safety recall needed on my Lincoln MKC.I contacted Mike at Ballantine Lincoln. Mike verified the part was available and reserved it to make sure it was still available for the scheduled repair.Arrived at schedule time for service and Tyler got the car into the shop on time and completed in the work in promised time frame.Great experience with repair as scheduled.
