This is the garage my wife uses! We left our previous mechanical who we were with for 12 years. After the pandemic my old garage steadily went downhill both on price and on quality of work.Watson's was perfection from the time they answered the phone and I explained my need right up until I picked up my vehicle with the job completed. They were friendly, they were attentive,they explained things clearly and concisely, they didn't take too long doing the work, and they were reasonably priced.I'm excited that I found a good garage to work on my.

Watson Tire has done right by me TWICE!First time I came in- I needed a last-minute tire plug before a road trip. They couldn't do it same-day bc of their busy schedule, but recommended me to another shop that could. That showed me true integrity, and really helped me.Second time- 2 months later, my front passenger tire caught another nail (I drive for Uber, so it happens all too frequently). Since I knew I could rely on this shop for integrity, I came back and dropped the car off in the morning, soon as they opened. They had my tire patched and ready to go by 5pm for under $50 (most other shops I've been to charge $60+ for a patch).One of the lead technicians, Rob, also identified some issues with my suspension, which I just recently had replaced by another shop.His observance allowed me to go back to the other shop and get the issue fixed for free under warranty.All in all - this is the best tire repair, and one of the best auto repair shops in Greenville, SC I've dealt with.Thanks a lot for the quick help and consistent integrity!P.S. - The shop dogs are awesome!

Beth and Tim are so incredibly kind, trustworthy, and so welcoming! I had brought my car here last year after the dealership told me I would have over $1200 in repairs. They did a full inspection and let me know what was actually needed to be fixed, at that time to be safe on the road, and what repairs were okay to hold off on. It saved me so much stress, I was very relieved. I again took my car in for a safety inspection to make sure all was good and again Tim and Beth were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for any service. I am a younger adult with a high mileage car. Tim and his team took great care of me and made sure my car was safe for the road. Beth, Tim and crew are great to work with. I have worked with them over the years and they have always done great work. Recently, after I destroyed a rim and tire, they searched for the best deal on a rim, put four new tires on the truck and aligned my front end. Watson is the best! They were very friendly and did not take advantage of me as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. They were very transparent with me about which repairs needed to be done now, and which ones could wait. They call you if they need to repair something that will be an additional cost. After picking up my car, I got a personal text message from one of the employees (not an automated message) thanking me for my business. Outstanding service!

I just had my car turned into them after the holidays and they were quick to look at it. Unfortunately my car is better off being sold but as a young woman they didn t take advantage of my experience of not understanding cars. They were very kind and helped me understand what was wrong (transmission). The gentleman said he didn t want to charge or change the oil when the transmission is out which was very kind. Other places could have done that knowing the car should be sold and take my money. Even though they haven t done physical work on my car, my next car will be going there from now on. In my experience this has been the best place I ve ever encountered for car repair

They were the best repair shop I have ever visited! A quote from a different shop (which they wanted to charge $100 for even though they never said there was a charge, I talked them down to $50 because they were holding my car hostage) in town was 2 1/2 times more because they tried to sell me things I knew I did not need. W.N. Watson was friendly (the woman at the front desk was just amazing) and I felt I could trust them from the moment I walked in. Their price was fair for what they did and they got me back on the road. Got an oil change a little over a week ago and dropped off the car before work. These are th3 nicest people and I would give them my business over a major chain anyday. The text message they send out making sure you'll be there because their dogs will be excited to see you and if you can't make it let them know so they can let their dogs down easy is the best thing ever! 10/10

I love Watsons! Always welcome to drop in with questions,no matter how small. Honest,knowledgeable,reliable,professional. It is very reassuring,as a person who knows nothing about cars,except how to drive one, to have a place I can count on. Beth and Tim, in addition to their technical expertise, are very welcoming and laid back. Additionally,their shop is super close to my apartment. Give them a try. I googled the closest oil change and brought my car here. They were so kind and professional, they gave me an estimate of when my car would be ready and it was ready one hour before. I always plan on bringing my car here for any needed maintenance, truly such lovely people. The lady in the front was particularly helpful and made my day!Service: Oil change

I don t have enough words to describe how genuine the employees of this business are. This is one of the most welcoming places I ve been, and they truly care about you and your car. I ve had multiple services performed on my Honda here and every time I felt like they were honest with me and they always were very communicative and helpful. We trust them with all of our vehicles. They provide me with free transportation to my work downtown when getting repairs. I love being greeted by their dogs when I walk in. The staff is always professional and helpful. Look no further for a mechanic....go here!

I have taken our families vehicles to Watson for over 10 years now. They are simply the best.Beth and David and the rest of the folks there are so friendly and treat us like family. They've always been straight up with me and have fair prices. I haven't had any work done, only inspection, but they've always found the issue and have never pressured me to do the work there. They've either told me I should sell the vehicle cuz it wasn't worth the effort or gave me pointers when I said if fix it myself.Only "downside" is they're VERY popular/busy, so it can take a day or two to get in.

I want to give a shout out to W.N. Watson Tire and Automotive on Broad Street. I haven t used them before and on the way to Church last night I had a brake issue. I called them this morning and they worked me in. I got brakes and tires for much less than I thought it would be. Very nice and honest folks! When you go ask to give their resident watchdog Olive Pearl a cookie. Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

The most friendly staff ever. Everyone who walks in is treated like family. The work is exceptional. The service staff comes in to give details of what they did. And the puppies greet you at the counter. The waiting area is clean and just special.

I had a bad experience at another shop. Wasted a great deal of time and money trying to get my brakes from screeching. I looked up car repair near me and decided to try this place out. Had great reviews, so I contacted them via email. Tim Ethridge responded right away, I told him about what happened and what needed to be done. Told me to drop the car off for the day and they will check it out. Went to the shop first thing in the morning, and it was busy. Had a good feeling right away knowing the shop is already busy, as soon as they open.I went inside and waited in line, with two people in front of me and 1 behind me. When It was my turn, there was an older looking gentleman that took me, and come to find out, it was Tim. I didnt have to explain anything, as he remembered our conversation. Gave him my keys and I went to work. Couple of hours later, he called me stating that the pads were changed recently (the other shop) but it could be bad quality and asked if I wanted to change it anyways to the brand they use. I said yes, and around 3pm they called to tell me it was done. They told me to take it easy for about a week, and if there is any problems that they would take care of it free of charge. Its been a week, and my car is screech free.I will definitely be coming here in the future. The customer service is top notch, and they dont feed you bs information to try to upsell you more services that you dont need.Service: Brakes

I have been bringing my vehicles to W.N. Watson for around 7 years, and have always been pleased with the service that Tim and his team provide. Their only interest is to get your vehicle safely back on the road. They have worked on both my cars and minivans, as well as my diesel SUV. They are honest, reliable, and friendly and you could send your wife, mother, or daughter here and trust that they would get the same story that you get. I highly recommend them.
