This place had my husband's truck in the shop and being diagnosed within an hour of him showing up. The part was replaced the day he got there and they finished working on it today. This is the best place that has worked on my husband's truck so far. Love this place. Don't pay attention to all the previous reviews.

Had my entire motor replaced by Christopher trucks, costed me 23k. Got it out and they became velocity trucks, and they wouldn t repair it. My whole engine is going to blow again! They do shady work, they do not honor their warranties. I don t believe businesses like this should exist, I will be looking into legal action. I have talked with 3 other mechanics and they all said the same thing, this company put a horrible engine in and did the bare basics leaving a ton of other parts to go bad and not replacing them with the original engine swap.Downright horrible that mechanic shops like this exist.

I am from Texas and we were maybe raised differently but when you say Good Morning to someone there they answer! I came into this location in Piedmont and the whole place got quiet. service scheduling guy and 2 service techs were very standoffish and i instantly felt like i wasn t welcome. i brushed it off, cracked a joke went and sat down in the waiting area then had to go make a phone call to not be rude to other waiting customers.. i come down and even more service techs are at the schedulers desk and they all got quiet again.. i am not sure if they know that HATE in 2020 just reflects your IQ levels. there was one cool younger kid there. im glad it missed your generation bro. edit: Greenville Location guys were cool and we joked around.

The parts counter guys have zero knowledge on trucks. They can never find the most basic parts. They will give you false information before they say they don't know. I have drive 45 minutes several times just to arrive, and they pulled the wrong part. They rarely answer the phone. I call Excel in Charlotte to find what I need , and they never let me down.

Had my rear axle fixed there November 15th, 2021. Drove fine for 49 weeks and same problem happened in Harrisburg, PA. Warranty was supposed to be for 1 year, parts and labor. They would not honor the repair. Velocity is a bad place for repairs. 2 years ago they did an Infame on my engine in Reno, NV. I drove it 1600 miles and a piston broke. Had to have another shop fix that. Last year I went to return a starter core 10 days past their time allowed ( which I didn't know at the time) they wouldn't return the $150. I will never use them again!!!!!

Worst truck centre ever. When they became Velocity delays for service up to 2 weeks even if it s safety recall, they are don t care. Parts department increase their prices to Rolls Royce prices, one of the most expensive in USA and one parts sales guy seems like always hate clients, arguing, screaming, no expectations turn around and went to drink coffee. If it would be possible, I would give them 0 starsRe: you don t have my name because I have LLC and it is different name. When it becomes Velocity it s worst truck centre. When manager on asking for do safety recall on brand new truck says I don t care, about your delivery and safety if you will go when closest appointment is in 2-3 weeks, it s best client orientation. And prices are too high, you lying. Air filter for Cascadia in other states about $80-95, you sell it for $120+.

Called to price a coolant reservoir. Only reason it s 2 stars is it s in stock. When I was informed it was DOUBLE the price from a few months ago I questioned why so expensive. Guy said something along the lines of California owned so California prices.Not today buddy. My business went elsewhere.

Went to return a $800 part today after my mechanic was able to repair the existing part. The crude, sarcastic side comments from the clerk I could have done without. Simply put, his attitude would have made for a better experience. I have yet to have a positive customer service experience with them. Next time I'll go where customer appreciation is a priority.

Working slow, our truck is there almost a month, as usual the freightliner dealers dont have parts, it is on back order and so on... but cmon guys, we been trying to call for an updates, no response, no one picking the phones up, and the voice mail box full. Bad place to have the truck repaired !!9/21 continuation> trying to reach the shop again since the morning, 3 people from my team calling every 15 min, so 2PM now and no one picking the phone, nice job!!

Ever since changing from Christopher truck to velocity it has been nothing but a nightmare. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls. They do not return emails. This is very frustrating as a business owner trying to get parts. We did not have these issues until the company was bought out by velocity.

Waited 7 days to have my truck diagnosed. I was told it would be an additional 10 days until they would take it in to be fixed. This place is way too busy to even consider going back here. Staff were all friendly, helpful and honest which is very important. I will not be returning here ever because of the wait.

Ever since day one we have been having issues. At first they told me they would take the truck in on a Monday (been waiting since Saturday). They only took it in around noon Tuesday. Then they told me that the truck had 2 recalls as well as the "solution" to our aftertreatment system. Gave me an eta of Wednesday (03/10/). On Wednesday they told me it will be ready on Thursday. And same story again on Friday. Now, since Friday (03/12). They are "waiting on an answer" from Detroit. For 3 days? Terrible Customer Service in general. No updates unless you call and ask. Cannot fix a truck for over a week...

Quality work. My sprinter motorhome was towed in for a bad sensor. Technician did an excellent job with diagnosis, and pointed out some other issues that legitimately needed fixed. Parts were ordered and work was completed in less than a week. Some miscommunication with one of the girls in the office, but Brian the Service Manager called me and cleared everything up. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.The dealership I purchased my RV from is great, but I would recommend any engine/transmission work be completed in a quality shop by a professional like Brian. Thank you!

This place is a huge ripoff. They charged four hours of labor on a fifteen minute oil change. I warn you do not use them. They didn t even have the courtesy to tell me upfront either. They charged $750.00 for a Mercedes sprinter van oil change. They claim the oil filter was $150.00 and the oil was a $150.00. I didn t even know they made oil filters for that price.

I can't believe they charge me $3000 in labor. I was told one price but when it was doing I was charged more. I only had my dpf cleaned and my fan fixed that was $4300 and he said he called Freightliner about my warranty and but since they didn't call back it was on me. Wow I'm a widow and a single I can't afford to not work so I had to pay it.

Don't care about getting to the source of the problem. A parts changer. My truck had a horrible shake . Kept truck over a week , left without the shaking of truck fixed They insisted it was tires.( had all new tires and alignment) which I told them. They didn't care to find the problem. And then they lost my keys thank God I had another set. They did mail them to me . Find a different shop if you can.. Took truck to another shop . And it was the drive shaft .

These people is not right they told me they can fix my truck told me what the problem was first and that they can fix it for $4,400 dollars to fix Sam Chasity Module but call me the next day and told me my old chastity module was broken and that the truck still wouldn t crank and said cause someone erased something out the truck some one should have told me this before they started working on my truck and I had to pay them $5,200 if I wanted my truck back this is not right

I have been there a number of times to get parts for my columbia and always dealt with dennis. He has gone the mile to help me get my parts quickly and accurately. Dennis and Christopher Trucks are on top of there game. It's no wonder there busy. Keep up the good work !

I had the worst experience ever dealing with Velocity Truck Centers in Greenville SC, the lack of communication, the shabby workmen s ships, then the lies to cover there behind is a recipe for bad business, never again.

Been getting parts here since 2017 when I got my truck have dealt with just about everyone who works behind the counter never had any problems getting what I needed each one of those Guys in there will give you 110% as far as getting you what you need Great place Great people ...

Why this shop has no reviews is a mystery to me. The last time I had my truck worked on by these guys they tried to charge me $550+ for letting my tr <cl idle for 5 hours to see if my headlight problem would show its self. The tech also switched out my new bosch wiper blades for a pair of five dollars wipers. The cost for the only thing they did do (an oil change) was $1800 which I refused to pay. The bill was finally settled at $500. DO NOT USE CHRISTOPHER TRUCKS!

Have a new Sprinter and had airbag lite on and some other recall issues. Waited on vehicle and service manger was great and they turned it around quickly! Thank you

So far, not so good. I have been trying to give them my key for two hours so I can go to a motel and wait as it is pretty obvious they are not going to do my truck today, but being ignored.

What place in 2022 doesn't take a payment over the phone? The most rudest customer service in parts! This place doesn't even deserve even one star. don't waste your time people !

They did well just droped a company truck off. The only knock I have is they have closed down the waiting room due to this covd19 problem. So if your expecting to stay and waite on ur not gonna be allowed to they now just. Drop and go

The guys there fixed my truck in a quick manner. Very friendly. Will definitely take my truck there again. Better than the Florence shop
