***UPDATE 7/27/22***The original owners reached out to me and offered to repair the wheel or give me a full refund. The owners were extremely apologetic and explained they were unaware of the situation due to being involved with some medical issues. I was given a full refund and a promise that they would take care of any future issues I might have.*************************************************************Poor quality of work. My wheel was returned in worse condition then when I dropped it off. I brought my wheel in for a very small hairline crack that started to form on the back of a spoke. My wheel was returned with gouges and grind marks on four different areas of the wheel. So my wheel started with a small barely noticeable crack and ended up with multiple deep gashes. Afterwards they sprayed the entire inside barrel with black paint. They painted over all the important wheel stickers and on top of brake dust. Looked really unprofessional and lazy. Days have gone by and nobody has reached out to me to explain why the quality of work was so bad. Be warned to take your wheels elsewhere. First picture is the before. Remaining pictures show the damage they added.

Reasonable and very polite people. Their work is great and the service is spot on great business to take care of your welding needs a definitely the Rim doctor.....it's amazing what the do.anf how they do it. Would trust no other with my rim needs and even your welding needs. Great work craftsmanship and work is garanteed to be spot on. Thanks guys and girls at City welding

Good work in a timely manner. Good people with good attitude every time I've been. Reason for a 4 rating is they only warranty the rim welding for 30 days, would be alot more consumer friendly if it was 90 day warranty.

I was told my rnr rims and many more peopleThat the rim couldn t be fixed but whenever I called the rim doctor they got me right 5 starts the lady in the front was the best I will be coming back

Amazing service. Fixed a crack in my e93's rim for less than $100 and took less than an hour do note, it's CASH ONLY. They also showed me that one of my tires was torn up on the inside and drove me next door to budget tires to get a new one. All in all great people and great service, would 100% recommend coming here if you can.

Went and got my rims fixed on a Saturday from the doctor! Fast and quick ! I highly recommend to get your wheels fixed! Such a great guy! They usually don't fix on Saturday but he was nice enough to get it done! God bless you on your business

Would highly recommend! 20 stars! They did the job quickly and with skill! The weld is still holding up today and I trust it! They can do more than just rims too!

These guys are on it!! Friendly from the first call- had a bad dent in my new trucks wheel - they got me repaired and on the road before the holiday weekend and stood behind their work. I ll never hesitate to use them in the future!

Had a crack and bent rim.. 2010 dodge journey 19 inch rim. Other places charged 2xs as much and the wait was days.when i picked up my rim a day later (which they also mounted and balanced the tire) i thought it was the wrong one. I had to check where it was fixed before i realized it was mine. It looked brand new. Definitely will be a repeat customer if i need another repair. (The office is clean and feels like home...not what u expect to see in a garage.)

I cracked the rim when hitting a pothole in my 2019 Ford Fusion. Rim Doctors not only fixed it, but they also guaranteed it. Service turn around time is reasonable. Rim Doctors saved me the $1,000 cost of a new wheel. Thank you!

I called a these guys they answered I drove from Asheville Nc and they even waited after closing my rim was fixed in less than 15minutes thanks Guys for the good work

I don't recommend it to anyone They repaired the wheel on my truck and it kept leaking air, but this time very slowly and by the time I realized I still had a puncture in the wheel, a month and a half had passed. when I returned for them to fix it they said that the warranty had already passed

Took my rims to them what I thought to be one crack ended up being 3 cracks and they really helped me out !! I thank god for finding this shop!! Plus the people was friendly and well mannered

Still haven t gotten my bent rim after I was told it would be a same day service! It s been 2 days now being told it will be 3 !!! Poor customer service and lack of communication!!! They fix whoever they want to not how it comes in!! Not fair at all when everrybody money is being spent the same !!! BBB I will be calling !!! Wasn t offered a discount or warranty no nothing jus a no good simple sorry u can come get your rim !!

Please do not take your vehicle here! I took my car here to fix a rim and it took three times the time they originally told me, after paying and leaving my car was still shaking I took it to get a second look at where I was told the rim was still bent. So I went back to ask for a refund because the rim they charged me $100 to fix was not fixed. He was very rude and denied me a refund and when I told him that made no sense he called the police on me. So I ended up having to take it somewhere else and paying all over to have the rim repaired correctly. Please save your time and go somewhere else.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! My wife came here to get a rim repaired last week and payed for two rims to be repaired! After sitting in this place for 5 hrs they offered her a partial refund for it taking 2x as long as quoted. She declined saying that if the job was done properly she had no issues paying full price.. She left and the rear wheel was still shaking so we made the 2 hour roundtrip again to give them a chance to make things right when we were met with an extremely rude welder there. After telling us that he would not reimburse ANY money and it wasn't to our liking he called GREENVILLE COUNTY POLICE on my wife and I.. The police were amazing and definitely understood our situation. If you love your wife and children and expect a safe quality repair DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! MONDAY MORNING WE WILL BE MAKING A CIVIL REPORT AND WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!!

Stopped in with my bent rim to see if they could fix it. Sure enough they had my rim fixed and looking good as new in about 40 mins. Couldnt ask for better service! I'll recommend this place to anybody looking for a rim repair.

I woke up this morning and my tire was flat I looked and seen that there was a screw in the tire so I had to take babygirl to the doctor the rim doctor I was given immediate outstanding customer service and outstanding quality workmanship on my rim cause come to find out the rim was cracked also they treated me like I was family and that's why if baby girl has to go to the dr any other time were pulling into the emergency room at the rim dr thanksMr. Keith Mr.Alex Mr.Cody andMs.Kat. much appreciated

Well yesterday about12/2/2020 4:45 pm he close at 4:30 door front door was locked but the owner seen me taken rim out the car to the door I knew they was closed he offer to still take my rim in note I already had one rim to pick up he already fix I been going too this guy for years thank u for Accepting my rim after closing hours thanks for the great work you done for me and others .. No he not paying me for this review the owner is a very respectful Honest man I appreciate it and the great work your team do note the they are extremely busy they don t have to do rim repair but yet they still fit customer in and fix rims repair thanks Allstars

Needed a side rail.step reattached to the bottom of my pickup. A small job. But they jumped in and put a fine weld to the task.Friendly staff to work with.
