By far the best exhaust shop around. Jeff s been around since before I was a kid, if you want custom or direct mount exhausts, this is where you want to go.

I'm in from KY my sister in law had a stroke and I came down to be with my brother. He noticed my muffler and another shop said they were the best around. He fixed my muffler and was very reason thank you and God bless

Great service and supports our community! I went by to get a prop welded for the Emerald High School Band and they did it on the spot and did not charge us! I thanked them and offered to pay and they said, "Our kids played in the 96 Marching Band, ya'll have a great year!" Another example of the power of small businesses supporting the community! Thank you, again!

OK so I had to go back and change my review because I was initially annoyed that they didn't answer the phone. But after walking in and having my brakes checked I had a change of heart. I had a good experience at Jeff's muffler and brake service he got me in and out really quick, and the price was fair for what I got done on my truck. I will be going back. The only thing I didn't like is the smell of cigarette smoke when you walk into the front office there it's almost too much and overbearing. And they seem to smoke like freight trains in there the staff. Some of the staff.

I previously patronized Jeff,s muffler, the service I received on both visits was top notch.We went there recently without an appointment, my grand-daughter was having issues with her brakes, after having her front brakes worked on at a different location, the breaks we're still not safe.We went to Jeff,s and explained our situation, he said they would check it out. His crew really traced the problem , Jeff is a very nice and courteous man. I felt that he was sincerely concerned and would provide us with good service at a fair price. When we picked up the car Jeff said, your brakes will stop on a dime, and boy he was right. I recommend this establishment to anyone needing muffler or brake services. Good service at a fair price.

Jeff was friendly and quick. I called a day ahead and Jeff asked me to come by first thing the following morning. He completed the job from the day before and took me next. I was done in under an hour. Very reasonably priced for repair too.

Brought my vehicle in Monday to check brakes. They said they couldn t look at it until Tuesday. Brought it in Tuesday morning at 8am. Nobody there until 8:30. Waited all day Tuesday for a call. Finally at 2pm I called and was told they were getting to it now. I rode by at 4:30 and it still sat in the parking lot. At 5:20 I called and they were closed although there went info stated the were open until 5:30. Went to get the vehicle and it was locked in the storage area. Poor communication, poor service. does great work. terrible service. they are uneducated as far as being an automotive technician goes. one of the guys does not know the importance of an 02 sensor. how are you going to work in an exhaust shop and not know what it does other than "turn off the check engine light". that same guy was rude and made me feel like the money i wanted to spend there was not needed and i should just go somewhere else. i called at 9:30 in the morning to have an o2 sensor put in my exhaust. drill and weld the nut for it to screw in. 15 minutes tops. the guy i talked to on the phone said that it would be an hour before he could get to me. i showed up at 10:45; an hour and 15 minutes later. they were no where near getting to me. i stayed in the waiting room for an additional 45 minutes and the owner came out and said "i told you it was going to be a while" and walked back in the shop. that was the second bad experience i have had there. i will never go back. like i said before they do great work but the service is awful and they are uneducated. so i would not recommend them.

I got my brake pads replaced, and it seems that it was a job well done. They left my car clean, which I find is difficult for auto mechanics. However, the man at the counter was smoking a cigarette and wasn't the most excited about serving customers.

I highly recommend this shop. I had a Flowmaster axle back exhaust put on recently, and this was done with high-quality precision, and at a great price. I was included in the discussion about the mufflers, so I felt like my opinion mattered, and I even learned a few things. I was even offered a free Coke while I waited. My son-in-law is a mechanic with BMW in Greer, and he looked at the mufflers and said, "Now, that's really nice." Best auto mechanic experience I've had in my 43 years.

They told me that it was my ABS system and did not correct the problem and charged me and I gave it back to him to drive and when I paid him, he did not want to look at the car any more and kept promising me he would look at it the next day and the next day, finally I told him that I was picking it up and I guess he was glad worst service I ve ever had.

They did a good job on my 2000 Tahoe putting on New Cats and a direct fit system .Price was right this was in 2013 .
