Good service. Had an appointment at 7 am on Saturday. They really took me at that time and quickly changed my front tires. Maybe one hour later, the job was done. Everything for only $37/$39. Not bad, I kinda recommend them if you need a quick service well done.

Friendly staff, had a nice conversation about anime with the fellow who actually performed the oil change. The wait time was a little long, but they can't be blamed for them being busy. All in all a positive experience. Locally (Greenwood) speaking, it's better than Frank's and Speedway!

The worker explained me very well my options, so they did an excellent job informing me. But I arrived at 8:50am just to get my tires installed, they told me I had 2 cars ahead of me and to come back like in 20 min. So I came back 30 min but my van was untouched and they had taken other cars that arrived later instead of mine, to make long story short, they had my van ready until like 12:30pm... They took forever!!! They made me loose my alignment appointment, and nobody wanted to take me in for alignment that late... I ended up paying so expensive for an alignment somewhere else.

Simply put ; They used to do so much more. Now it's high dollar oil changes and tires ; may e mma few extras. Mediocre if you ask me..

Female cashier took way too long to check me in. Was going so slow talking to everyone, took 15 min for me to pay for my tires. chit chat with a customer. 5 more of us waiting in line to pay for our service. I finally said out loud is there anymore help in here ? Some of us have a schedule to keep .That's when they said I could pay for my tires

Every time I visit this express center they never have enough staff to do the job or they are closing early due to no staff. I went for a oil change, tire plug and rotation and they was unable to do any of them. If in Greenwood you are probably better just going somewhere else. I was really happy when the new walmart had this place but very disappointed that they never can handle the service I need. I wouldn't have complained if this was the first time. So hopefully this will help someone else out. Keep them from wasting time like me.

Excellent customer service, only complaint is the time that s on website is inaccurate. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and tire/oil center was closed and stated 7am-7pm on website. I had 2 tires installed on Friday around 3pm. Bought another tire and went to have it installed and they was closed. Bought tire s online from WalmartService: TiresService: Tires

Had a screw in tire. Called for a patch. Sure we can do that .Said the tread was too low to patch.Really?? Wasted half a day on this!!Got a plug kit off the shelf and fixed it myself. Tire is not new but has PLENTY of tread left until the wear indicators.

would NOT recommend to nobody. got my oil changed on sunday took my car to dealership monday was informed i was short oil. room it bac they said they put a quart in it here we are on thursday and my car won t crank get it to shop and was informed they never changed my oil.

Went to buy a tea kettle and a set of wires to install a new radio in my car. They gave me the wrong cables for my car year. Was refunded for them.

My sister brought my soul for an oil change. Specifically said it takes 5w 30 oil. The shop foreman/supervisor decided to do what he wanted and put 5w 20 in the car. He then got very rude towards my sister and told her to take the car wherever to fix it. It wasn't until I got on the phone with him that he corrected his mistake but still left the oil filter and drain plug loose. The man snatched the keys from my sister when he had to correct his mistake. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY SERVICES EVER. POOR QUALITY IN THE WANNABE MECHANICS WHO WORK THERE AND PISS POOR ATTITUDES.Service: Oil change

The only person getting an oil change, the only person there when I arrived, took my truck back before 12 PM and waited over a hour for a basic oil change. I am no professional but I will be doing my own oil changes from now on because there is no way it will take me a hour to drain 6 quarts of oil, change the filter and then add 6 quarts of oil. It was absolutely ridiculous!

I pulled into the automotive center at 6:05 and asked if they could do tires still. I was informed they don't take anything past 6, despite being open until 7. Ok, weird but fine whatever, I'll come back on Saturday when I'm not working. I have called and called and called, but no one answers the phone there in automotive. I live about 30 minutes away. Why would I drive into town on a Saturday just to find out they don't have what I need? I'm done with Walmart automotive. Thanks for perpetuating your stereotype.

About 6months ago I purchase a set of new tires. Very good service had me in and out and the car rides beautifully. Time from then and now has change. Two days ago I woke up and my tire was flat. Took the vehicle in for a tire repair, tire rotation and may as well did the oil while it was there. Everything was done except the flat tire repair. They decline to repair a tire stating that there was nothing wrong with the tire. 2 hrs for the job. Next day I woke up and the tire was flat again. Again I headed back out to the auto center. Checked it in. 1.5 hrs later done. No charge. No charge due to them not doing the tire repair again. The associate told me there is no leak , they tested it. I explain there is a leak so bad that if it sits for more than 8 hrs the rim is on the ground. (VERY FRUSTRATED NOW) . Associate suggest I buy a new tire. WTH. that tire is new. ! Than suggested I take it to another tire place cause they dont see a leak. Great service! . Try to explain to me that the cold weather will deflate a tire. And since my vehicle made a noise in the engine ( vibration from sheat metal that was rusting I knew about that. ) stated maybe it was unsafe for them to work on the tire. DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. . . I have been working on vehicles for over 10 years. Makes me think about all the other customers and the lines of bs they feed them. None the less I left the auto center. Went back home and started to removed the tire. Grab some warm water (cold outside) with dish soap and poured it on the tire. Lone and behold, a leak. Cleaned it and plugged it up.Simple. I may not ever go back to purchase anything for their auto center again. Waste of time, un needed stress, and worse, the line of bs. (THE COLD WEATHER MAKES THE TIRE LOOSE AIR). Asked to speak to management on site, none.Thanks.Mr. Unsatisfied

Charge me for an oil change, the destroy my oil cap, no new oil or filter.Bought in a 2009 Chevy Cobalt for a oil change. After they got done, I started to smell oil burner. I thought they may have put a little on the motor and it would burn off. A few days later it still smell and it got worst. So I looking under the hood and oil was everywhere. My oil filter was on the side of. The motor. I cut the car on, to see if the oil was coming from. There was a pin hole in the oil cap! It was shooting out black oil, getting on my engine and the wires. So not only they did not change my oil, the oil filter was not change either, yet they charge me. Had to buy a new oil cap, more oil and filter. Never go here, you have been warn!
