I was so impressed with the whole company. When I called, they were very polite and gave me appointment options. The repairman was just as nice. He diagnosed and fixed the dryer in about an hour. Great service at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Olde Homestead! They were able to send a repairman the same day I called and he had the parts to fix our dryer within 30 minutes. We will be using them again in the future with other broken appliances.

Great experience with Olde Homestead! We had issues with our washer and dryer, and when I called them, they answered the phone vs other companies where I went to voicemail. They were able to come out same day and quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the necessary repair! The repairman was very professional and knowledgeable. For a mom with children, I m so thankful I called them to get my washer and dryer up and running before the weekend! Highly recommend Olde Homestead!

The Olde Homestead saved the day for us. Of course our oven had to stop working the Wednesday before Christmas, and it seemed impossible to find anyone to help which I understand because it is the holidays. But goodness, Cliff from The Olde Homestead came out Friday and was able to fix it. He saved our Christmas dinner. I cannot tell you the huge sigh of relief it was. Cliff was kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave some good advice. He was able to diagnose the situation quickly and determined it was our ignition switch on our oven. He had the part (thank goodness) and was able to fix it pretty quickly. He did a great job and was friendly. We chatted about our kids and Christmas. He even had to see all the grossness under my stove and still had a smile. We will definitely use them again, and I am so glad that my husband found them. Clint who answered the phone when I called was also very friendly and helpful. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.

The Olde Homestead did a great job in the installation of my new microwave.The serviceman came on time, was very knowledgeable and took great care in the process. The price was reasonable and I now have an appliance repair company I will trust for future repairs.

Great experience. Called for a dryer repair, they were out the next morning. Parts were on the truck. One stop and done. You do have to pay for the visit and parts and labor. It was fair and I m pleased. They are good people and it shows.Service: Dryer repairService: Dryer repair

Jesse Keck was very helpful in searching out the oven element that we needed for our 38 year old range/oven. The element was an exact fit, and our oven is back in operation! We've done business with The Olde Homestead before and have always been pleased.

I have used The Olde Homestead on several occasions and have been 100% satisfied.Today's service was prompt, quickly diagnosed and resolved for a reasonable price. The technician was friendly, explained things regarding the repair and answered my questions and actually "shed some light" on another situation.We are pleased with the service and happy to have our oven back working agin in time for the holidays. This is one of my best experiences of a repair services. Joel came out and repaired our washer and went over and beyond to ensure he fixed all of the problems and cleaned up the tray underneath.HIGHLY recommend.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. Super fast service, knowledge, fair prices, super nice employees (can't remember my guy's name but he is from Mississippi so he will know who he is) lol. I had a belt break on my GE dryer. He diagnosed it and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. You can't do better than that. I have found my go to appliance repair service for the future. The best!Service: Dryer repair

I've used Olde Homestead Appliances a couple of times and have only have had positive experiences. Last time, Cliff came to fix my KitchenAid dishwasher. I was very impressed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

My washing machine was making a awful noise when adjatating.When the technician came out,it didn't make the noise.He ran some test with his phone,and told me everything was good.He also said ,that i should have recorded the noise.one hundred and ten dollars later my washer still makes the noise.would not recommend this company.

Joel and Cliff arrived when they said they would arrive, were professional in every way, and had a good attitude. By the time they left, our dryer was working perfectly. I'm thankful for the folks at The Olde Homestead. If you're in the upstate, give them a call.

Had an ok experience. Techs charged $110 just to come out and tell me that I had a main board on my unit go bad. Techs then told me that I should just replace the whole unit since there is a long wait for the main board.A quick search revealed I can just buy a board myself for $100 online and it can be here within 5 business days. Seemed like the techs really didn't want to actually fix the unit they would rather just sell me a new one. Got a call from them offering to sell me a another unit for $990 for a used unit installed. New units run around $1200 so it seemed like a pretty bad deal overall.Probably won't use them again. $110 seems excessive for just a service call, especially when they didn't even attempt to fix the unit. I've used plumbers and electricians who charge much less for a service fee.Service: Washing machine repair

Booking my repairs with The Olde Homestead was easy, just a few phone calls! Technician Joel arrived on Feb 9 to assess my washer/refrigerator issues. He determined that the refrig needed a thermostat and I opted for a washer replacement since parts for my old model were unavailable. I authorized both items and paid 1/2 of the house call fee. He was professional and courteous.Parts were ordered and then delivered by technician Kyle on Feb 13. He repaired the refrig. He removed the old washer and installed the new rebuilt GE washer. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable; he took time to set up the washer carefully. He also looked over an electrical power strip that had malfunctioned and this was a bonus in helping me with replacement. I would happily call this company again for repairs. Great appliance repair company. People there do the job right. I needed a dryer belt and a fridge part. They were a big help. And they installed a dishwasher at my place. Live out of state and have used them before. They are pleasant, honest and free in give helpful information. They are also prompt and charges are reasonable. I like this place alot!!! The service was for a rental I own but have also used them in my home when lived close enough.
