Needed an oil change badly and was in Greenwood. Stopped in and was told they were out of their conventional oil and was told only high mileage or synthetic was available (at like 70 or 90 bucks!). I said no thank you and moved on. Really unfortunate that I have to go find someone else now. I work at Lander so this potentially could've been a convenient place for me to get my out changed regularly. Big nope from now on though.

Closed early after sending me to the other location which also close prior to 7pm. It's now 6:33pm. At least the other location by captain d's was short staffed. The other by ptc has no reason to close early.

This place got bought out by Strickland Brothers and they are dishonest now. I just went and got my oil changed. Immediately the girl taking names in the queue told me it cost 30.95. Then when I go to pay they tell me 40.59. I asked why it s an extra ten dollars and was told it is because of tax on oil and when I look at my receipt I see there is an up charge of $4 for a special filter they neglected to ever mention to me as well as a $2.99 shop service fee. I m happy to pay the price of things, but I expect honesty from someone who is working on my car. I ll be going elsewhere in the future.

My experience here is generally good. They have a comfyish waiting area with a bathroom and coffee which is nice. They are usually really quick. 15 min or less generally depending on their traffic.I always get the full service.Sometimes the sheet they give me will say that they checked something and they did in fact not. One time I went twice in a row and they didn't fill my tires even though they really really needed air. They also claim to clean your outside windows and they rarely do.I've never had any car issues after coming here I just wish did did what they claim to do.

The worst experience. It s pointless to pay for a full service when they don t honor what the full service includes. Took my car for a FULL service oil change. Prior to getting the oil changed my windshield wiper fluid light was on I asked the man who came to me when parking my car if they would be checkin all fluids and he said yes. After the oil change I get in my car and the light is still on. I ask and the first thing they say is I got a basic after proving I got a full service he asked me to pull the car to the back. Then after popping the hood he swears there s a leak && that s why the compartment with the windshield wiper fluid is marked with an X. The paperwork they give at the end of the oil changed did not mention a leak. ANYWAYS I decide to put my own windshield wiper fluid in and guess what the light just magically goes off. Makes you wonder if you re really even getting an oil change let alone the full service you pay for. I will not be bringing my car back to this establishment. Anyone else should think twice.

They are very fast because they do not actually replace your oil filter and believe you are stupid enough to believe them. They claim they remove your skid plate and filter while you are in truck somehow in a few minutes but don t think you are smart enough to check behind. Owner not call you back - their name fits!

Overall I was impressed by the time it took to get my car in and out. The employees seem sketchy at first but they definitely do get the job done. It was a decent price for the service even though prices are increasing everywhere

Beware. The filter was not installed properly when I had my car serviced. It cost me a tow, a lost travel day, and more. It could have easily cost a blown engine. The owner, Randy Oxner, can not be bothered to return calls or e-mail. It appears that is how he runs his business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

One of the best places to get your oil changed. I've always had a great experience here. Everyone is super nice and it's not expensive. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need and seem to be very honest, hard working people. The only place I go now to get my oil changed in Greenwood.

This place equal parts great service & great value! I will definitely keep taking my family s cars there.We are newer to the area and finally needed an oil change and Mr Lube is close to where we live. I called to see how much it cost and was shocked at the price, I couldn t change it hardly any cheaper if I did it myself.Despite them being busy, I was in an out in 15-20 mins and my carpet was vacuumed and windows cleaned.Best place in town for an oil change!

Had my oil changed here about 3 weeks ago the guy that checked me in was very rude. He is pictured in one of the photos wearing orange gloves. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he explained to me that this wasn't even his shop he wasnt supposed to be there and so on basically bad mouthing the establishment. The guy that changed my oil was very nice but today I had to add over a quart of oil to my car because I noticed it knocking . I normally change the oil myself so I know my car has zero leaks and it doesn't burn oil. So either its leaking oil or they didn't put enough in. Smh guess I'll change my own oil next time.

I have learned don't go on Saturdays everyone else has the same idea, and Mr. Lube has only two bays so odds are your going to have a little bit of a wait. But other than that they get you in and out in a speedy manner.

I like this place. They do a good job fast. And they aren't pushy about things needing to be done over and above an oil change like some places. They suggest stuff but don't give you the lecture series or the guilt trip about it and so far when they have suggested something needed to be replaced, it legitimately looked like it needed to be replaced. I have been to other places that literally suggested I replace something I had recently replaced. This place isn't like that and doesn't do the bait and switch. Good folks.

The manager is incredibly rude! They broke a part while changing the oil and said it was about to break anyways. The manager would not replace it, offer to help pay for the replacement part or give a discount for the oil change. I have been a customer for 10+ years. This is no way to run a business.

Got here at 7:45 I know they open at 8. It's now 8:20 and the doors are still closed and they are inside bull shitten around. Deffintly needs to be under new management. This is ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They have done my oil changes for years with no problems. Usually in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Paid for full service and they vacuumed my floors around the bigger trash and empty bottles and left it in the floor. Also did not clean the interior of my windows.

After a oil change on April 6th on the 15th my car was completely out of oil. I had to put four quarters in to make it home and it came back out. Called Mr. Lube and he was nonchalant and stated I couldn't be refunded.

While traveling thru Greenwood, I had the misfortune of a flat trailer tire but if it had to happen I was blessed that I was right near Mr. Lube in Greenwood. Although tires arent their business, they went above and beyond to help us.

Forgot to put oil in my Lexus and cause my motor to go out then left the cap off my my transmission fluid and it ran all out my car and strip the oil plug twice to keep me from going anywhere else to get my oil changed in my Acura and no one one wanted to change it
