My 2017 Chevrolet Cruze had always been service at the Chevrolet dealership, but I felt it was time to move on to another shop for service work.I was very apprehensive about letting a non-dealer shop change the oil in my vehicle, but had heard good things about Brandon, Ronney, and Speedway.My appointment was set for 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and I arrived about 15 minutes early. I was immediately greeted by a young man, who later turned out to be the person who would service the car. He took my name and information and went back to finish the vehicle he was currently servicing.The waiting room was very nice, clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and separated from the rest of the waiting area by walking down a hall.By 2:30, my Cruze was in and getting serviced. Ronney and Brandon, the owners, both stopped and spoke and made me feel very welcome, as did the customer who was currently waiting who said she had been a customer for over 14 years and had never had any problems.Within 30-45 minutes they were completed with my full synthetic oil change and inspection. The price was very reasonable for full synthetic, and the vehicle was given back with no grease marks or spots, and with a handy trash bag hanging from the turn signal lever.Speedway has won me over, thank you for a job well done at a competitive price!

Haven't been in a while, in over 2 years. But Brandon was always very helpful and knowledgeable. Had various services completed here for a Mini Cooper.

I could not be any happier. These guys have been taking care of my vehicles for 16 years and this last time there was a problem but I took my car right back to Speedway and they fixed the problem. They took us right then no wait and no charge. BRAVO BOYS THANK YOU AGAIN SPEEDWAY! I would not hesitate I will always go back to this Speedway

I called Brandon Monday he towed my car on Thursday in to fix it and I got Friday back and he had to tow me back Friday afternoon. The alternator !! Brandon and his team is humanly wonderful!! He apologized to me and fixed my car . I got it back same day has been running smooth since. He is a professional kind-hearted businessman that runs a great business. We need more people like him! I've had two of my vehicles serviced at Speedway Express and I am very pleased. They take their time and fix the problem instead of just throwing parts at the vehicle. Very professional and excellent work!

Brandon and Speedway are top notch. They fixed my husband s truck better than new! Fair pricing, great communication before and during the repair and the speed of the entire process was terrific. Got my brake pads changed on the front of my Mazda 5 in about 40 mins while i waited even though they were VERY busy. I chose this place for the good price. I will return because of the quality of service I received.

Best auto mechanic shop in greenwood great fast and reliable service never had any problems. Great people and excellent with working with you on your vehicle. I use them to service all 3 of my vehicles. I recommend their services

Went in to get routine maintenance done. With no problem what so ever. Was told my transmission went out in his shop/ on a test drive!!! My Transmission had never even slipped!! This place is terrible. An it was a 3000 dollar mistake!! .PS. I did not let him put the transmission in.

DON'T EVER take your vehicle to these people!! We had our car towed to them and on the phone, Brandon said that he could fix the problem in 2-3 days bc the ONLY thing wrong was the lights kept coming on in the dashboard sensor panel. He lied and did NOTHING to our car for 3 days straight!! All he did was drive our car up and down the road, used up half of our gas, [bc it was full of gas when we took it there]. So after almost a week with him doing nothing but driving it and finding nothing wrong, we went to get our car, drove it home, and refused to pay him for doing nothing. He had the nerve to have an attitude and didn't bother to talk to us.These people are rip offs!! I give them no stars bc they have THE WORST SERVICE IN GREENWOOD!!

At 1st, this was the place to take your car, but I noticed that they'll do something like bend my tire rod and say they didn't do it, but they are the ones that towed my car so I had to pay for a alignment that I didn't need at 1st. Before that, my bleeder blew up in my car. Now everyone with car experience knows that the only way that happens is if you need a thermostat. Never told me, so I had to pay for that twice. Then I got my plugs changed and one had a backfire.. Had to pay for that to on 2 separate incidents. Replaced my thermostat. And they overcharged me on that! This was back in June.. 4 months later, I need a new one. How did it go out on 4 months? Needless to say, I'll never deal with this place again !

They always do a good job n any thing, even small things Ike replacing my mirror in my old Buick Some places won't even bother with it. God people, Brandon and Famiy. I'm 86 but age don't matter ,just as nice, I've had an Air conditioner and al kinds of replacements,always satisfied,.

They're OK but they always try to UP-Sell you stuff. For example, if you go in for a simple oil-change, they'll tell you that you need an air filter or brake pads or front end alignment or wiper blades. But it WILL be something other than oil and a filter.

I took my car there for ball joint repair and wheel alignment. When I picked it up there was constant loud sqeekiing when I drove and grinding when I use my brakes from the place the done work. I eventually found they had been given a warped rotor in place of the one I had originally. I know it was switched because I had just had brake pads put on so myself and the mechanic who put them on knew the rotor wasn't damaged just prior to taking my car there !! I also found out lots of bad history on this place from other mechanics and car dealerships. THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!

These guys saved me when my truck's oil pan spring a leak on a Friday afternoon, on a holiday weekend. Despite them planning to leave town for a vacation the next day, they stayed late and managed to patch the oil pan (no replacement was available that day) well enough for me to make the 800 mile trip to home. Now that I live locally, I've been back for an oil change and service on my Jasper rear end, which seemed to be done well. The oil change was only about $5 more than a similar one at Walmart and I'm sure they are a lot more concientious.

Great service from a small family owned business. They are reasonably priced and do fast, thorough work. Definitely worth a look if you need automotive work of any type.

The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to help you. Very knowledgeable and can answer questions, and repair most problems. Oil changes are fast and it includes a car wash!!
