Big thanks to Tyler and the other service technicians! I was on a 2 hour long drive and encountered some severe trouble with my car. I called shops around Greenwood and they were the only one who answered the phone. Told me I could bring it in and they got me in and out in under 30 minutes! Super professional, 11/10 service. Would trust them with anything car-related.

Called to get a price on tires since I ve never been to Quick Lane @ Ballentine Ford. As they were talking I found out the QL services Chevrolet and other models too.They price matched tires from someone else I had shopped with (I won t say who), but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn t even have to ask first, which can be intimidating.It was much easier and done by longtime professionals.The QL is attached to the Ford location here, but they treat everyone as a valuable customer no matter what I was driving. Pretty cool.
