Dont use. By far the worst customer service ever,. So they Towed a vehicle for us. Tried to over charge by 200 dollars and cussed out my mom. This is the owners wife, That did this when we asked for a price list. She isn't a little women at all.. she told my mother to get her fat a@@ out of her shop. Which is the legal owner of the vehicle. while we were trying to pay. But it's all good she did it on video on my phone.

Not a good place for alignment. They do my car alignment few days ago and the car was still going on right side like before. They said that's a dent under the car forcing it go right side. I go to another shop and they did the alignment today and my car is perfect now. They just charge me for nothing

The so called "manager" is the owners wife!!! So all these bad reviews I've read about the "manager", is why the owner needs to keep his wife out of his business, literally! She's going to cause him to loose EVERYTHING!!!! She's the most disrespectful person I have EVER MET!!!! No1 speaks to my mother that way!!!! I've also noticed the shop saying people who have left bad reviews never even stepped foot in their shop! Now why would you leave a review if you'd never been there?!?! That makes no sense at all. I also believe they're using people they know to give them 5 stars bc they are DEFINITELY price gouging!!!!!

They took on my car on, but the project was above their knowledge. They told me a ton of lies concerning my motor and how it was built. my car was not fixed and they took a $1000 of my money!I was trying to built a relationship with a shop, that I thought was a honest shop. I hope that $1000 was worth it..........Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I decided you use this company due to a/c issues under warranty. They have had my car for over 3 weeks without updates unless I call. Today I was told by someone (female) who claimed to be the manager that if they don t call me then there is no update. I told her that she was very condescending and before I could finish she hung the phone up in my face. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB first thing in the morning. I give them 5 thumbs down.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

Speedy is the right name they are speedy to overcharge you. Everywhere I called after being towed here was $300 less. Unfortunately they had my car and I had no choice. Getting your alternator changed should not cost $1,025. Stay far away from these people!

I recently needed to have some work done on my Hyundai that was both unexpected and extensive. The team at Speed Shop were helpful, courteous, thorough and trustworthy throughout the process.It s always scary when you have to get work done on your ride, but the team at Speed Shop were completely professional and great to work with.Highly recommended.Service: Air conditioning

A great business. I am a very particular customer. They helped me find the reason for my cars wobble. Additionally, although I was not 100% happy with my steering wheel/alignment the first time, they did not give me any issues after bringing it back multiple times. Eventually getting it exactly how I wanted. Very patient and accommodating!

Persistent and skilled! Great doing business with them was my first thought. A week later after an oil change and camshaft sensor replacement , I have 1 ltr of black oil in my vehicle and my car is messing up more than before it was it got into this place to be repaired.

They were a great place. Got my truck in quickly and fixed my problem quickly. Very friendly staff. Waiting area and bathroom could have been cleaned up a little better, but all in all no problems. I will go back should my truck need to.

Had my car all week and only changed one sensor out of the 4 bad ones I had.. never got a single answer when I called daily. They called the wrong dealership to tell them my car was being worked on (4 days after they had it. When I had an appointment a week away to drop it off) that dealership was nice enough to track my info down and then call me and let me know. I was told my car was ready for pick up Friday and that everything they had done would be left in my seat and my car would be left in an unlocked lot with my key in the gas compartment and reassured me over and over that they do this all the time not to worry about my car being stolen, show up Saturday morning and it was parked in the locked lot and they didn't open until Monday morning. Not even getting into calling the "tow truck driver" (the ONLY person I had spoken to after calling religiously for a week) who said he'd call the owners and see what he can do. While also saying "I didn't know anything about that and don't know who told you that" when I called back, no answer. Pick my car up Monday morning with nothing in my car showing what they did. Check engine light still on with things they didnt fix under a warranty with a dealership where I was told it would all be taken care of and the inside of my car is muddy on both the driver and passenger side.. I understand things happen and I would've had absolutely nothing to say had there not been absolutely no communication between the company and customer and all the workers themselves. Also having my car over a week when I had an appointment a WEEK IN ADVANCE and still having my check engine light on. When I saw that I decided I'd rather do it myself than turn my car back in. God only knows how long it'd be before I got it back and how much more bs and lies I'd be fed. This entire time I've only heard how backed up they are. Even from the dealership that I am NOT a customer of told me that they told them they had like 70 cars being worked on. And I sympathized and understood.. but at this point, if you can't handle that many cars without at least communicating with the people giving you business, maybe take on a little less... Or pay your workers more to care enough to take pride in what they're doing since it appears they are severely overworked and underpaid right now. I really hate having to leave a review like this but when I call a business 5 days straight with absolutely no answer and then go through what I went through just trying to get SOME info on my car and then being lied to about where it is and when I can pick it up and the check engine light still on AND the mudd on the inside.. I just can't help but feel sorry for the workers in that building. If customers are treated like this, I can't imagine what the staff is dealing with... The only bad reviews I see are replied with "you've never even step foot in our shop" ....I took pictures.

They did an inspection of my vehicle. They lied and said it was my motor. They charged me over 1k in order for me to pick my vehicle up. Mind you they did no service work on my vehicle, just an inspection. They are now trying to sell my vehicle for non payment because of my vehicle being on their property. Do not take your car here. There main goal is to sell your vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We ordered Bilstein 5100 with OME 2885s for our sons 4Runner. Speed shop was able to compress the springs (which two other shops could not do) for us and turned it around very quickly! We will certainly remember this shop for future 4x4 needs!!

The guys at the Speed Shop did a great job replacing the air compressor on my Nissan Quest. They also recommend that we replace the battery because they discovered it had a dead cell and wanted to prevent us from having another problem. Thanks guys for doing a great job and being very professional in maintaining my vehicle.

Terrible automotive service you probably get better customer service at McDonald s Super unprofessional and have no clue on what they re doing. Booked an appointment even told them what was wrong with the car gave them the diagnostic code and they proceed to run another diagnostic well received a phone call that I owe them 109 dollars and I needed to come pick my car up because they couldn t work on it. Well ran into a confrontation with the manager which is super unprofessional by the way. I don t know a place where the customer isn t right lmao. I asked the manager what code came up when they ran a diagnostic with a 20,000 dollar machine and she tells me she don t know .Then to top it off I pay the 109 dollars and they just print a receipt. Didn t even tell me what was wrong with my car or what the diagnostic read. Recommend 0/5 stars Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Bad inspiration came their to get inligment and oil change came back with wholes in my daughter seat said they didnt do but it wasnt their before and even talk about it from of me like i wasnt standing their.. manager took pic and insured me he would call and tell me where to take it bc he was going fix it no call or nothing and had to call them . And was i formed then that they was not going pay for it...never again booking with them

I couldn t be more pleased with the Speed Shop. They do excellent work and make sure only the best replacement parts (when needed) are used. They also do the work in the timeframe agreed upon. They are well equipped to handle any and all work you may need for your car or truck.

My 2015 ford Employer needed front brakes. They replaced them in about a hour and I can`t complain about the cost. Thanks for taking care of my car I will be returning when I need work done.

Car wouldn t start so we had it towed to Speed Shop Auto Repair they told us it was the starter had our car for a week not knowing that I changed starters and alternators before so I know that it doesn t take that long then lied saying that all the lights was flashing on the dash when I got in the car clearly it wasn t they are shade trees trying to steel extra money out of people so I recommend everybody not to go to them this is the God honest truth just trying to help everybody out that reads this before you guys take your car to them and have all the problems that we had with them
