They replaced the battery in my sports watch and it didn't seal correct so when I went swimming the next day it stopped working. They tried to fix it with no luck. Without asking they went out and bought me a new replacement sports watch of the same make and model at no cost to me. This is a great way to keep customers and build business. They will get my. Business from now on. Thanks for being such a ethical business.

Had my mom's iPhone fixed here a while back and they did a great job. When I bought a battery for my motorcycle, they changed it for me while I just stood around. They'll even change your vehicle's battery in the rain if you need. Be sure to check them out! Even if the store can't help with what you need, I know the employees there will be sure to help you out the best they can.

Great place and friendly workers! I d like to give Tim a shout out he went above and beyond to help me replace my key remote battery and made sure it worked with my car. Definitely will be coming back if I need a new battery for anything. Prices are also good!

Customers service was quick and professional. The availability of the battery was my main selling point they said it would be there and it was .this battery replaced one I got in Daytona Florida in 2017 you rarely see a battery make it that long any more excellent product great workmanship

Friendly and helpful associate, fast and quick services. Loads of battery options to chose from, as well as different accessories for batteries and bulbs. I got the lifetime warranty for my watch battery at a great price.

Service has always been excellent in the Greenwood store. They honored the battery warranty in my watch even though the old battery was purchased from another store. They tinkered with my smart watch and got me rolling again. I would highly recommend this location.

Your prices are higher than most other sellers but the personal contact with a knowledgeable person is a plus when you aren't an expert in a certain field. If I have the knowledge, I'll go with the best price. On my last purchase, the employees were great. I give them 5 stars.

My phone battery has been acting up. I scheduled an appointment online and met with an employee. Very quick, easy, and fairly priced. Super nice and helpful. Will recommend these guys in the future. Keep up the good work!

The person working the counter was very very helpful. He gave me what he thought might help me and said if it didn't to bring it back with the receipt and he'd be glad to refund it. And I know that's probably policy but he was so nice about the way he did it. He asked lots of questions to make sure he was actually solving my problem

Not a fan! I scheduled an online appointment the night before. I was called as I was 6 minutes from the store (45 minute drive) and informed that the technician would not be in until an hour after my appointment. I receive an email for a later time the same day. After arriving, I was told that there were two other phones in line before me (what's the purpose of the appointment) and that the wait would be at least 1.5 hrs.Customer service was extremely poor and unexpected based on other reviews of this location.

Outstanding service and knowledgeable staff. They have helped my family many times and are honest. They can help you with batteries for things from the smallest to the largest and are great about testing to make sure you need it to begin with. A rarity in today's world.

I placed an online order for 2 batteries for my RV shortly after 8 am. I waited for the confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. At 11:15 I called the store and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up I was told they had not gone to there online orders yet. Then I was told they were out of stock and it would be the end of the week before maybe they would have more. Very poor inventory as these were a common group 24 battery and lack of service wasting an entire morning waiting and never hearing from them. I will never waste my time with them again.

While the service was good, they didn't have what I needed, and I ended up buying something that was much more trouble than it was worth!! But when my daughter took it back they were very gracious about refunding my money.... would I go back there? If the need should arise....yes, I would!!

Booked appt online and saved $15.00. Dropped phone off for screen replacement and it was fixed within 1.5 hours. The screen ended up not working properly, no questions asked it was replaced with a working screen. Best place in Greenwood for screen replacements. Great service, very happy with the result.

Employee was very polite. My order wasn't in stock and he called me and said he would check surrounding stores to see if they have it and if not he would order it. I felt he went out of his way to help me.

The technicians were polite and skilled. I followed a suggestion by a tech to make and appointment online to save time AND get a $10 discount. The repair was done on time. The tech also suggested a screen protector that works great.

I purchased a battery for my car key in December 2017. I ve had to go approximately every 3 weeks to get a new battery. They do offer a lifetime warranty but it s a real inconvenience to have to come in every few weeks to get a new battery. I was told the second time I Came in that it s because I have a Mercedes and even if I go to the dealership it will be the same due to a Mercedes glitch. The sales guy that told me this smelled so bad and he was visibly dirty that I had to leave the store, and this was a morning visit. I reported it to the manager and his response was silence not an apology just silence. On my 3rd exchange today the manager was there and he told me I d have to get the battery exchanged every couple weeks hence the warranty. He said the dealership could fix it for about $30. I called Mercedes of Greenville SC and I was told I was lied to. That they ll replace it for free and it should last for a few years! The batteries are aftermarket and that s why they re only working a couple weeks.It s not a good practice to lie nor mislead your customers.

Ordered a group 24 deep cycle battery online. Called to make sure they had in stock before making the 35 mile trip to the store. Was told DuraCell is not making that battery any longer....2 things here...find another manufacturer that is and take the DuraCell deep cycle off your web site.

Go see these folks if you need a battery! I have an unusual car battery and no one else in town had what I needed. The two staff members took 40+ minutes to assist me in getting what I needed and getting it properly installed. They were overly cautious to not do any damage to the car as they were removing the old battery. As it turned out, their system didn't realize my car was hybrid and the battery they were going to use wasn't correct. They caught the mistake, placed the old battery back in, made sure my car was running and gave me directions to the nearest dealership for help. They were top notch guys the entire time. I'll definitely be back for other batteries in the future just because of the customer experience.

My husband had to buy a lawn motor battery. He said the service men were very helpful and provided him with the battery he needed, They even came out to his truck to carry in the old battery and bring him the new one.

Stay away. These are crooks and liars they will not honor their warranty. Duracell phone battery 43.99 wasted and 2 utv batteries 109.99 lasted 5 months died next battery was 124.99 it lasted less than a year. They need to shut their doors
