Absolute best and most professional VW/Audi shop. Kim and Dave are absolutely awesome They are the most professional and caring shop owners I've ever met. They really do care about their customers and is their top priority I feel. I bring my entire family's cars here never had any issues they've always taken good care of us and always taking good care of our cars. Dave Cory and the other mechanics in the back really know what they're doing. Thank you very much Kim and Dave and the entire vintage auto crew.

Needed to check on an oil leak but also got a transmission and oil change while i was there for my audi a3 2006. They ensured everything was working great and let me know of a few other issues i should get done soon as preventative matainence and diagnosed a rat tail light problem! They know what they're doing and the staff is friendly and clear on everything.Update: Once again perfect service! Recently brought my car in for a timing belt and water pump and though fire to the age of the car a part failed but they replaced it right away, no issues! She runs so much better now and i forsee another 200k miles!

Working with Kim and Dave and the entire vintage team has always been amazing. They are honest and very trustworthy. We don t take our TT or S5 anywhere else! Recently, we had service done on our newly purchased 2013 S5, we had our quote, and while doing the service Dave noticed another leak that needed to be repaired. Dave made sure to call us to make sure we were ok with the extra repairs and let us know how much it would be. He and Kim have never steered us wrong and we appreciate their knowledge, attention to detail and excellent customer service.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I took my 2015 A4 in after having some intermittent hesitation while accelerating. After a quick drive around the block, they recommended an intake runner inspection and sure enough found an outrageous amount of carbon buildup. While in there, they recommended I replace the factory plastic water pump with a new aluminum unit as well (Which was a great recommendation since the factory pump was starting to fail and leak). They also replaced the injectors and PCV valve. I was appreciative of how thorough they were diagnosing the issues and that they called with options for everything instead of telling me I owed $500+ more than what was quoted. Without asking, they also inspected the timing chain at no charge. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with an Audi/VW! Transparent, extremely knowledgable, great prices, and friendly staff just make this my new go-to shop! Thanks again Vintage Auto!

Can t say enough good things about Dave, Kim and the team at Vintage! They re incredibly knowledgeable and above all, super honest. It can be hard to find a trustworthy place to work on your car, but I would hand them the keys to anything I own, over and over again. We ve loved our Audis over the years and knowing who to call when they need normal maintenance or modifications makes us feel even more loyal to the brand.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Vintage Auto is the only place I take my Audi and I would recommend that you do the same! The owners, David and Kim are the friendliest down to earth people, and they are car enthusiasts themselves! They go out of their way for their customers, and I'm grateful to have someone I trust to maintain my Audi!

Once had my EOS here for a simple mistake but serious issue. The staff there a very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, kept contact on any updates on my car. Would gladly go back to support them. A great VW/Audi specialist group. Car still runs great!

I ll start by saying that I do 90% of my own maintenance, but I felt like I was in a little over my head doing the timing belt/water pump service on my 2014 VW Passat TDI. The dealership wanted $3500 to do it, so I called around to all of the independent shops that I could find or were recommended. Vintage Auto was WAY cheaper than the dealership and when I called to get a quote for the service, I was given a price immediately, no searching for parts and labor prices. That made me feel like they do the timing belt service enough that it s pretty much routine for everyone in that shop to deal with.Vintage Auto happened to be one of the closest shops to me so it was much easier for my wife to go with me to drop off and pick up my car.They requested that I drop it off on Sunday evening so they could start on it first thing on Monday. Early afternoon on Monday, I got a call that the work was complete and I went over to pay for the work.Everyone I met was incredibly friendly, including the guy that worked on my car, who they say is a TDI guru, which is a huge plus.The price was exactly what was quoted, and they were cool with me leaving my car there until my wife could bring me back to get it that evening.I still do most of my own maintenance, but I ll definitely keep this shop in mind if there s something I m uncomfortable doing or lack the proper equipment to do correctly.Overall, I had an excellent experience and I can t recommend them enough to anyone with a VW or Audi who needs service work or mechanical repairs done to their vehicle.

So, THIS is the place for the Audi/VDub enthusiast or anyone really that is looking for honest, knowledgeable folks that know how to take top notch care of your vehicle . Kim and Dave have been spectacular with servicing my Audi S3 for well over a year now. I got all my maintenance performed here along with performance ECU/TCU tuning(034 Motorsports) and bolt ons. My Audi a total blast to drive and has been 100% trouble free for 50K miles now even though I "let it rip" very often. With Audi/Vdub proper maintenance is the key for longevity and these folks at Vintage Auto will take care of you!

If you re an Audi owner, you very well know how expensive they can be to work on. You can always take your car to the dealership if the thought of extra money in your bank account disgusts you, because you ll be left with zero. However, if you re like me and you like the idea of saving money without sacrificing quality service, Vintage Auto might be the place for you.From the first phone call, I knew this was the place to take my car. The owners David and Kim are fantastic. Both communicate extremely well when it comes to the problem, solution, and cost to fix. It s very apparent that they re both Audi enthusiasts and love what they do.After the incredible work they did installing a bunch of aftermarket upgrades, I m confident to recommend them to anyone.

If you own a VW or Audi, and need out-of-warranty service done, this is the only business to consider IMO. I had an oil cooler seal that was leaking coolant on my mk7 GTI. This is a relatively significant repair that I wasn't comfortable with doing on my own. They did the job for basically half of what the dealership quoted me for and the nice lady that takes calls and runs the front office is exceptionally polite, professional and helpful. That girl knows her stuff and passed some good knowledge to me while I was there. She even let me know that carbon buildup wasn't a problem for me yet because she actually saw my intake manifold while it was open. In addition to the repair, it was clear that they cleaned up the coolant that had been leaking in the engine bay. I can't tell there was ever an issue. The level of service that you get here is a rarity these days. Seriously, there's not a better choice!

From the beginning to the end of my experience with vintage auto I felt very informed and well took care of, I brought my Audi A6 not knowing what was the issue with my car. I expected to be without the car for a couple of days and by a few hours my car was diagnosed estimate provided well informed on my issues and was even given tips and advice. I can genuinely say I m glad I was recommended to a shop I can feel comfortable knowing my Audi is an hood hands.

Vintage Auto has done all the work on my volkswagen and audi. They really know their stuff and go out of the way to provide quick, affordable, and knowledgeable service. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. They recently replaced the intercooler, radiator, radiator support housing, sport differential, driver fender, and installed my rs5 conversion bumper & lip with a new rs quattro grill on my Audi s5. I couldn't be happier. As always, amazing work. Seriously, this is the place to go for anything audi, volkswagen, or honda.

Great customer service from Kimberly and Dave Munsey on every phone call and soon as you walk through the front door into the service desk area. They find out what s going on with your car and get you scheduled into the shop as soon as they can. Dave Munsey is very passionate about working on your car and it shows. Once you car is diagnosed he recommends the parts needed and how long it will take. I recently brought my 01 Audi TT MK1 Quattro for a timing belt and water pump service and he was spot on for the time it would take to get the work completed. Great service, fair price and great work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car in to diagnose my ac problems planned to not have my car for a few days. They figured out my problem, sourced the parts and repaired it and had it back to me in a few hours! I was impressed at the speed it was completed. Very straight forward communication and no sales pitching I will be back soon for dsg service and timing belt job. Clean and well kept shop. All the people there were very kind and professional. That's what the 5 stars is based on. Unfortunately my car (mk5 jetta) did what cars normally do when you take them to the mechanic...it ran fine. Of course as soon as I got it home it started acting up again, and every day since...and now it's not in the budget to fix it. I bought a code reader and when I clear the codes the little red steering wheel on the dash goes away and my power steering comes back on. I guess I'll just have to live with it a little longer.

I bought a 2018 VW Tiguan last year, I took it to Vintage Auto today for a 50K mile service in addition to a couple of other issues. Everyone there from the front desk to the back did an outstanding job! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable on the VW and current with issues showing up on relative customer/manufacturing boards. If they cannot help, they let you know and recommend someone else that should be able to. I like dealing locally. This mechanic shop is legit. I was extremely happy for the work they completed on my car and how they went above and beyond what I expected. They did a break job on my Audi Q5 which means new rotors, new pads and new brake sensor. Kim was extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone. Never made me feel rushed and was very knowledgeable answering my questions. When I dropped my car off, I asked them if they could look at the humming/annoying noise when I turn on my a/c or heater. I shared with them Audi Dealership fixed it before and I was told this usually means leaves had worked its way behind the filter. Audi previously corrected it by vacuuming the leaves/trash out. When I picked up my car, I forgot to check for the noise and it didn't hit me until I got home. The noise was still there so I called Kim and she apologized and asked if I could bring it back so they could look at it again. When I arrived, she had two mechanics waiting for me. Both Davids dropped what they were working on to look at my issue. When they found no leaves/trash behind the new carbon filter, they proceeded to drop my glove compartment to check the fan. They removed 2 small leaves from the fan and the noise went away! I was in and back out in 20 minutes or less. They never made me feel rushed because they had other work to do. They re-assured me they would get to the issue and came through with their word! They have earned all of my business going forward. Thank you to both Davids and Kim for their great customer service. Best VW shop around. Brought my GLI in fearing the time chain needed to be replaced. They called the next day with nothing to be done other than my brakes were close to needing replacement. Was expecting to spend much more. Great knowledgeable honest service. Walked away with new brakes and an oil change. I have found my new mechanics! I have a 2010 VW Jetta with over 100,000 miles and the trunk would not open. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I was as happy as a pig in slop. A local VW dealership was going to charge me more than I paid for the repair than I paid to fix the problem. They have a new client!

I took my 2015 Jetta Tsi to get diagnosed on a Monday, they called by Monday afternoon to let me know that they had found the issue. The car was fully repaired by Thursday morning. I will 100% recommend Vintage Auto to anyone with a Volkswagen, Audi or a Honda! They will call and make sure you are okay with the price and that you are okay with what they are going to be repairing. These people are honest and very nice! You will not be disappointed with them.
