This place has quick, thorough, and pleasant service. The guys checked all the lights before starting the oil change, asked several questions to determine my needs and desires, then made appropriate suggestions based on my answers and their findings. They re-set the oil change needed light, and looked up my vehicle for specific needs. I was impressed with the quality of service and honesty and will continue to use them.

Best service in town! I really enjoyed getting my oil changed here. They explained everything they were doing while completing the task. They also helped me open my hood, that'd been hit by another car. Thanks a lot, to Lisa, and her team of trained mechanics.

Best and cheaper place for maintenance and oil change. These people have a passion for cars and customers service. Each employee there made me feel very comfortable not to mention mechanically inclined individuals. Big special thanks to Lisa! She really took care of me and took charge made my experience there smoother. And I always ask for JD when I go.

Worked as a team to get me out in a timely fashion. Checked & topped off all my fluids let me know transmission was low needed to add some. Even checked linkage cable upon request due to shifting into park issues. Other motorist out these check guys out!!

The Strickland Bros employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain the problem and their solutions with me.Lisa was especially kind. I've never been to a oil changing place that was concerned about my safety.I will definitely use their services again.

I don't recommend going to this place for an oil change at all!!! You will leave with problems you never had with your car. I went for an oil change and they stripped the screw that holds the oil in and didn't say anything about it. They didn't put the gasket back on and oh I need to replace my valve cover. Just close the place down your messing peoples cars up!!!!! And don't bother reaching out so they "resolve" the issue because you will be ignored!! I have emailed and called and got no response. I will be reaching out to a lawyer.

The first time I came to this location it was $42. The second time was $75 and they didn't tell me the new price until after the oil change. That was with a 25% discount. For a car! Never again. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't go here. Don't even bother with the automated response. You've lost a customer forever

Took my GMC Acadia to have the oil changed. The oil change was fine but then they had to take screws out and pop plastic tabs to check my air filter. They told me that the filter needed changed. The problem is that one service man was working on it for 12 minutes and left to go work on another automobile. Now a different service man started to finish it. I was then told it was finished so I paid and left. The next day I took a 60 mile round trip and when I returned home my fan motor would not quit running when I shut off the engine. I popped the hood and started inspecting my car. Where they supposedly finished the filter change was a disaster. First of all they didn t put the screws all the way back in for the cover and next the didn t connect an electrical plug back that I m sure had something to do with my fan motor not working properly. I expect when I pay around $120 for service, it be performed properly. I hope no damage was done to my engine because of this careless error. I m very disappointed in my service and promise I won t return or recommend!

I didn t have to wait in line, but was served immediately. The young lady was very kind and helpful. She guided me through every step and explained every detail of my oil change.They checked all sorts of things including my oil, air filter, and window cleaning fluids.This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at this location.Service: Oil change

My first time going there. I like how they explained everything that they were doing. From the filter being changed to why a fuel injection was needed. I would definitely go back for another oil change.

Experience was good. It did take a few for person to come to car and check me in but overall was good. Love not having to leave car while they did their thing. Will definitely keep going back

If you own German vehicles, take it to your dealer for work! Otherwise, great guys doing quick work up there. Have you in and out!

Never have oil in stock. System is always down or used as an excuse not to work.We've been here 5 x trying to get an oil change they're always out of oil, always trying to sell they're $80 oil. They say come back tuesday; tuesday comes and still out of stock. Mind you this has happened on various occasions since them opening!!! Bring MR. LUBE back they never had any issues. Mr. Lube was quick in and out. Both of these locations are trash. Employees were closed by 5:30 due to system being down, which is more than likely a lie. This business will not last with such poor customer service! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Service was very slow. They seemed short staffed, that could have been the problem. They claim to have a 10 minute service, however I was there for an hour. I only had one car ahead of me and they were finishing up as I pulled in. I think once I was in the bay it was about 45 min. I was glad I didn t have my kids and I wasn t on a time crunch.

Deceptive thieves work here. They will lie to your face about the cost of your oil change. They will charge you for full synthetic and not put synthetic oil in your car. They have an up charge on all of their oil filters and they charge an additional service fee that they are not up-front with. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. There is a reason this place never has a line to get in. Do not recommend.

Tried twice over this past weekend to get my oil changed. First location didn t have synthetic oil so they sent me across town to their sister shop. When I went there they didn t have enough people. Won t waste my time trying to do business with them again.

The price of my Synthetic Oil Change for my KIA Forte Koup was $83.43 after my $15 coupon was applied. Double than I would ve paid anywhere else. It took longer than 10 minutes because all the guys were on the phone instead of concentrating on the oil change. No wonder why they don t have any customers there. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!
