Had the tie rods and ball joints replaced here and within a few months was involved in the most catastrophic vehicle malfunction I have ever seen. They refused to help in any way replace what was damaged. Go to Matt's tire across the street instead of you value your life and car.

These guys are awesome the prices are always reasonable and for some reason if they ever go out of business they could go into NASCAR because they get your tires changed quick and when they're busy they seem to find a way to get you out there under a half an hour

Go to my page on Facebook and you'll be able to find all of the money I lost coming to this establishment: Twin Twin ( I'm standing with my mother who passed a month before this happened to me)You can tell he's use to telling CERTAIN customers to come back so he can fix whatever he had Already was suppose to fix.WHEN I INITIALLY DROVE OFF I IMMEDIATELY COULD TELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG. IT WAS A CLANGING NOISE COMING FROM MY REAR END AND THEN.... THAT'S WHEN I NOTICED THE B.S THAT WAS ABOUT TO BEGIN. IT'S APRIL 2ND AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF, your family and YOUR FINANCES A FAVOR BECAUSE YOU'LL END UP LIKE ME FIGHTING TO GET ALL OF THE MONEY BACK THAT I PAID HIM. 780.00 GONE BUT IT'S NOT OVERBringing my vehicle here for service was absolutely the worst thing I could have done to myself. NOW I'M RIDING UBERS AND LYFTS (MORE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKETS) UNTIL I GET THIS SITUATION RESOLVED WITH ANOTHER PARTY I'VE HAD TO INCLUDE IN THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION. THE FIRST SIGN SHOULD OF BEEN WHEN I HAD MY OLD BATTERY REPLACED WITH THEM AND WHEN THEY WENT TO DRIVE MY CAR OVER SO I COULD LEAVE AND IT WOULD NOT START. Then that's when everything else started happening and thos was AFTER the fact that I ALREADY PUT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE COMPANY'S HANDS. NEVER EVER PUT MONEY IN their business until YOU TEST DRIVE YOUR CAR. I BASICALLY LEFT WITH OTHER THINGS GOING ON WITH MY VEHICLE PLUS I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL TOW FEE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY ($70) TO HAVE MY CAR REMOVED BECAUSE I was unable to drive it home.

This guy can get up every single day knowing that he s taking money from the people in his community. He promises services HE CAN NOT PROVIDE. It cost more to go to a dealership BUT COMING TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL DEFINITELY be spending more PLUS WITH A CAR THAT STILL HAS MECHANICAL ISSUES. Do Yourself AND YOUR MONEY A FAVOR

Got a fuel pump done there for 400.00 and the fuel pump isn't good this happened this year now the manager Joey said there is a two year warranty and if any problems they'll fix it . Took car back up there they miss diagnosised it for something totally unrelated to their previous work come to find out it's still the fuel pump.honestly I'm afraid they gonna eff the car up more to do what they didn't do in the beginning but nobody got 400. To be throwing away. I want my car done right and for the price it should have been done correctly. I got my receipt and I will be taking them to court if they dont honor the 2 year warranty. I don't recommend anyone to take their car to them if they expect the job to be done correctly. You could loose your life and you definitely gonna loose your money. And I don't say that lightly looking at these reviews. Please do your research cause I did not and I'm paying for it now..And if you got good sense stand up there and watch them if you know something about cars or youll be sorry .

They gave me a tire that had a hole in it, and when I got home I noticed it and they wouldn't wait 10 minutes for me to bring it back for them to fix it so I had to wait till the next day to get a new tire. They didn't offer to knock off a few dollars and I missed two days of work because

Been going here for a few for tires.. Paid for new rotors & these boys put on old ones for full price.. Went to a real shop & the men said rotors are bad! What a coincidence..

Good place to go if you need a quick fix for a tire or to get some tires. Few times had my jacked up too high and nearly slipped off the jack from inexperienced ppl but giving them room to learn and grow is what a job is about. But other than that this is my go to spot to get tires and plug tires if needed.

If you need anything done trust go to them they do everything tires, mechanic stuff, and towing. They open everyday except Sunday. And they work is amazing. And they quick. Hands down best shop I have found

Got brand new front brakes and rotors from Simuns and here I am early in the morning at NTB getting them fixed because of knuckleheads who work for him. The moron who installed them didnt install the hardware correctly. Not only are the people who work at Simuns very rude but they are also complete idiots. They let me take my car home prior to this incident with bad knuckles and bushings on my back tires and told me their is nothing wrong with my car and what i was experiencing is normal. These people are crooks. Come to find out they didnt bother replacing my calipers. One of the calipers were completely frozen. Be careful bringing ur vehicle there. Their help work in sandals and look half baked

I had the coils changed out and a tune-up done on 1/27/23. Asked for OEM parts SEVERAL times. Did not receive an invoice when I left--just the credit card slip. Car was okay for about two weeks, then light came back on and it began to misfire. Took to another mechanic who could see from outside that OEM parts were not used, they charged by $40 for this information. Found out they did not use Ford parts (for which I paid $750 for parts and labor). Went back and was given a hand-written receipt w/ date of 2/23/2023. Confronted Joey and was told to bring it back and that they would fix. Told him in front of employees and customers that they would never touch my car again. I've worked for Ford Motor for 23 years, and this place is unprofessional at best. Will see him in small claims court. Suggest you RUN to the next shop and stay far from this one.Update: called the business and quoted $250 for labor. Bought original parts for $105 with tax from a dealer. So, cost should have been $355 total, charged $750. Also, be aware they will offer you 6% discount if you pay cash aka dollar bills.

This place is an absolute joke! I would highly recommend going elsewhere. We took a pair of tires to be mounted and balanced. They didn t clean the old bead seal off, in order to seal the tire correctly. So we went back two times after this to try to get them to correct the situation to be told on the third visit back to the shop (because the tires are still leaking air after the mount and balance job) to be told that they needed to be redone completely and would cost an additional $80! We had already paid $100 to have two tires mounted and balanced, and value stems replaced so why should we have to pay an additional $80?! Poor customer service, and a shop that can t own up to their mistakes! I would avoid these people at all cost. This is highway robbery at its finest!Update on previous review. So we went to a more credible shop and found out that the reason the tire in question was not holding air was due to corrosion and a big hole in rim. Now the guys at Simuns never mentioned this to us and had of seen it while mounting the tire. Yet they wanted to charge another $100? For what something that wasn t fixable?? I mean no disrespect, and I ve always heard good things about Simuns in the past but I ve heard this is not the same place it use to be from several other individuals I know and trust . Please buyer beware!

Corey was the technician that assisted me. He took his time and made sure that everything was exactly to my liking and even pulled one of my front wheels back off to check my brakes after he had finished the job. A1 customer service and great prices! I would recommend them to everyone!

Needs to work on customer service. The phone conversation gets zero. Rude and uninformative. Until I asked for the owner. And then I felt the cold shoulder. Failed the test because I have a business where I'm buying all unusable tires.

Great prices! He changed all of my brake pads with his in house products and put 4 new tires on in less than 45 minutes. He also didn't make me pay for any unnecessary work. I'm big on customer service and he now has a loyal customer in me.

Almost always very busy! But they will get you in and out quickly. They do excellent work and I recommend them to my friends. Wonderful price for tires for my car and an oil change. Will be going back as soon as its time for my next oil change.

In the last 2 months these reviews have went down hill and I see why. No communication. They are a tire shop and from the reviews on the last 2 months not a good one anymore. This is the third time they've had my car family Auto send me there. If I had to pay for it I definitely would not have sent my car here buyer definitely beware

Fast and good prices.....BUT .....I bought two tires and after about 300 miles one of them came apart.Theres no guarantees or warranties .....i should of gotten the cheap walmart tire for twenty more dollars.I included pics of the tire

Absolutely one if the best tire shops around for working people on a budget. All the staff were so kind. They did all 4 tires so fast. I have had tires 2-3weeks absolutely no problems. I am a very satisfied customers and will send my entire family and friends.

I ve been going here for years it s always someone new and younger that helps me this time I almost lost my life due to the young man not securing my lugs. I am very disappointed with this tire shop now cause it s not way I spent 1000s of dollars with them for a simple things that could ve been avoided if there wasn t the lazy YOUNG workers

I stopped by needing front tires, not having much time to spare due to work hours. Joey had me ready to ride in 15 minutes. Very friendly atmosphere and LOW PRICES. I definitely will be a return customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! One of Simun s employees did not close my hood on my vehicle after getting my oil checked. I got on the highway and my hood flew open and shattered my windshield and dented the top frame of my car as well as messed up my hood. The owner and his son are both very rude and gave me a hard time and the run arounds about fixing my vehicle. I drove a week before they replaced the windshield. It s been 2-3 weeks and my vehicle s body work is still not fixed. I have called and came to the shop numerous of times and the owners son stated that my dad has other shops and more important things to do other than worry about your little vehicle. I don t recommend this company to ANYONE!

Simuns Tire and Brake is a great neighborhood mechanic shop. They do more than tires and brakes so don't hesitate to ask about there other services and pricing! They move through the work quick and efficient so if they dont have a spot come back in a bit and you'll be worked right in!
