The manager lacked good customer service. I came in to get a tire change 35 minutes before they closed, and he basically was telling me they are about to close and he can't do it. All the employees were just standing around and there wasn't any other customer. I had to tell them I would tip extra money until someone on the staff decided to do the work. They finished with my tire change 5 mins after the closing time. We waisted 10 mins going back and forth because he wanted to shut the store down earlier. The staff was actually nice, but the manager from the NYC made the entire experience difficult.

Great people who know there business. There advice was invaluable. They have a great selection of rims. I thought they would have to order mine because I have a strange size. They had the rims in stock! These men work fast and they make sure you leave satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Purchased a set of 22 s about a year ago and didn t have a good experience. Just purchased another set and Robert and his team really took care of business. Big ups to the team there

I recently purchased wheels and tires for both my wife's and my cars. Robert, the store manager, and his crew of employees worked very hard to ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way with both our purchase and the performance of our new wheels and tires. In addition, they were both knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with during every facet of our transaction. I can recommend Rimtyme in Greenville with the most whole hearted enthusiasm.

My experience with Robert the manager was really great he was very knowledgeable and honest about what he would recommend for my vehicle after telling him what range I was trying to stay in and the look I wanted.Taylor the tire tech was great as well he made sure I was happy with the tires I got. They are really good folks. I will remain a loyal customer to this location for all my rim/tire needs.

Hi I came in looking for a set of rims for my Chrysler 300, Mr c greeted me right away and took time to take every rim I wanted outside to put beside my car and find the best one. I was very happy and I will be back.Thank you MR C

I had rims and tires put on at this location last year on a Saturday because that's the only day I have off. I was told I can get free air, tires balance and rotation anytime I called back today to schedule the service on Saturday. And I was told it can only be done mon Thursday. I advised the manager that I purchased my rim and tire package on a Saturday therfore I can only come in Saturday. He refused to connect me with the owner or corporate and kept repeating himself like a parrot. I'll never do business with them again and I'll tell all my company owners the same if I purchased rim and tires on Saturday then obviously I should be able to come back and get a 30 minute worth of service beyond stupid. And when I purchased by package on Saturday they did the rime alignment balance and tire rotation.

They fast but don t care about fitment, rode 4 month front tires was cut due to the fit, bought more rims bent because they too small waste of money

Had a last minute tire problem minutes before a long road trip. On a Saturday, the people at Rim Tyme were graciously accommodating and helped me get back on the road immediately. Thank you for being such a blessing on a chaotic day!

About 8-9 months ago I went there to get my car some dope rims & let me just say how cool, professional, understanding and patient they were with me, I was & still am in love with how BEBE (my car) looks with the new rims. Thank you guys for being awesome & sorry for the extremely late review

Talking to the supervisor sharif today made me realize you shouldn t act out of frustration with a person that didn t have anything to do with the situation that happened he was professional and understanding and willing to fix the situation that he didn t cause showed outstanding people skills and down to earth attitude

The customer service was amazing. And the selection of wheels was huge. The group of guys that took care of me were all well mannered and were helpful and welcoming from moment one. And apparently the installation guys were on their game too. From pulling in the lot to walking out the door was an hour and a half at most. And thats leaving with brand new wheels and tires. And lastly, they absolutely murder their competitors on pricing.

C was fantastic! After searching online for several months, I finally narrowed it down to the style I wanted. I read some of the other Google reviews from Rim Tyme and went in to check them out. Not only did they have tons to look at and compare, but C took out my favorite ones so I could see what it looked like in person. I love my new rims and couldn't be happier! Thanks C!

Walked in and was welcomed with a warm greeting. Did not have to wait for assistance. "C" a very nice gentleman working here was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The whole process took under and hour. I'm so glad I stopped by! I highly recommend RimTyme!!

Had a couple vehicle related issues that made it very hard to find rims that would work. The guys did everything they could to find something that would fit -doubled checked /triple checked their inventory. Gave me a great deal and the process was very fast. I had just bought new tires but ended having to go up a size for rims, Demetrius researched how I could get a refund since I just bought the smaller tires! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend RIMTYME. Will definitely come back in the future.

This is by Far the best place to get nice high quality rims! Thanks to my boy Cee and his crew at RimTyme for getting me some new 26inch snowflakes for my Ram! I m so happy with it and they know just what to do and make you feel right at home!

Take your money elsewhere! Once they have your money They could careless if you re having issues with the tires purchased. So I reach to manufacture so they could answer the concerns I m having with the tires , and as I was giving them the tires information they said those tires in specific had a Recall and to reach back where I purchased them from and have them reach to manufacture so they can order replacement. It s been more then 7 business days since I call the shop and no one has gotten back to me ! Smh spent over 2k with them to get treated like this .

I was greeted as soon as I came through the door by Rah Rah, He was very knowledgeable with professional customer service , and he helped me find exactly what I wanted & for a price that can t be beat. I even walked next door to rent and roll (because I like to shop around and get the best deal) and got quoted $600 more for same rim & tire set. I HIGHLY recommend RimTyme, & Rah Rah. Professionals at work! Thanks again Rah!

We like our product but gave them our card number for automatic draft and after we paid it off they are still drafting!! They reimbursed us and now 2 weeks later they are taking it out again!!! It is already scary times with giving out credit card information and for a company to be so careless is so untrustworthy will never do business with them again!!!!

I love to give people a hard time life s to short it was nice to see them going with the flow. They made waiting on my rims a very fun experience and the rims were everything I wanted them to be! The service was quick and clean.

These guys took great care of me. Hit a pothole coming from Pittsburgh to Atlanta. Got stuck in Greenville for the night. I called got my truck towed there.. They were done before I got done eating lunch across the street! Definitely recommend!
