch. They are very accommodating and I have never felt the work done was anything short of excellent. I bought my first Cadillac somewhere else, but they have always done the service on it and that is one reason I bought my last one from them.

Extremely upset with Bradshaw service I was upset at the end of 2018 and now even more upset. They would never fix any of my concerns even after taking the vehicle to them 5 times to which I switched dealerships to do my services and they fixed it the first time. But now my concern is with the fact that on one of my last services at Bradshaw they dropped an air hose on my hood to which they said they repaired. I inspected the repair it seemed well enough little to my knowledge the air hose did a deep chip into the paint and is now showing on my hood. This car is only 5 years old and now my hood has a deep chip in it that will spread to the entire hood since it wasn't taken care of properly and was deeper damage than I thought.

Fantastic car dealership, I bought my latest Cadillac from John Karvelas who was thorough, understanding, and made for a very easy car purchase experience.Update: Service Department at Bradshaw is awesome; they're honest, on time, communicate very well, and take care of your vehicle. Shout out to Howard Bush, best Service Consultant of the pack, and that says a lot because all of the service team are great.

We went to Bradshaw looking for a Buick Enclave Avenir. Didn't like the interior color. We were shown a Cadillac XT6 and loved it. The salesman explained the similarities and differences between the two vehicles, spending about 2 hours with us. We came back 2 days later and spent another hour and a half before purchasing the Cadillac. We received a great deal on our trade (better than we expected) and a great deal on the Cadillac (better that we expected!).

We purchased a 2012 Cadillac from them in November and they didn t even clean it up also they did they fill it with gas!!!. When we finally got to the finance office It almost seemed like they were rushing us out so they could close and go watch a football game. We had to ask about gap insurance and warranty info.Then two days later we received an email from the service team saying that they got a notification from Onstar that the transaxle fluid needs to be changed. In my opinion that should have been checked when they inspected the car before they put it on the lot. We sent an email back asking why this was not checked during the inspection. To this day we have never received a response. Needless to say we will not recommend nor will we consider buying another car from Bradshaw Chevrolet

When I moved to Greenville, I was looking for a GM dealer. Went around to a couple and was not impressed. A friend told me to see Earl Wirgau at Bradshaw in Greer. With my first visit I knew they were going to be my dealer. Bought my Camaro and never looked back. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat you like a member of the family. Ken Harris and the service department is first rate and they do an excellent job. So when it came time to order my Cadillac ATS Coupe, all I had to do was see Earl. Great price, Earl and Mike Stanley made sure the order was processed quickly and Earl kept me informed of the status. When I took delivery Ernest Jones handled the paperwork efficiently which made the process seamless. Great dealership, Great People!

UPDATE to prior review of SERVICE DEPT.. Now 5 STAR- Zach made contact w/ my husband and I and thoroughly addressed every concern. The attention to detail of our concerns was reminiscent of the service which we had received on prior occasions. Issues were identified, addressed, explained, and a plan devised to sustain efficient service/maintenance of my vehicle.This is a TWO part review.The 1st part is rated 5 STARS- My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles ( 1 used (like new) Mercedes SLK-350, new Cadillac XT4, and new Chevy Traxx) and each purchase was an exceptional experience from new car sales manager, sales consultant to finance. However, the detail/cleaning crew could do better with vehicle prep of removing stickers, cleaning of interior windows, and exterior washing.2ND PART- SERVICING/MAINTENANCE- 1 STARAn appt for the XT4 which was scheduled for A/C issue and routine maintenance was not upheld as scheduled. Required a second appt which upon retrieving my vehicle after repairs were done there was a horrible body odor and stale smoke smell in my vehicle which I had to detail my vehicle x 2 to DIMINISH the smell, the service advisor failed to notify me of service needs identified, the A/C issue had occurred again the next morning, and the service advisor left me a condescending voicemail ignoring my concerns. After 2 email communications I received a voicemail from an individual, " Zach at Bradshaw", I returned the call x 2 w/voicemails left, and I have not received any further call nor contact. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET REGARDING THE SERVICE DEPT. No further business dealings w/ them if I can help it in anyway. [Also, ordering accessories is not an easy process either. ]

I was told that the vehicle would be put on the machine to know what my issue with the vehicle. I was notified about the issue ( coil replacement)an asked do I want to proceed with repair. I answered yes ,but when my car was supposed to be ready for pickup. My check engine light was on I was told that I have another issue ( I have to replace the cadillac converter now all of a sudden) the price on it oh my frustration. What for it I received a letter in the mail two weeks ago stating we will offer you a certain amount of money for you vehicle on a trade for another vehicle depending on mileage and condition. Wow my vehicle is paid off. Things that make you go hum!!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now!The best car ownership experience by far from purchasing through to maintenance, required service and major repairs! Everyone at Bradshaw from the Sales Team (Thank you Jeff Plunkett!) through to the Service and Body Shop team (Thank you Larry Frank!) treat my family as their own!We currently have 4 cars in our family that have been purchased from Bradshaw and each experience has been awesome! I used to HATE buying cars from a dealer for so many reasons and taking one in for service.... rather go to the dentist... Since we began working with Bradshaw many years ago we, we have found a method to the car ownership madness. Its called being appreciated and treated like family.Whether you want a new or used Chevy, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Honda, Infinity, Acura or if you are searching for another brand, do yourself a favor and go see Bradshaw automotive Group before you buy anywhere else!

We happily received delivery on our 2022 Escalade...finally. It took many month due to the microchip shortages, Covid issues and high demand, but once GM accepted the order, things moved along nicely. We couldn t have been happier with the sales staff, Jeff and Mike Wehunt, for making the buying process better plus carefully explaining the high tech features. David in the serive department was AMAZING and showed me all of the issues i needed fixed with my cadillac and then went the extra mile and found the lowest deals for my tires by searching competitors prices amd matching them for me to ensure im getting the BEST POSSIBLE deal on my brand new tires. This dealership and its service department is the ONLY place i will ever go for anything i need EVER again. Thank you sooo much! Car runs like new!

We drove up from Chapin to Greer specifically to inspect/test drive/purchase a vehicle I saw on their website. Earl made sure I knew everything about the car before I arrived, was waiting for us upon arrival. Since he had another customer arriving, he had pre-arranged for Chris Wilkins to assist us. Chris was superb, attentive, polite and thorough.We are very happy with our deal, and would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new Buick, GMC or Cadillac make contact with Earl or Chris- I doubt you will be disappointed!

Worst experience ever took 3 weeks to get my air conditioning repaired was placed on the back burner until i demanded a rental from them the. Was harassed about the rental got my car back and my Touch screen was no longer working now I can t get a response or answers about my touch screen console terrible service

We recently went from having 2 running vehicles to none... both had MAJOR issues that we couldn't afford to have fixed and we looked everywhere... tried everything... until all our affordable options were exhausted and purchasing a new vehicle was the only choice left... Don had contacted us about a KBB value we had requested on one of our non running vehicles and we told him our story... Don was very patient and did everything he could to help us. The dealership is approximately 45 mins from us and with both vehicles going down at the same time we had no way to get there to look for a vehicle... Don was so accommodating as to even go as far as to pick us up and bring us in to work with him as he lives fairly near us...We left very pleased with our purchase of an 09 Cadillac DTS
