I can t say enough good thing about Universa RV Solutions.First they work on Airstreams! I live full time in mine so taking in for repairs is out of the question.Repairs done, furnace, recaulked my shower and fix the drain on my air conditioner.Sam is responsive, honest and trustworthy. Pricing was more than fair and everything was fixing a timely manner.Sam and his partner are very knowledgeable about RVs.I would highly recommend using Universa RV Solutions.I know going forward when I need something fix on my Airstream they are my first call. I tend to read reviews for companies before I contact them. Universa was no different, so I felt confident that they could get the job done. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I was having issues with my air conditioner at the beginning of the hot summer month so i scheduled an appointment for them to come out and take a look. Shortly before the appointment time, they called to let me know that they would be late because of the previous job ran long. No problem. They still showed up later than they advised and I had to cancel another appointment I had because they were late. When they showed up they looked at the ac and Sam talked and talked and talked that I was dizzy by the time he finally let me talk. I understood that it needed to be replaced and he would contact the warranty company for approval. By the time he left I was under the impression that he would order the new unit and let me know when it came in to set up the installation appointment. I waited for a couple of weeks, waiting it out in the heat, and heard nothing. Finally I called and left a not too nice voicemail and he called back. When he called back he said that he had not ordered the ac because the ac was not giving the error code for the warranty company to approve the new unit. He never told me this. I m an educated person, but have no idea how an HVAC system works which is why I contacted them. Sam talks in circles!! I asked that he explain in layman s terms because he absolutely confused me. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

Sam was an awesome guy and was very knowledgeable. He was also upfront and consistent with his pricing. He came out to our camper on a Saturday and repaired a broken water heater line and shower valve. He also took the time to show me what to do if I ever have problems like this again with my 5th wheel. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

Universal is a great company to work with. Not only were they quick to respond, but they also were timely in coming to assess and fix the problem. They were willing to walk my husband through the process of the fix and to give us some further advice for other issues we were having. We found them to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. They were also very kind and courteous. A great company I would definitely recommend and use again.

These guys were awesome. I ve dealt with several mobile RV technicians/ RV repair companies and I was a little nervous but they set my mind at ease quickly. They were professional. We have a 25 year old camper and the original AC finally kicked the bucket. Universa popped up as nearby, and being a mobile shop meant we didn t need to tow it. Win-win!Sam and Herschel were great, knowledgable, and communicative. After they ordered a warehouse suggested part that didn t fit as expected, Sam had presented a new option to us within the hour and had it installed just days later.This was our first experience with RV repair and after the horror stories I ve heard, I couldn t be more appreciative of Universa!

Fan on AC suddenly went out. He first talked me through the procedure to ensure I wouldn't cause catastrophic damage to the unit before he could arrive, and then set up an appointment to meet me as soon as possible. When he came, he did a thorough diagnostic and quickly had it back running again. Very happy with service and pricing. Will use again should I need help with my RV.Service: Air conditioning

I can t say enough great things about the team at Universa. This is the second time I ve had them out to repair something (different issues) and they re simply fantastic. They re friendly, effective, and efficient. Fair pricing too, which is hard to find these days. If you need a RV technician I would highly recommend that you call them. You ll be happy you did!

Totally awesome service. Our experience with Sam and Hershal today was nothing short of a miracle. We called on Friday with our ac not blowing cold air and we are headed to FL on Tuesday. Sam answered the phone (really? YES) and assured me they would come Monday morning to take care of the problem, AND they did! Thank you Universa RV Solutions for saving our summer vacation 2023. Called Sam Hucks Universa RV Solutions for mobile tech repairs from road damage to my travel trailer. We found multiple problems rt the damage. He was very patient, punctual and a great communicator/teacher. He has great resources ( welding). He was very patient figuring out difficult problems ( electrical) and did a through inspection of all systems to ensure safety before we travel again. Very fair pricing for all the time involved. RV tech certified and licensed. Great job Sam.

Our furnace recently stopped working. Once we contacted Sam, he came the next morning and diagnosed the issue and quickly helped us get our heat back. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We will definitely call Sam back the time we have an RV problem.

I used Sam Hucks at Universa RV to winterize my travel trailer. He arrived on time with a heads up call prior to arrival. His service was professional, friendly and thorough. He explained the process to me sufficiently that I will be able to do the winterization myself from now on. He also offered to walk me through the de-winterization process by phone if I have forgotten anything by the time Spring arrives again. He was straightforward and honest throughout the service process. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he will be the first service I call if I need any assistance in the future.

I recommend this company to anyone that has an rv issue big or small. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and prices are very reasonable for the service given. I won t use anyone else. Oh did I mention they come you incredibly convenient. Your rv stays safe at home without worrying about security. Give them a call
