We were on our way to FL and had a leak in one of the tires from an embedded nail. Stopped here without an appointment and they patched it in less than an hour. They were very friendly and knowledgable. Plus, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Wait time is VERY long and over priced. If you have the time and money come here. Don t ever expect in and out because this isn t the place. Refined my drain plug after I already knew it was very tightly screwed in and then had to lie to me saying it was the pervious oil change. Don t expect honesty from this location s employees, they are nice over all.Come at your own risk.Getting alignment here is recommended. Reasonable life time warranty.

I made an appointment online to have alignment done on one of my vehicles. Took about an hour while I was doing other things and they called for pickup when done.

I wasn't happy of the time it took to check and change a battery in my car. I came in after work around 3 pm my car sat in the parking lot til 3:55 and I didn't lv until closing time 6 pm.

110+ minutes for an oil change that I had an appointment for is unacceptable. And they never approached me with any update or apologies for it taking 5 times longer than other places. I will not be coming back

Compassion and quality combined with the eagerness of workmanship, is how I would describe my experiences at this Firestone location. I have never been to any other Firestone locations but I think it would be hard to beat the team here. From the front office scheduling and sourcing to installation. They worked my truck into the schedule and in near immediate service. All while still serving customers.I had the rotors and brakes replaced and later went back for tires largely based off my former experience the week prior. I stopped at a shop closer to me and was not impressed by the terrible customer service. Though somewhat cheaper, I will not go back if needed in the future.At Firestone I had only positive experiences. Both of my visits were emergent and those repairs were completed nearly immediately due to their flexibility. Additionally I witnessed many customers leaving off with one less worry. Thank you Firestone of Greenwood.

I had an appointment at 1. I arrived on time and they took my car back at about 1:10 for the tire rotation. It was really inexpensive and the staff was helpful. The chairs in the waiting area were comfortable but they had some liquid dripping down the side so a cleaning wouldn't hurt. The lady at the desk was nice but I feel like they could have worked a little faster to get me out of there. I watched the guy drop my car at the front and take the paperwork to the window. It took them about 5 minutes to call me up to pay. Not a big deal but I just feel like they were talking a lot and could have handled the paperwork process faster is all.Overall a good experience and I will return.

The guy put the right amount of pressure in all my tires. One tire had a pressure of 14. It was a cold morning.

RUN!!!! Went to get some A/C work done at Firestone and the issue that was stated was not the issue. Took it to Precision Tune for an extra look and they were able to find and fix the issue. Wasted almost $300 with FS for practically nothing.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I have been going to this Firestone since I was 17 and driving my first car. The first technician I remember trusting was here as well (Anthony). I have quite a few complaints about this store now but it all comes down to a few things (220.00 for 1 battery plus installation? Seriously this battery better last at least 5 years) Followed by receptionist (female) who is not capable of answering normal car questions or financial problems except with the words, oh this is a NEW company policy. No solutions just statements. I miss the time when everyone employed by a mechanic company knew about car maintenance and mechanisms

Horrible service the wait times are unbelievably long and they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to fixing your car. They charged me hundreds of dollars to flush my radiator and put new coolant in it because my jeep was overheating well they did a pressure test before that and they told me that there was no leaks the thermostat's were good and they could find nothing wrong. Well to start off with they didn't even notice that the cooling fans weren't running. On top of that there was a leak in my upper radiator hose I had a bad relay and a thermostat wasn't working. But that wasn't figured out till I had to take it to Lakelands Auto. They also got a bolt stuck in my right front tire and they tried to charge me for a brand new tire and acted like it was like that before I brought it up there which was a complete lie. I promise you you will regret taking your vehicle to Firestone it is not mastercare it is toddlercare.

My tire warning light came on. I stopped for air and saw nail in my tire. Drove straight from gas station here. Pulled in 15 minutes before closing with nail in my tire and they refused to fix. Said too close to closing time. They didn't have any other customers. Guess I'm supposed to drive home an hour away and hope for the best. Would they want their loved ones treated that way?!?! Disgraceful!

Janet is always ready to take care of customers in a thoughtful manner and explain things .I had them put The Indy 500 Firehawk. Tires on my 01 Corvette and just today put tires on daily driver 89 Caddy Fleetwood .couple weeks the 2000 Tahoe will receive new Michelin tires I will have them put on through Tire Rack..

I ll start with the manager. Anthony is a great guy and will help in any way possible. He s not just some desk jockey he knows the business and from the looks of it is a great manager. They completed an alignment quickly and the vehicle runs a lot better now.Now as for the lady who works behind the desk I can t say the same about. I know people have off days but she managed to input the wrong info for my vehicle into the system, then I also applied for a credit card while there to take advantage of interest free but she managed to mess up my address, my email info, and my contact info. The credit card company contacted me due to me not paying the bill and when they did that s when it was discovered she input my info wrong. How does that happen when you have the customers license in front of you????Thankfully the creditor was kind enough to realize it was of no fault of mine this happened. I paid the full balance on my account and closed the card because I was concerned someone would get it and use it.This is how identity theft happens!! I called the store and spoke with Anthony regarding the issue. I have no doubt he will take care of it.

Usually I have no issues with this Firestone. Today I was on my way back from out of town. Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. This is the information in the email"If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that s convenient for you."So I stop in walk in and he says they can not get it down because they have no staff. I told him would have been nice to receive some information like the email says I would if it is unable to keep the appointment. So much for that. Guess I will be using someone else now for this service.

Going to firestone was my first mistake.Trusting them to fix my car was my second mistake.Yes this story is full of my mistakes.In the end my mistakes cost me 3400 dollars.Never fear, I do learn from my mistakes.I will never take my car to firestone again.

Called to see if they had an oil filter for my car(Volvo) to save myself a trip to Greenville to the dealership, although they didn't have it in stock they were able to order one and have me an appointment for the next day. Helpful and freindly staff. The service took about an hour which is what I would expect.

I will never use this Firestone again. I have used them in the past, but these last few months have been horrible, overpriced and customer service is not this locations top priority. I was over charged for the same service that they failed to locate the first 300.00 into a minor problem. I hope Firestone takes pride in their business enough to recognize this oversight and provide better service for this location. Commission for selling and doing business in this manner is unacceptable. I hope this post can be brought to this branches attention you need to do better!!!

Great job diagnosis my issue with my truck. The support was outstanding as I dropped my truck off on a busy Monday after a major holiday. They squeezed me in and got me taken care of. I would recommend them and will go back next time I needed automotive work done.

*EDIT****After reaching out to their corporate this location sent out a tow truck to pick my car up and bring it back in. They were nice enough to replace the valve stem and the sensor as well as check to make sure no Damage was done to the tire all free of charge. Everything is squared away and I'm fully satisfied.I'll be honest the front desk lady I believe her name was Janet or something to that nature. Was very nice and helpful, she answered all my questions. I got a brand new tire put on my car on Christmas Eve at roughly 3 pm. Everything looked fine and I went back to work. At roughly 7:30-8pm that SAME night. My BRAND NEW tire was completely flat. They broke the valve stem just enough to make me have to come back. The valve stem is now currently completely broken and the tire is unusable. I have done absolutely nothing to it other than pump is up enough to get home and not be stranded at work. Now I'm not able to go and see my family on Christmas. The car also started to send check engine lights and when I called and went back they just tried to fill my tire up and I was told by the guy doing it that he was not QUALIFIED to look at it. I'll be expecting a full refund and or a complete fix for free Saturday morning.

Customer service is okay. Guy wasn't super friendly but was polite and acknowledged me as I came in. Oil change done, but they apparently don't provide the complimentary vacuuming that most other companies do and they didn't put the sticker in my windshield telling me when to expect my next oil change. Pricing is above average.

Servive was ok, however my battery cover to my 2019 cadillac was broken by the staff member. I would not recommend this place and I will not take my car back

I scheduled an appointment with Firestone in Greenwood, SC to have my tires replaced. I filled all required information and was told the tires would be there when I arrive. Yet, when I showed up, I found five other people were scheduled for the same time slot and my tires weren t in.Then, while waiting for my next appointment, I got a flat. Had the appointment been properly scheduled and my tires received, I could have replaced the tires for my car. After the flat, I did call the office and found out they still don t have my requested tires in stock, and when trying to get another appointment, the guy immediately said, we don t have anything. There was absolutely no customer service or care for my business. Hell, he could have at least asked to refer me to another location to keep my business with the company.Needless to say, I have decided to give my business to someone who wants it. Firestone obviously doesn t care and can t get its systems to work in its favor.
