Joseph (J-Rod) is a great asset to the Nissan sales family! He listens to what the customer is looking for in a vehicle, makes recommendations without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable in the of the various model's capabilities. He was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable in my choice and the whole buying experience.

This is the third vehicle purchase from Quality Nissan and won t be the last. Everyone at Quality Nissan are very friendly and helpful. You walk I. And it s like a small family feel. Nobody is too pushy and everyone is very informative about any questions you may have about making a purchase. We bought the most recent Truck from Nick Ulmer. Very kind young man. My husband loved him and loved how personable his was with us. Nick is a new salesman at Quality but I believe he will do very well. He was helpful with the entire process and had an awesome personality. I tell everyone I know, if they are looking to make a purchase, Go to Quality Nissan and you won t be disappointed!

I love the service that I have received from Quality Nissan. I reluctantly took my car there expecting to get the run around and robbed with expensive repairs. I must say that the opposite happened! I was kept informed and the cost wasn't what I was expecting. The stories that I had heard of how dealership repairs were too costly had me terrified, but my car needed special handling so I took it to Quality and I am glad I did. So don't be afraid to take your car here, Drew and staff will take real good care of you and your vehicle.

The staff here is so welcoming and very helpful when it comes to their customers. I purchased my Altima SR from here two years ago from Ryan Grady and I had to drop her off today 10-30-2023 for a repair. Kenny was patient and diligent to diagnose my vehicle to see what was wrong with it and also Leslie in service was so helpful and upfront with me about everything that needed to be done and how much everything would cost and when my car would be ready. This dealership will always have my business Nissan wise, Quality Nissan lives up to their name.

I had a very poor experience.My car was in for a new transmission.I received my initial estimate (handwritten and scanned) on Oct 31. I called on Nov 5 or 6 to ask clarifying questions, and no one could find the estimate, so I had to wait for another estimate to be sent.I called to authorize the work on Nov 6, and was told the necessary parts arrived on Nov 7. At the time I called to authorize the work, I very directly asked the service rep to keep me updated on the car's progress.I called on Nov 13 after hearing NOTHING for 6 days. I was told that NOTHING had been done for my car in the intervening 6 days.When speaking with the service manager, he made ZERO attempts to rectify the situation or offer me anything as compensation for the lost time.The only reason I came here rather than going to Skip's was because they don't work on my particular type of Nissan transmission. Needless to say, I won't be going back here unless absolutely necessary.

I just moved to SC in April and always had my car serviced through my son, who is a Director at 2 locations in MD. This was the first time I had anyone service my car that wasn't through my son. Although I was always use to the "Mom discount and Service," I was pleasantly surprised by Drew's professionalism, politeness and timeless accuracy for duration of service and cost. Our Salesman was very professional from beginning to end. He greeted us in the parking lot when it was over 85 degrees and didn't miss a beat. He was very informative but not pushy. The sales manager worked well with him to get us a reasonable trade-in value. He understood our wants and needs and didn't pressure us to upgrade our decision. Also when it came time for the F and I office we were not pressured into making our payment higher than what we felt we needed. Overall we were very satisfied with the service.

Very disappointed!!! From Drew, to the service manager!!! I also thought the dealership was more expensive but the car would be fixed correctly! But with all the excuses I heard from these guys, it s like dealing with a shade tree mechanic!!!

We went to buy a kicks that we had seen in person and on line but it was sold the in morning before we could get there. Ryan already had seen the trade and had a had a tentative contract and deal on the purchase. So when we got there the car was sold. He and his staff found another identical car that could be there in the morning. When we took delivery of the car they took a little money off for our inconvenience. It was well detailed full of fuel and ready to go. They worked hard for our business they knew we could go to another dealership and buy this car. But I can say they got us what we wanted and we didn't have to wait. The quality of these cars at this price point is impressive.

Terrible service in mechanical department!!! They are dishonest, expensive and rude. They charged me $140 for diagnostic, and supposedly they repaired it total I paid more than $400 but my vehicle kept on acting up with the same symptoms, I called them and they said they will return my call they never did... I kept calling but they never answer until 2.5 months later now they said they would gladly check it again and rediagnostic my car for another $140! I told them that their first diagnostic was not right, and they said that my 2015 vehicle it's old and they can't guarantee they diagnostic, only their repair. My car got even worse and started to throw white smoke. The engine light is on and O'Reilly's check the codes and guess what they said that I need to replace the part that Nissan supposedly replaced.. In not taking it with them anymore but I will file a complaint against them. Don't go there!

I intended on only looking. My husband pushed me n the door. Lol. Tina came outside to offer her services. Right away asked if id like to test drive the vehicle! Well of course! Lol. Im not a patient person. But the manager n her were quick to find me the best loan options and worked with what i was willing to put down! They worked on things as my son had an apt and i was able to return an hour later n only spend 30mins and i was driving it off the show room floor. The only thing im not a big fan of is the forced gap insurance. Wasent really needed. And the 950$ processing fee. Outlandish. But overall impressed for the quality of cars they carry esp in greenwood, the great customer service and it was fast!! I just hope the service department is as good as the sales folks! Im now a proud owner of a 2019 Altima SR. Thanks to the staff!! #askfortina the manager/boss was great! Just waiting on my fb post. Lol

I went to several different mechanics with this issue and honestly I wish I had just came to y all the first time cause I would have saved $700 on a repair that wasn t done right. Thank you guys so much for fixing my car and exceeding my expectations.

My daughter took her car in for a transmission replacement. We were told it would take minimum of a week to get part in and do the replacement. We were called 3 days later that car was ready. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and courteous. I hope we never have any more problems, but if we do; its nice to have a place that is dependable to work on your vehicle.
