Terrible place to buy used vehicles, told me my truck was fully serviced then had air conditioning and transmission problems. Transmission fluid was almost empty. Now I need a new, transmission. Taken in to have a/c fixed and it broke again a day later and I also noticed that something was missing from the interior of my truck. Sales rep Austin and customer service told me there was nothing they are going to do and it was my problem. Take vehicles in for a private inspection if trying to buy! 0/10 experience!

My car died late at night right in front of Blue Ridge Auto Shop. So thankful that Milton had me back on the road the following afternoon! Friendly staff and fast service. Thank you Blue Ridge Auto!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and HONEST. He diagnosed the problem and told us we didn't need to have done all that we thought we did. We spent a fraction of what a previous business told us we needed to spend on this older truck!

My family only has one vehicle - a suburban. I called Blue Ridge Automotive and set up an appointment telling them that I needed any oil leaks diagnosed and that I would need the Rear main seal replaced. They told me to have it there Tuesday morning of the following week. I dropped it off monday night (after making arrangements for another vehicle which was a headache). Tuesday morning I called them and explained that I needed all of the work completed by Friday and I explained that it was our only vehicle. I told them to call me after diagnosis.Thursday afternoon rolled around and I STILL had not heard from them by around 4:30pm. So I called them. I spoke with the owner, Milton. He confirmed that I had a leak on the rear main plate (ie. he diagnosed the one leak). I asked if they would be able to get the rear main seal done the next morning (friday morning) and he stated that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the following week.So basically they would have had it for around 4 days and only diagnosed it and not done any actual work to the vehicle.I will give him credit for customer service in that he did not charge me for the diagnosis fee, which was honorable. So I did dislike the service but I have heard that Milton is one of the best mechanics in Greenville... I won't ever know I guess.
