It was my first time buying a car and Shanda did absolutely amazing with helping me through the whole process. She was there to help me find exactly what I was looking for, but also help a great deal with the paper work. She answered questions I had and broke down the process to where I could easily understand what was going on. Shanda made this experience easy and wonderful!

The staff answered all my questions and provided thorough service to my vehicle. Explanations were given prior to the return of my vehicle. David, the service manager, walked me through good maintenance checks to do regularly given the mileage on my car. Highly recommend using their services!

Brian Oaks was awesome!!! Not pushy or breathing down your neck! He was very patient and thorough in explaining everything about each vehicle I was interested in. Glad he suggested to test drive both an hybrid and regular - boy oh boy what a big difference! Everyone was professional and welcoming!

The sales staff at Ballentine Toyota is phenomenal, they are very friendly and funny but most importantly they are great at what they do! Brian Oaks helped me with the sale of my car (Awesome guy, keeps it 100%) and a special thanks to Keith Murray for keeping an uplifting mood and the sales manager Kevin Cook for being such a great help! I will be returning for any next purchase that I make!

I had a wonderful experience at Ballentine Toyota. Mark and Keith made sure I was well taken care of. From getting me the exact car I wanted with features I didn t know were available to assisting me with setting up Apple CarPlay. I am one satisfied customer!

This place has always been good to me. Whether it's collision services or buying a used car, I can trust that I will be given great service. I hear good things about Ballentine and can personally say from experience it's a great dealership. I would highly recommend others to go to them for any service they may need.

Good customer service, but that's about it. Bought a vehicle only to discover an issue which I brought back on Monday and explained the problem (surprised I was able to get it out of park). I received this response: 'Since I can t replicate the issue at the moment there is nothing more I can do for you, although I will acknowledge the existence of such a problem.' Email sent to Bal Ballentine remains unanswered until now with one notable detail - when paying for my vehicle no attempt had been made towards cleanliness resulting in trash along side food remnants scattered across its rear seats.

After hitting a deer and doing serious damage to my vehicle, I was prepared to yo-yo between the repair shop and insurance company for weeks before getting the ball rolling. I shouldn t have worried. Ballentine and my insurance worked behind the scenes without me knowing and I picked up my car, in perfect condition, a couple of weeks later (outstanding timing as I dropped it off on a Friday). It s nice to be pleasantly surprised! I couldn t be more satisfied

Thanks to Donnie, Brad and Kevin for helping me purchase my new(2018) Forerunner. Kevin helped me get the price I wanted. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. When I went back Donnie took my 5 year old Grandson on a tour of the antique vehicles. He really enjoyed that! Great memory! Thanks Donnie.

Came all the way from Florida to purchase a new 2024 1794 tundra. Blake was terrific . Got me in and out quick and very easy with no games. If you are looking for a great deal without the hassle I would highly recommend Blake and Ballentine toyota.

I went by on a whim to look at cars because I was looking but didn t think Greenwood would have what I wanted. Once we got in the lot my fianc�e saw the color I wanted and it was in the vehicle I wanted! They worked with us on the price and helped me get a car after my car got totaled in a wreck. They were so kind through the whole process and were amazing to deal with! I would definitely recommend going here to get a new car or just looking!

We are 12 days new to Greenwood, SC, but Ballentine Toyota members made us feel valued by attending to the needs of my RAV4, removing unnecessary requested services, and ensuring the deficit items were properly diagnosed and repaired. Additionally, I received a call for estimated costs with explanations of probable cause and solutions. You don't find this kind of attended services often, so our hats off to BT and their staff...Job well-done. Dr. S. Wright

I was in the market for a 2022 Prius LE. I called 30 Toyota dealerships on the east coast looking for someone who will work with me out of state for a fair price. Blake was very upfront with the out-the-door cost and was able to send me a detailed quote by email (as all dealerships should!). Blake was also very responsive and professional with emails and phone calls. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion and made the process as smooth as it could go. When we picked up the car, I had a chance to talk with Brad and Brian and they were both very nice, professional, and helpful as well. Throughout my experience with Ballentine nobody was pushy, there were no surprises, and everybody was upfront and respectful. It was a simple transaction handled professionally. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, no question. Keith Murray (salesman) was awesome. I had worked with 4 other Toyota dealerships over 3 months to find a Camry that I wanted. After being given the run-around and two 1,000 dollar deposits later, I decided to call yet another dealership - 'enter Ballentine Toyota'. During my first call with Kieth he located a camry that was exactly what I wanted. 5 minutes later I had a spec sheet in my email and I told him it was perfect. I made a deposit to hold the car, it was delivered 2 days later and I took delivery the following Monday. Kieth mad sure to send pics when it arrived, pics when he put on the showroom floor for me to keep it clean and, when I got to the dealership he and their whole team didn't even fuss when my two year old got in the car and started beeping the horn in the showroom . Brad (finance) was great too and did everything he could to get me the best deal possible and I felt/feel great about the purchase. Super nice team, welcoming family environment, quick and easy deal all the way around. Go to Ballentine Toyota!!!

I bought my Corolla here 10 years ago and every service ever done has been through Ballentine. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in its top shape and have never tried to sale me anything that wasn t absolutely needed. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I have and will continue to only go here for all of my services and for any future car purchases. Ballentine has earned a lifetime customer from me over these last 10 fantastic years.

I had the most pleasant buying experience at Ballentine Toyota! I had been looking for a car on the internet for about a month. I never got a good feeling about different dealerships when inquiring about a listing.The receptionist answering the phone were usually robotic and the salesman I was connected was either pushy and or didn t know anything about their inventory.That was not my experience at Ballentine Toyota.Maryann, the receptionist, made my call seem important to her and she quickly connected me to a friendly voice, Keith Murray. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed my concerns. He was so positive about where he worked and sold me not only on himself but the dealership as a whole. After driving a hour and half to get to Ballentine s, the vehicle was exactly as he described. I didn t have any intention of buying a car that day but had such a positive experience, I decided to buy that moment. Brad McDuffie, in Finance had all the paperwork ready and I didn t have to wait. He efficiently reviewed all the products and described the benefits not the features of each product.Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience even if have been in the auto industry for 35 years like I have. I got a high quality car at a very reasonable price and was treated like family. I can t say enough about my experience at Ballentine Toyota. Mr Ballentine, if you read these comments, you should be very proud of the work environment you have created. Your employees sure are proud of you and where they work. Your dealership is a role model of how buying a car should be done.

My car was slow to start up the past few days, I thing maybe because of colder weather, but called the service dept and they had me come in to be on the safe side and turned out the battery was going bad and needed to be replace and they were able to get me in and taken care of with short notice!
