Was in and out rather quickly because I went by knowing what I needed and the store is basically labeled entirely so I headed straight to the back of the store picked up the oil I needed and was in and out within 3 minutes. Including check out. Lady at the register was wonderful and it was a normal experience

The guys behind the counter were very helpful. I had a few questions, and they could actually answer them. The price is comparable to other locations.

The store is clean and the employee I spoke with was very friendly. I actually went there because it's an UPS Drop off. Be warned though, there is absolutely no signage to give you that information.

The Manger and the other employees were very respectful and helpful. The manager Dee waited on me and put my battery in. She answered my questions with patience and a smile.Thank you Dee and God bless you.

Wonderful employees who go above and beyond for their customers. My daughter and I got stranded here last night in the pouring rain. My car broke down and wouldn't start in the parking lot. They offered us chairs and even let me charge my phone while we waited for the tow truck. They also trickle charged my battery and even tried to give my car a jump start with their personal vehicle. Wonderful wonderful people, and Dee was excellent and so sweet to me and my 3 year old daughter who tends to be rambunctious. I can't say enough about Miss. Dee. Miss Dee if you see this I owe you a Mill House pizza!

Only one person working in the store. Waited 15 min for no one to help or even acknowledge anyone was even in the store,that's with three standing behind me.Very unsatisfied! I'm sorry to leave 1 star

Product you show on line is not what you get. The picture of the item is totally different. The size I didn't want they had it in the correct box like what I ordered. Never again. Not the store fault. William had great customer service.

Went to check an error code and possibly buy some parts for my truck. Due to covid protocol they allowed me to use the code reader but didn't offer any assistance in reading or using it. Fortunately I knew how to use it and knew what i was looking at. If you don't know how to use one or read it don't expect any help. They get 3 stars for being as helpful I guess as they could be but they definitely didn't get my business.

Got here right at closing time but the staff assisted me and was able to get what I needed. Very friendly and professional service. Could not have asked for better. A+++

My sister and I noticed the tire pressure was low. We visited the store to purchase a tire pressure gauge. Salesman, pointed to the Isle where they were but beyond that. It's like we were trespassing on his "free time" rather than asking a person "on the clock" to actually work. I remember his name. I see no point when every other employee in the store was giving the same vibe! This was my first visit to this location. I'm from Murrell's Inlet, SC and frequent AAP regularly. That store is welcoming and has friendly staff who go out of their way to help a customer. I'd only return to this one if it was emergent.

I needed to pick up new wiper blades for dad and also bought a rear wiper blade for myself. Service was quick and friendly. They installed my rear blade before I left. Dad loves his new silicon rainx wipers even though he had to install his own.

For a hot rod lowrider guy like myself. Parts are getting harder and harder to get locally. And it definitely doesn't help that the store attendees know absolutely nothing about parts. Sheesh

Douglas was more than helpful. He and the lady he was working with took the time to help me with a starter on a 1966 truck. The truck has a different motor in it and was not sure what starter I needed.Advance Auto should be proud to have this level of experienced and dedication.

How can the people work here and not have any parts knowledge. My daughter and myself walked into advanced and the girl working there on Sunday morning was playing on her phone and did not know anything about anything I was so disappointed and that auto store my advice is to go to O'Reilly's they were courteous then you what to do then you have to find the part that helped us very very quickly never go to Advance Auto in Greenwood South Carolina

These stores need a dedicated cashier. Too many times I've walked out having to wait to pay behind someone who needs a part researched. First rule of retailing is never make a customer wait in order to get their money! I'm going on Rockauto.com when I can from now on.

Stopped to check battery and the nice lady that helped us said it was just the cable and had a nice gentleman come out and fix it for us. Great customer service!!

My car lost antifreeze and was running hot. A young black man named William, helped me with the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He made it a good experience for me.
