Update 12/23/2023:Gave the shop a visit to see if there was any progress. My wheels were laying on the floor and fairly dusty. Spoke with Greg while I was there, and he provided helpful information as to why my wheels came out the way they did. He did not know what was needed to be done with them. He offered me to bring them back with the wheels installed. Overall, I think all this could have gone better if there was more communication from the shop. I may have been an annoying customer reaching out once a week for an update, but most of the time, I received no update.Took my wheels and center hub caps to get them repaired and refinished on October 16. They had light curb rash and some staining from a previous owner. Picked them up on October 24 and returned them the next day due to minor over spray, bubbles on one center hub cap, and 3 wheels not matching the finish that was requested. I have needed to follow up every other week for an update. Unfortunately, they are still working on them as of December 18. This review will be updated once all has been completed.

My car's previous owner had grey coated the wheels and I thought it looked terrible. Brought it in to get the rims re-machined to an original finish, and they look great. Very happy with the work. (Took a little longer than I would have liked, but it was well worth the wait. So no biggie.) Good work and good prices!

Amazing! I have used this company twice, once after a tire shop scratched all 4 of my rims! Wheelhouse was efficient and polite. I had my car back in less than a week. After a year and a half I notice a small inclusion on 2 of my rim. They we happy to repair them. Hannah was very polite and professional in all of our emails. I have already referred them to over 20 people. My car is more than just a car to me and they understood that.Thank you again!!

They did a great job repairing the curb rash on my corvette wheels. They look brand new! Very professional group with a fast turn-around. I highly recommend them for all of your wheel repair needs!

Alex Boom: The face of my wheels were machined when they didn't need to be. The quality was of a lower grade and chatter marks were left on all 4 wheels. Instead of stopping and explaining the situation to me they did the machining because, "it was on the work order and I signed for it." "Things like this just happen." Do they?They were not willing to fix their mistake and only took $60 off a $560 bill. I get the impression that this shop is more interested in making a buck instead of customer service. I now have wheels that I no longer want and will have to sell at a deep discount.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys here! From the moment I made the phone call to inquire, to the time I picked my car up. Professional, kind, hard working, and kept me up to date on everything! The prices were excellent to. When we picked my car up, I thought they had accidentally put new rims on my car instead of repairing mine, they look fabulous!!!

I brought in my vehicle a cracked rim. Their team ended up finding several cracks causing leaks. They repaired it, and also took care of the warranty work with integrity when it leaked again. They go above and beyond to get you right, and stand by their work.

This company lacks professionalism, communication skills, and quality work. I had my rim repaired 2 weeks ago . I rode on a temporary tire 2 weeks and when I finally got my rim back , it did not hold air. One of the workers said that my rim had been welded too far down and needed to be to corrected. I had to put air in my tire twice daily . When I finally got my rim back it still wouldn t hold air . Finally, I suggested a used rim thinking since they caused it to be non repairable they would handle the cost of a used rim, they would not accept responsibility and told constant lies to cover themselves . This business is horrible I do not advise anyone to do business with them until they correct some of their business practices.

I had damage on a very rare wheel that I needed to have fixed. I found this place on Google and gave them a try. I am very satisfied with the work performed. Kyle is very professional and the same goes for the young lady at the front desk. I love supporting family owned businesses and will continue to do business with Wheelhouse Rim Repair. Great down to earth people doing great work.

Dropped my rim off Friday they said it would be done Monday, it wasn't done till Wednesday! and I left 2 messages asking if it is done. They never got back with me, I was fed up and went to see if it was done Friday (a whole week) and it was. so 5 DAYS LATE!!! I paid for a repair, leak check, and BALANCE. When i was driving home It still shook a little so i took it to discount tire for a rotation and all that. they also did a Balance since it still shook a little when i drove. As Discount tire was doing the balance they pulled me into the garage to show me my rim was still bent a good bit. no discount or anything for my troubles and an unfinished job. Complete garbage repair, not done all the way. Didn't balance it. will never recommend to anyone.

I dropped my truck off for the wheels to be sandblasted and powdercoated, they promised 2 dates that they would be done by and overshot both. After multiple attempts to get in contact with someone we FINALLY got a call with another date the wheels would be ready. When my wife got there to pick it up they only had 2 wheels "done" and gave excuses about why. An hour later the other 2 wheels had been painted. Keep in mind they had the truck 12 days. They didn't even take my wheels off the truck; just half hearted wiped them down and painted over them. They took the center caps off to paint the wheels but didn't bother to paint the center caps or put the chrome sleeve back on my valve stems. The center caps weren't secured back on and I lost one a mile from the shop. The paint wasn't a day old and was already chipping and bubbling. I have pictures for anyone who would like me to verify.

Dropped 4 wheels off in early July. Now it is early November. Excuses all along the way. Will update if they ever respond. They still have my 4 wheels. All they had to do is resurface. Bate/switch, guy was very nice, he just apparently wants my wheels for my car. I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times. 4 months. no wheels.

Lets just say I wouldn't take the stock spare wheel out of a 1994 honda civic to this guy. I took some vmr wheels in hyper silver to be repaired for minor scratches. The week he said they would be done, I heard nothing. Called him the next week and he said that one of his guys had done a poor job on them so he was going to redo them. Finally I took a trip to greenville to see if they were done. They didn't even know what I was talking about. Finally I get to see the wheels. They were sanded down. He said one got scratched putting the tire back on. About a month later I called back and said I needed them by the weekend. He brought the wheels to me, luckily free of charge. I was out of town when they were delivered, came back to town to find that they look terrible. The paint is run all the way around the wheel, clear is already peeling, you can see the lips where the paint was ground then not smoothed out before they were repainted (in a place that was not damaged in the first place.) The tpms sensors were not working so I broke the wheels down. Come to find out both tpms sensors were broken and the beads of the tires were shreaded. $60 a pop for the sensors and now the tires wont hold air. (Brand new toyo proxes sport plus) The car is awd so now im in for 4 new tires as well. Ended up costing me about $800 to go here and didn't even get charged for the wheels. Steer clear!

Had a wheel my wife had bent and cracked repaired. 3 day turn around as a walkin is really good as we needed it for a short road trip this weekend. Would highly recommend and if ever in need of services would definitely return.

Have a 2013 Jaguar XF 5.0sc. Stock wheels were ok but I wanted a different look and did not want to buy after market rims. So, went to these guys and showed them what I wanted. All of the employees were willing to discuss the procedure and share their involvement in the work. They were all courteous and respectful of my requests and of the care required to satisfy my needs. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the price.

Pleasant to deal with from the first inquiry and right through to billing. They even called once they analyzed the damage and gave sound advice as to whether proceeding was even required. The rim has been trued, but I ll be back when I ding the next one.

I didn't even get the privilege of an experience with Wheelhouse Rim Repair. I was referred to them by Rent-n-Roll so I called them at 1:13pm (after seeing online that they close at 3) and was told by whomever answered that they close in 15min, and before I even asked my next question I was hung up on. I called at 1:22 and said "online it says you close at 3. Are you closing in 15min" and the response was "Um, yeah I'm closing at 2 today" and hung up on me again. I will not recommend ANY ONE to Wheelhouse and will recommend Rent-n-Roll to find another partner.

On a trip from South Mississippi to Maryland and cracked a wheel somewhere along the way, called around and everyone was booked up including this place, booked into July, told them my situation, they told me to come on and immediately pulled the wheel of the car and started working on getting it fixed when we got here. Huge Huge Huge thank you to these people for going out of their way to help us.

My daughter ran over a rock or hit a pothole dented the Rim severely . The people at Wheelhouse rim repair took care of me and got it fixed the same day. Superior work in a timely matter
