Repeatedly pushed back agreed upon finish date. Estimated time went from 10 days to 3 weeks due to their own scheduling errors. Was never updated on car condition and had to call to be informed of setbacks.

I had to also have my front bumper included major work. They replaced everything & painted what was needed. Chris made sure I was PLEASE before I paid a cent on my 2015 ToyotaTacoma. They did not take the truck when they said they would. When they did get the truck and gave us a date, it wasn't ready! The shop and office are not in sync with what's going on. We would get a text that truck would be ready, but when we called, no one knew what we were talking about. They couldn't fix the sensors and were supposed to call us when the dealership could fix that. That was 3+ weeks ago, and we still haven't heard from them! We will never take our vehicle to them again!

Unprofessional and unreliable.I tried to have my car repaired at Classic Collision. After looking at my car, Carrie said that they would get back to me . That did not happen. I called Carrie 4 times and she was always busy and would return my call. Well that never happened either. Don t use this business.

Just called and spoke with the woman at the front desk. She was not able to answer any of the questions I had and hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional and immature for a grown woman to act the way she did. The company needs to have her removed or give her some more training. I do not recommend doing any business with this company!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

They did an amazing job on my car, you would never know there was damage to it. Not only do they do amazing work but Danny also goes above and beyond, when my friend left her wallet there by mistake he made the effort to contact her and to bring it to her which is amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend Wilbanks Collision without a doubt they do superb work and are very friendly.

They did great work. And more than expected. But I waited 2 months to get in, was told 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. Got it back a month later.

my car looks fantastic now looks like nothing every happened trunk opens good now everything looks perfect they even got the paint to match identical couldnt of asked for a better repair shop than Wilbanks Collision and Repairs to anyone thats looking for a solid repair shop hes the guy
