My mother rented a U-Haul here online on the 02/28/24 and was supposed to come get it on the 03/01/24 and come to pick it. when they were open which said was 10 am nobody was here when I come to pick it up waited 20 minutes past 10 and still nobody was there called both number nobody answered and went straight to voice mail. I had to get a U-Haul at different locations never coming here again or putting our money to these place.

Have known about the place for a bit, but did not know about their morals. Stole a total of 3,500$ from me and went completely awol. Nobody picks up any phones, and when physically going there, the owner (Jose Valerio) is never there. You will lose your money or a car within a week. 0/5 stars. Dishonest people.

This dealership is apparently not wanting to do business any more. My son sold a car to them and was never paid anything even though they sold the car. Don't even bother checking them out. They won't follow through in any meaningful way to help you. Check out the other businesses in the area that actually want to help you.

Very nice people to purchase a vehicle from. They were very efficient on filling out the purchase agreement and we received our new license plate and title within 10 days. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

If I could put negotiate stars I would. Sold us a car and said they would transfer the tag and send the title to the bank and never did and now we are having nothing but issues. Complete scam operation and a bunch of cons running the place. They won t even answer the phone like decent people or show up to work to talk

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself, no matter how desperate you are for a car, you will have more issues with one of their cars. They seem so nice and then you find out how they really are. Only good reviews on here is from the workers and owner. We paid cash for a van, was told there is a 3 month warranty on transmission and motor but nothing else. Transmission had issues same night we drove it home, stopped on the side of the road and called the guys cell 18 times with no answer. Took it to our mechanic and was told the transmission is out and needs replacing. Tried contacting the dealer about the warranty, found out from the 3rd party warranty that he never turned in the contract and then said it was OUR responsibility to turn it in when he told us we didn't need to do anything! Spent almost 2 weeks trying to get him to help and he said out of " Courtesy he would try and help" no no, not Courtesy when the 3rd party company told me that it's the dealer that turns in contracts NOT a customer. Told me over the phone he would give me 1300 towards a transmission. Then stopped replying for 5 days, took showing up at the dealer for him to agree to give 1k and then said he never said he would give 1300. Everything he did was awful. OH AND he tried to say "NC taxes you so much for tags so I'm putting your paid price at 2400" we paid 4800. They know what they are doing to get money and nothing else. Worst dealer you will ever go to.OH yeah, did I mention the AC stopped working the very next day? DONT GO HERE

Any good reviews are either left by employees or this company has quit caring. I didn't get any financing questions answered when I responded to a fb ad about a vehicle. I only got a response when I said I had cash looking for a vehicle today and was told to come see them. I drove a hour to look at a vehicle, sat outside for 30 min or so looking at the vehicle with no one coming out the whole time I was there. The mechanics were even out working on a car but no one helped me even after I told them I was coming with cash money to look at buying the vehicle today.

I bought a vehicle here about a month ago. I was leaving to go out of town within an hour and they did all paperwork and got me in and out quickly. They also worked with me on pricing, and so far i have not had any major issues with vehicle.

Well i was looking toward possible purchasing a nice white bmw they have. Ive been by there three different times an no one has been there ive called several times an its ether busy or it just rings.the price is right must not be true I have found another one .. Need to know normal working hours.....

Was with a friend who was looking for a car to purchase, we stopped by this dump, no one even came outside to assist us or anything. I wouldn t buy a car there, looks sketchy and clearly they don t want any sales or they would have at least acknowledge us. We found him a car someplace else!

His wife tired to sale me a lemon for $6000 Into there son told me what was wrong with car . The husband wouldn't go down on price whatever his wife told him in Spanish. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! BAD BUSINESS

I had a reservation for a U-Haul trailer, and apparently the owner of the company doesn't feel the need to show up for work, so I had to move the reservation to another location. Needless to say this will be the only time I ever set foot on that property

Do not deal with this bunch. We told them last night we were coming today to look at a truck. Told them a time we would be there and call today to tell them we are on our way they say they sold it! Not good business practices!!! Do not trade here!!!!

Engine blew within four months. Now the steering is messed up in the vehicle. I have never bought a used car with so many issues.

They aren't open their posted hours and no one answers the phone. Tried to return a Uhaul but no one there. Had to open the gates and drop it off.
