Best managers in the world. Great to talk to and are understanding with employees and customers. They don't beat around the bush and talk to you straight up. Also the employees in the shop even tho being short staffed most of the time do what they can for you and your vehicle.

I ran over a screw and needed my tire patched. The lady at register was good but the actual service was terrible. I worked all day and was in pain. Walked around walmart waiting 2 1/2 hours for this service that doesn't take long. It was awful! All young people that didn't seem they knew what they were doing. On top of that my tire is in need of air again today. Not sure if he did the job correctly, so I will find out when I go pay someone else to plug the tire properly.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND PAYING BETWEEN $3000-$4000 WHEN THE MANAGER CHANGES YOUR OIL AND FAILS TO PUT THE OIL PLUG BACK IN CORRECTLY AND THE OIL PLUG COMES OUT WHILE YOUR DRIVING AND ALL THE OIL POURS OUT WITHIN SECONDS SEIZING UP YOUR ENGINE, THEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THE MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES TO FINALLY GET IN TOUCH 2 WEEKS LATER FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND GIVE YOU SOME NUMBER TO WALMARTS INSURANCE/CLAIMS 3RD PARTY COMPANY FOR THEM TO HAVE A SMART A** ATTITUDE AND TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR ENGINE REPLACED BECAUSE THERE IS NO CAMERA UNDER THE CAR WHEN THEY CHANGE YOUR OIL SO THERE FOR THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IT WAS THE MANAGERS FAULT EVEN THO I GOT THE CAR TOWD TO A VERY HIGH REGARDED MECHANIC AND HE SAYS ITS ABSOLUTELY THE PERSON WHO CHANGED THE OILS FAULT AND HE TOOK PICTURES AND HAD PROOF SO I GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH THE 3RD PARTY COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD RATHER PAYOUT WAY MORE MONEY FIGHTING ME IN COURT THAN TO GIVE ME A DIME . SO IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE OF GOING THROUGH ALL OF THIS TO POSSIBLY END UP WITH A CAR YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DRIVE AGAIN THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU

Horrible. Took me 2 hours of wait to do an oil change. There were no cars ahead of me as well. I didn't know it took that much time to do an oil change, crazy customer service.

Came in to get some tires changed out and after 2hrs of waiting was told service could not be done because of missing lugnuts but had a pre service inspection done but behold after some research the location is supposed to do lugnut replacement but didn't even try to offer the service which i would have gotten but probably because it was almost closing time they wanted to get me gone horrible assistance and service

Had them put on two tires. The tire pressure light came on that afternoon and has not gone off. I went by the store and tried to have them look at it. Was told a lie the first time about there tire pressure reset machine being broke the first time and the second time after waiting 30 min's and getting no service I left. Addressed it myself and it took 10 min's. Seems like understaffed with people who don't care but I don't know if I blame them for not caring at 14 a hour. I'll regardless though will not use them again after this.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had an oil change and was told all is good except that I had no oil in the engine. They stated they took it for a test drive and all seemed good. I paid and left. Couldn't get to 35km/h before my car stalled and the engine light came on. Went to a dealership and now I need a new engine. It could've been a persisting problem and later found that my make had a class action lawsuit.

They never answer the phone because walmart don't hire enough people because the hours that they offer. Also, you can't buy car batteries now unless TLE is open. I needed a battery bad an couldn't even get it one night so will not rely on them again.

Great customer service person.She worked in an auto parts store before but Walmart is treating her way better!Her great customer service is because her employer treats her with dignity and respect!Many other companies could learn from Walmart!

New tires and an oil change. The price was great and I got service during the holidays when everyone else was shopping, so they were not busy and got it done super fast. This time I did not schedule an appointment because their computer system just slows everything down. Just checked online to confirm they had the tires I needed then walked in and got the service my car needed. I have ordered tired online from Walmart for years and this was my best experience yet. All previous visits had lots of wasted time trying to get the computer system to work. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. JUST WALK IN!

People are extremely nice but if your check engine light is on even if it's just faulty wiring they will not do an oil change. Don't waste your time even if it's not a serious light like mine just goes on and off and has been determined faulty wiring but they will turn you away. Said home office sent it out hoping to save themselves money but in reality they are going to lose money...

The people were friendly and everything went well. I went about a month ago and I drive a lot for work so I have to get my oil changed more frequently. My car slowed down on a highway so I get out to check the oil because the oil light came on and what do you know I have no oil showing on the stick. My oil change sticker says I still have another 1000 miles to get an oil change so I don t understand why they didn t put enough oil in my car to last until then. We replaced two tires and had the rear tires rotated to the front. The service representative, Mina, was very considerate in placing the spare we drove in on back in its holding compartment with the other items that were like the jumper cables back on top and put our old tires which we chose to recycle ourselves on a piece of plastic in our boot. The extra effort was nice.Service: Tires

I ve been standing here for over an hour now waiting to get a tire patched up. Basic patch up job, not anything difficult, but when I asked ole Linda what was taking so long she says it s Saturday and well there are many people ahead of you and oh, the computer sorts everything out. I asked her to check who was ahead of me and there were only 2 people in line before me. I couldn t help but to overhear the SUPERVISOR chatting it up with all his employees and sports and his dodge challenger he just got. LEAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES ALONE AND LET THEM WORK. Linda was fully equipped to use every excuse known to man, and the supervisor was distracting all of his workers from actually doing any work. I am absolutely HEATED right now as I watch Linda walk over to the guy patching up my tire and strike up a conversation with him. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be putting myself through this heartache anymore, so I will NOT be letting these buffoons get anywhere near my vehicle or giving them my money anymore. They want to sleep on the job, and chitchat instead of working? Fine. I ll take my business elsewhere.Service: Tires

The staff was so helpful and kind. They fixed my issue quickly and did a great job. I liked that you could keep up with how the fix was going on the Walmart app.

They charge you fees on top of fees, so expect to pay $20-30 more than the actual cost of the tire if they install it. They advertise opening at 7am; I was there at 6:55 and finally walked around the building at 7:05 am to see them standing by my car confused as if it was the first and only 4 wheeled machine ever.The woman checking me in insisted on standing outside in the cold misty rain. The rain was light but when it's 34 degrees outside, that's the last place you want to be! She was adamant about having to be outside using that scan tool that seemd to ask for everything besides blood type.I was the first person there and it still took an hour for them to put ONE tire on one wheel. I didn't ask them to install it on the vehicle; I wanted the ONE bad tire removed off the ONE wheel and the ONE good tire put on.If time permits you to pass them up, I strongly advise it. I got up early so I wouldn't be late to work and now getting ONE tire has me LATE TO WORK.DO NOT GO!!!PASS THEM UP!!!

I usually go to AAA for oil changes to my car, but was in the vicinity when I needed an oil change, and decided to give it a go. It was a little crowded, and there was a bit if a wait, but the attendant kept me apprised the whole time if how long my wait would be. It wasn't overly long, I got a bit of shopping done, and as a free service the vacuum your car. Very pleased, and would have my oil changed here again.

I didn't even place one foot in the door and I am so dissatisfied with the customer service!! Called to ask about getting myself 4 new tires for my car. Gave the lady on the phone the size and they had some in stock. I asked what the price would be and she gave it to me, which was reasonable. I began to ask if they had availability today and the lady said "Okay, bye!" And hung up! What kind of customer service is that?? How about asking me was there anything else or would I like to come in today?? I'll be going elsewhere and paying $50 more but at least the service will be 10x better. This place is a friggin JOKE!!!

I went to get a tire put on because around Christmas i got brand new tires with insurance, and i got insurance on all tires. Blew a tire and came to get a replacement. Linda refused to let me in the building before forcing me to get back in my car and come to a bay, then she refused to let me out of my car till she had filled all the information out, and my tire was not done in a timely manner. I am extremely dissapinted in this service and refuse to use Walmart for anything ever again!

I waited over an hour just to have two tires placed in the back of my suv. Which I had to do myself. Over an hour for an order that was already placed and they were not busy at all. Everyone was just grouped up conversating. Will not use them for anything ever again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Tried to pay for my wifes tires over the phone but the woman working the register said its her policy that she cannot take payment that way. I never heard of employee policies. I will have to look that one up. Extremely rude, only people who follow the compamy policies should be helping customers, my boss did this for me with a work vehicle last year with this exact walmart.

Bought 4 tires and paid to have them put on, there was an issue getting one of the tires off so they just didn't do that tire and didn't bother to tell me. I brought it back the next day and they did the other tire but my tpms light has been coming on and off since

Saturday oil change i got here at 12 and no one is behind the counter had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. And i haven't even got my oil change yet 12:45 now. Update coming *updat* service done at 1:20 line still crazy long and "miss Virginia" they call her she needs to be replaced by a young man named devin hes a hard worker he got the line down in just a few minutes. He stepped in after miss Virginia took a lunch break at a busy time. Sercice other wise was good.

Linda and Brian we're basically running the whole show with just one other Tech. They did awesome. Even apologize for it taking 2 + hours. Got new wiper blades and they went above and beyond and cleaned inside and outside of my windshield it looks like. You guys are Aces. The only thing that upset me is they would not take a tip. They really do deserve it because I guess another tech did not show up .

What s the worth of a nearly 2 hour oil change? About $10 rollback . Horrendous time wasted on top of checking in and seeing the auto care center crew wasting time and conversing amongst themselves; with 2 fresh cars just sitting, waiting for the hoods to magically pop up I guess. It took the supervision of a customer and expressing being distraught to see some action on that floor. You re better off paying regular price for 15 mins of service. Time is indeed money, and from the looks of it, they re juicing their hours for all it s worth, doing minimal. Hell, writing this up took me another 30 mins and I THINK they re ALMOST done with the car. Save money, waste time- walmart. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

I arrived at 7 am, when they were supposed to open. There was a line of cars already, and the door didn't actually open until 7:20. I waited for two hours and when I was called over the intercom 2 hours later, they told me that both their technicians had called in and no one could help me after keeping we waiting for 2 hours. So I went hope with nothing even looked at, or car moved . I will never go there again.

Second time the auto center on woodruff rd has refused to serve me. Their hours posted are 7am to 7pm. When I show up for an oil change at 5:50pm and their is only one car ahead of me that I verbally hear an employee yell it s finished up get it out of here . You can imagine how frustrating it is for someone to look you in the face and tell you we don t have time to do your oil change. Them boys bout to go home at 5:50? You close at 7. So no one here is capable of changing my oil in 1 hour and 10 minuets? I will gladly take my money else where
