A good experience turned sour when they tried to sneak in a 3% "convenience fee" for using a credit card. They wouldn't remove it, and I was given the "I don't make the rules I just work here" excuse that all of us customers love hearing. Places like this don't realize that it is convenient for THEM to accept credit cards, not for us to use them. If they stopped taking credit card payments, they'd lose a huge amount of business. By passing along the fee (more than what they're being charged BTW, so they're profiting from it) they got my business this time, but I'll NEVER come back. Hopefully someone reads this and never gives this place their business.CUSTOMERS HATE BEING RIPPED OFF, AND HATE HIDDEN FEES! GET A CLUE!

We use Termo King for our TK reefers here at the Food Lion DC. Andy and Tony are great to work with. Fast and efficient at getting us the parts that we need and fixing units that we have to send them that can't be fixed in-house. Very competitively priced as well.

They replace the battery for $500. 15 min stay, labor 2 hours. never go back to them.you could just say the reason and we ourselves would buy a battery and install it ourselves. the cost of a battery anywhere is no more than $100

It was a great experience. I needed a fuel pump. It was repaired quickly. Andrew was the mechanic working on my APU. He was very professional and got the job done. They have a new customer. I'll be going back for all my APU services.

Stay away. 172$ for them to come with a flash drive. Plug it into your reefer unit, and then email you the temperature download. 10 minutes of work for 172$.They made the money so fast that they forgot to screw the flash drive cap back on. These guys are money hungry. I m surprised they don t charge you for 1 hour of work to sell you a part.

Great people with knowledge! Had my TK fixed in North Carolina TK, they never fixed nothing just erased the codes! This shop spent hours troubleshooting and fix the problem for no charge! Thank you guy s for the great and professional help!

They are the worst scammers charged me $300 for nothing. I had alarm on brought unit to them rookie tech loot at it said everything is good, charged me $300. Next day I have same alarm on . AVOID THEM, THEY BRING MORE PROBLEMS

These are good folks here. I came from out of town to inspect a truck I thought I might purchase for a non-profit. The service advisors and technicians were accommodating, friendly, and kind. They held true to the free inspections policy and after presenting me with the requested information I went on my way feeling thankful for their advice. Being someone who doesn't know much about these things, they did not make me feel bad in any way. I would gladly bring a vehicle to them for service of any kind, they have my trust.

I went in for a no start problem. They found my motor support bushings bad. That cause my filter bowel to crack and leak fuel. Also my AC line was rubbing a hole in a fitting. They caught that problem before it happen. So all was well. Then I tried to start it 4 days later and no start again. They put a Tech on it named Hunter. He hooked up their computer and found when it went to engage starter that there was a power drop on voltage. He found a loose wire connection on the stud on the mother board and also a corroded connection on the sensor wire on the battery. It fixed the problem. It's crazy how connections are. Thanks for the good Crew at Thermo King and Especially Hunter.

Had an issue with my reefer while under a load. They got me in the shop immediately, and my unit was repaired a short time later. Excellent service! Friendly staff.

Several people mentioned it on here and I didnt believe it was this bad. BUT Extremely expensive, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE clogged fuel line $921!! STAY AWAY!

I made a call to there service department about my APU needed service and they got me in and out in record time.. Compared to some other locations. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had. I'll definitely recommend there location to others Tee Line Corporation.

Came in Jan 5th APU wouldn't start. I was told it was the fuel pump. One hour and $440 later i was up & running. I ran it later that day for about an hour. It didn't start the first time but fired up on the second attempt. Now it's Jan 8th and I can get it to start at all. Engine won't turn over.

Staff was certainly nice but they surely lacked skill on diagnosing problems with my Tripac APU. I explained to them what the unit was doing and after several hours of looking at it, they told me the unit was charging and that my voltage issue was resolved but the A/C problem that I had that was causing my ACS code was a bad freeze stat. but they were currently out of stock.... charged me $179.47 and sent me on my way..... the voltage issue was not resolved.... I put the unit in at TK in Sikeston, MO. and the technician quickly found the issue to be loose wires at the alternator which Greenville location says they fixed.... and the alternator was putting out the voltage but the amperage dropped within minutes of running... installed a brand new alternator and the unit has been running flawlessly for the past 2 weeks now without any issues.

Inexperienced TA reject mechanics. They were going to charge me for disinfecting my truck until i told the billing clerk that the guy just jumped in there and started misdiagnosing my truck. I was having regen probs with apu told them exact issues and they were just reading diagnostic jargon from repair manual because they didn't believe what i was telling them. They were actually going to let me leave the shop with a code flashing on my apu until i told them to clear it! Of course when i got 30 minutes down the road the same problem occurred

Wow these guys are the worst bunch of TA mechanic rejects I ever came across! Was just there and they are changing for disinfecting the truck before the tech goes into vehicle. I just watched the guy jump in there without spraying anything. Very ignorant techs that pushed me out of there without fixing my regen issue . After leaving i got shut down codes on my apu and have to run truck all night to stay cool

This place is just full of scams and bunch of liars. I was told the total cost of repair and when I showed up to pickup my truck they added extra 200. Nothing changed on what he said he was going to do. then the tech lied to my face about a discount he had told me about 5min earlier while I was standing there.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in terms of repair and honest dealing.

Very dishonest people, charging way too much, change the belts without our authorization, took them less than one hour and charge us for 2.9 hours saying they charge by the job. 760.00 for changing the belts in Reefer.

It it a very dishonest and inexperienced people , the manager is a very rude and disrespectful guy , I went to fix my truck , they lied to me they said that they fixed they put me waiting for 6 hours and charged me about $600 dollars. After I left I did not checked . When I need it I checked it was not fixed after I went back to them , again they waste my time and money and at last they they did not fixed , when I asked them why you did not fixed they said we fixed a part of device , I said I need cold and heat air I am not coming to fix a part of it they said we can do it we do not have part when I asked them why you do not tell at the front they do not have any answer, I tried to talk to their manager but when he come he was worse than them instead of solving my issue he showed me the door . My advice 1. is do not go to this place they only want take your money , even if you go before going to there take a one month course learn everything about your device . 2 . Do not sign any thing . Please do not go to there.

Now I'm in a lot of Thermo King throughout the states and this one is by far the nicest one I've been in!!!! They care about a driver!!! They are thorough in their work and communicate with you in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place...

Went in because my APU was showing the ALT code. I expected to be here for at least 3-5 hours. Nope my truck was pulled right in and fixed in less than an hour. Cant say about another TK I visited. Ill just bypass others and come to this one going forward.

Our APU started cutting off, so we brought our truck here Wednesday afternoon. They replaced the alternator twice, but the problem was not resolved. On Thursday they tell us the motherboard is bad. When the new board arrives and is installed on Friday, the original problem still exists. Finally they discovered a fuse had blown that caused the problem. Good news, they were VERY reasonable with the final bill.

If I could give 10 stars I would I brought my truck for two air bags and floor issues plus replacing one air tank and a pm took them two days coz of welding the floor and ordering the air tank I thought my bill would be ridiculous but I got a bill less than half of what I thought thanks a lot guys
