They have excellent customer service and very informative on what s best and needed for your car. I will definitely be back. They actually car about the cars and you get a discount your next time back y all better jump on it. Oh yeah and they let you bring your own oil if you want.

I came in for a standard oil change. I was told that I had a very bad oil leak. The staff shared pictures of what was going on under the car. They filled me up with oil and advised me to get to a mechanic fast. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware and that I was safe. They even gave me a container of spare oil incase I ran out on the way. They did all of this without asking for a dime! Wow! In this economy... this crew treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. I will be returning for more of their exceptional service.

Got an oil change per usual. The young lady and gentleman who helped me today were superb. They reviewed all the optional products available, confirmed my requested services, and went through all of the checks that I don't recell being done in prior visits. My service didn't take long at all, and the young lady remembered to apply my coupon to my service. I would come back.

Took over an hour to change the oil in my F-150. Claimed they "lost the socket". Truth is they made my driver wait because she's a woman and enjoyed lying to her. They made my technician late for her scheduled appointments but hey, screw the customer huh? We won't be back.

Great customer service and excellent knowledge. They let me know the condition of my vehicle and were honest about all that I needed done. Other places tried to overcharge me for things that were not needed. Highly recommend this business.

I needed to get my oil changed and I've been going to Strickland bros to get that done. It's very convenient for me not having to get out my car especially now that I'm not able to walk that well anymore. They did a good quick job.

I am sad to say I would give no stars if I could, but in order to leave a review I have to choose one star. I brought both of my vehicles in one week ago, super friendly people don t get me wrong. However, a week later I am sitting on the side of the road calling a tow truck to find out someone didn t properly tighten my oil drain plug. I am out an oil change that cost me $125 for the one car, a $338 tow bill and not to mention the the $8600 it is going to take to replace the engine at the dealership. I am without a vehicle to get back and forth to work, unless I pay for a rental until corporate decides rather or not they are going to take care of this situation which could take 7-10 business days. I don t have 7-10 business days and don t feel like a matter such as this should take that long. Hopefully Strickland Brothers does the right thing and fixes the mistake that was made in their shop.

They are located right by burger inn in Greenwood SC and they were very nice and friendly let me know I didn t even need a full oil change since i wasn t at my mileage limit so I didn t even have to spend any money.

This is a bad place to get an oil change. Both of my cars leak oil now, one of my cars can t be driven anymore because the engine starts to smoke. I took my vehicle back to take care of the issue but the matter wasn t taken seriously.

Fixed the over filling of oil from Rapid Lube that caused my wife s car to stall. At no charge even though I insisted. Earned my future business for sure. Thanks Strickland bros

100 bucks for a oil change is literally highway robbery . Way overpriced I preferred Mr Lube was like 43 bucks for an oil change and full service not to mention they vacuumed the car at Mr Lube as well will more than likely never go back to SB time to find another place to get the oil changedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service here is genuine, friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and more. I live on the other end of town and just happened to arrive at this Strickland Brothers location because of unique circumstances (the one across from Hardee's and Family Dollar).I'm so glad I ended up here! Now I purposely pass by all of the other options on my way here because I want to go where I know that services will be excellent.Major shoutout to the team, especially Levi, who took care of the job at hand AND took a few minutes to help me understand a couple things going on with my truck, and share some info about local resources. I went to both locations in Greenwood on yesterday, the hours they posted said they stay open until 7. I pull up way before 7 and I could see the back door still open and also a person inside but no one ever came out. So I left this location and went to the other location and the little fellow came out and said he couldn't change my oil because he was the only one there and it's against company policy when there is only one person. The only reason I gave y'all a 2 star is because this little fellow was so nice other than that I would rate y'all a negative. So with that being said I will just go somewhere else from now on.

Pulled in to the shop to smell like weed. Payed for full service for nothing to get checked which actually took literally 2 mins, Had a coupon and it still cost $78. We won t be going back.

I really like the fact that I can stay in my car while they change my oil++ however there was a $20 difference (not in my favor) in the cost of service. Other than that they did a great job very thorough and courteous staff. It took a minute to realize what to do when I got there. Someone did finally come out and explained how the new procedure worked. The young man was very friendly and thorough at his job.I didn't like the price increase with the new ownership, but the experience was overall good.Service: Oil change
