I had an excellent experience at Mavis today! I went in with the expectation that the work I needed done would be pretty expensive and take all day. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out the cost was half of what I anticipated and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The facilities are very clean, the staff is friendly and well organized. Everything was clearly explained in terms I understood. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work in the future!

I had to get a tire alignment done on my car. They had a few people short/call out so they were a little behind.. but they got me in and out in a timely matter! Staff super friendly and the waiting room was a nice set up to charge your phone and such! Def recommend them!

Place is really nice and the people are pretty nice as well but you better have a lot of time to kill even with an appointment. It took over two hours to get my tire looked at and changed the first time and the second time I went, I had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes before I got my keys back and left. If they could honor their appointment times they d be good but I wouldn t recommend if you re on a schedule.

Mavis entire team was professional. I booked an appointment online. They greet me as I entered and took my car right into the shop. Waiting area and restrooms were clean. The wait time was not long. Great work at a great price.

I highly recommend this place! I had a what worked out to be a small pin in my back passenger tire. I pulled in didn t need an appointment and the people took care of me in a nice, fast, and timely manner. The place was very clean and everyone was very polite! Come here for all your needs!

They fixed my car pretty quickly and they were affordable. I ll definitely come back whenever I m in need and the staff was very friendly and had customer service skill especially Mr Devin. He was so reassuring. He deserves a raise already

Honest hardworking people. Had to go for an alignment and they told me not to waste my money until I got new tires and some parts to fix the front end, if not the alignment wasn't going to be worth anything and I would have lost out. Everything was discussed first, they even showed me what the problems were so I could see for myself. Brought my own parts and I was out of there within the hour. Great service and friendly welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back for future work.

Being my first visit I wasn't sure what to expect. I am so glad I went because the service is amazing. Everything was explained to me before work was done. I was well aware of pricing, no surprises. The waiting area is very inviting, which is important to me because I always wait when I have any work done on my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that asks. Thank you Mavis Tires and Brakes.

Extremely slow! I purchased a tire a few months ago, the salesperson convinced me to add the warranty with the understanding that if need replacing, the warranty covers all charges.When in for a tire change under the warranty and was told that the warranty only covers so much, ended up paying $75.When car went into stall, vehicle had no issues. After tire changed, car wouldn t start while IN STALL/BAY. Was given a $266 bill to replace starter that was working when car was initially pulled in.Being a repeat customer and considering the car was in there care when starter apparently gave out, I feel I shouldn t have been charged the 149 labor fee!

I m from Delaware however this location in Greenwood SC was very clean and professional. I was late for my appointment however they still managed to get my vehicle done in great time. The staff was courteous and the waiting area was clean and spacious. Excellent service.

This place is excellent. You can schedule an appointment online and even pick from a checklist what you want them to do or check. Once they got started on my car, they came into the waiting room twice to let me know the progress and what they found. The woman at the front desk was super helpful, explaining everything at the start and then going over the paperwork with me once the work was completed. I generally hate dealing with mechanics and others who work on cars, but this was a great experience. I got an alignment and a tire and was in and out in about 30 minutes. They also told me my check-engine light was on even though they don t work on engines and ran a free diagnostic check and gave me the error code to give to my mechanic. Great experience.

I have been here twice now and each time they have gone above and beyond. A month ago I had a nail in my tire and when I got there they plugged it for me in less then 30 minutes. Then today my daughter had to take my car cause it was having some problems and they again went above and beyond. Each time they are all so nice and friendly. Also the place is so clean and welcoming.

I m very big on reviews and that is the reason I chose this place to get tires. Called on a Thursday and set up an appointment for that Saturday to get all 4 new tires. Guy I talked to told me he would have my size in by the next day so everything would be good to go by my appointment on that Saturday. Showed up to the appointment and told the guy behind the counter that I had an appointment to get 4 new tires put on and even told them to go ahead and do an oil change. He goes out to my truck and walks back in just to inform me that I need new tires. I left the truck there and went to get something to eat they waited over an hour to call me to inform me that the tires that I had scheduled to be put on wasn t going to be there for another two days. Long story short ended up spending even more money on a different brand tire they had in stock and my truck wasn t done until they closed. Hands down will not be doing business there again.

I love coming here, everytime I walk in, I am greeted with an awesome personality and glowing smile! I never leave with any additional problems with my car that I didn't arrive with either, which is very hard to find if you are a person who struggles with that!

Great experience here, got four tires, everyone was super friendly and helpful - will definitely be back in the future. Fast work and very happy with my tires, no issues at all. Liked that I could pick out exactly the tires I wanted online and make an appointment with a time that worked for me. Massive selection of tires. It s also right next to a Waffle House so if you re in the mood for a quick coffee and waffle while you wait you ve picked the right spot!

They was able to take my car back as soon as I got there, however it took the gentleman roughly an hour and 10 mins to change my oil. I opted out of the tire rotation, as I just had 4 new tires put on the week before. After the oil change my tire sensor was flashing on and about 20 mins of driving my car was very shaky which was not an issue before. I called back up there to advise of the issue and to see if they did anything outside of the oil change. Advised that they only did what's on my work order and to bring it back so they can look at it. I live almost 40 mins away, I will pass on bringing me car back to them but to each its on. Nice, clean,welcoming facility though.

Pulled in without an appointment and it was no problem at all.. My drivers front tire was running low on pressure yesterday so I wanted to be safe vs sorry...I've been here for less than 5mins and they already have it on the lift checking it out for me!!! Very impressed with the customer service here and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Went in with low pressure in one tire and asked them to check all four. They did so and repaired the leak and I was out within half an hour! Very friendly folks and great service! I will definitely return when it's time to purchase new tires!

The service was very fast and done well. However, one of the mechanics was rude the front desk man. I did not like that and he should learn to control his temper as to not drive customers away. Overall it was great but learning to keep a positive environment would be helpful.

Went to Mavis one morning when I couldn't get air into my tires due to the valve being collapsed. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very nice!! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Wasn't charged a dime. I will be returning to the establishment! 10 outta 10

Made an appointment at 10am for a 2013 ford fusion . I brought my own tires and was also going to get a 4 wheel alignment.After arriving a hour later they finally pulled my car into the garage. It sat on the rack for another 15 minutes before they put an inexperienced employee to remove the rims from the vehicle. He grabbed the wrong socket and right away stripped the head of my lug nut . After noticing this I told them I don t want him working on my vehicle. It s now 11:40 and still waiting on the tires to be mounted. Then they put the same inexperienced guy back on the tires . I had enough then and told them for the second time I don t want him doing anything to my car he doesn t know what he s doing As I was waiting a customer showed up wanting a refund on her alignment saying she got down the road and couldn t even hold her car on the road . I canceled my alignment and went up the road to Firestone. I would not suggest taking your vehicle to this location in Greenwood SC . Someone from corporate needs to assist . I will NOT be back to Mavis Tire for anything. I m sure this location will eventually be out of business soon do to the inexperienced help.

We came in to have a low air on tire checked out, they got us in quickly and Arnie was wonderful, he checked over all 4 tires and sensors and found it was just low in air , he also adjusted the inside interior light out of the kindness of his heart. I highly recommend this location They will definitely have my business in the future.

Great service every time I ve come. The staff is always eager to answer any questions and get me going the right direction. I definitely feel as if this is the best place to take your car in Greenwood.

Stay away from this place!! They told us our brake job would be $275 and tried to charge us $425!! They also don t follow directions. I brought them a new tire to replace a worn out front tire and instead they replaced a perfectly good rear tire. So now I still have bad tire that needs to be replaced and they won t do anything about it!!! Bad business practices! UPDATE: The Greenwood team at Mavis did absolutely nothing to right this wrong. I went to their regional manger Charlie Harbison and he made us whole by reimbursing us for the tire we had to buy due to the mismanagement of their Greenwood shop.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! My first time coming here and staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me right away and answered all my questions that I had. Definitely coming here again!

From the store manager to the newest crew member we're dumb. Customer service sucks wait hours for a 30 minute job. They put car on the alignment rack and only do the front not the entire car. They sell a person 1 tire when they need 3. If a car shows up with a flat they drive it in on the rim instead of putting the 1 on outside. Now your rim is bent and you have to spend more money.

As a former wheel and alignment tech they did not do a proper alignment on my vehicle. 2013 gmc sierra 1500 needed camber, caster, and toe adjustment. They only adjusted toe. Said they couldn't adjust camber, and caster without replacing parts which is false. Would not recommend.
