I left Atlanta and was heading to Charlotte and my windshield wipers slapped each other and one of them stopped working. I felt like it was no longer safe to drive so I called around to see who could fix my car quickly. Precision tune auto care told me to come immediately. They were so helpful and nice. The guy told me my bolt was lose and fixed it quickly. We had a nice conversation while I waited. Sometimes you get lucky and stumble upon great places like this! Thank you!

C.J. Moore and his team are exceptional. This is one of the best mechanic shops in the upstate and I would know since I have been to several. Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable technicians, and extraordinary expertise. I highly recommend this shop for any mechanical needs when in the area or for consistent maintenance.

Do not go here for any reason. We came for an easy fix for my sunroof in June. They said they would get back to us. Never did. We ve checked in multiple times over the last 6 months and no one ever has answers. They simply tell us they will get back to us. Adel or Abel who is the district manager was supposed to call us but never did. CJ the manager who was here for two weeks (he roleMe that at least 4 times) was a mess. He had no answers and has no customer service skills. They re not good and not professional. Don t waste your time.

Genuinely had the best experience here. Got my car towed there to get inspected for an insurance claim. I communicated with CJ the entire time and he was wonderful. Extremely helpful and nice the entire time!! Thank you

I have come here for my oil changes since around 2005. They are professional, friendly, and do great work. My van was leaking oil after xmas. I was able to bring my van in and get it fixed in 1 day. I would highly recommend them. I only take my cars here.

I had an issue with my spark plugs and CJ and the team did an awesome job getting my Subaru taken care of! They have always figured out any issues for my car that is still going at 188K. I trust these guys!

I come to precision all the time!!I love these guys!!!!! my last visit though they forgot to put my radiator top back on and my car immediately started running hot but I m a smart girl and keep radiator fluid in my car pulled over. I looked underneath the hood. I called them and let them know the situation and he apologized and is going to provide me with a free oil change when I come back. Things happen they were very busy, and he took the time to find out what was causing my car to jerk, (oil leak), but I have always have a great experience with them, everything about the company and mechanics are awesome!!

I had an engine light come on and found it was related to emission issues. I stopped into Precision Tune Auto and they explained possible issues that could be wrong, before runnibg diagnostics. I returned to have diagnostics run and they are fixing the issue today. The techs are all couteous and thoroughly explain things, which is helpful. Very fast service. I will definitely return if I need service in the future.

Exceptional Service and and Friendly Staff. Chris was very knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered promptly. He kept me updated with the status of the service throughout my time there as well. On top of that, the service was timely too! I was able to get everything needed just on my lunch break. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

I was having an issue with the temperature gauge as it was running hot . I took the car to C.J Moore and asked him to find the problem. He called me within an hour and explained what was wrong with the car and provided me the cost of the repair. I asked him to proceed with the repair as he provided a very reasonable price . The repair was done in a very timely manner . i was very happy withe service that C. J. provided

Went to precision on woodruff road in april for an oil change. Used a coupon for the service where they will check the vehicle and also top off any fluids that are low. After the oil change, I headed down to Charleston. While on the interstate in Orangeburg, SC (about 100 miles driven after the oil change) I noticed all of a sudden it was difficult to get up to speed to go with the flow of traffic. My cadillac cts was having a hard time changing to the next gear to get to around 65 mph. Then the car just completely froze up and started smoking a lot! Luckily i was in the right lane and was able to veer off to the side of the road. I opened the hood and the smoke was ridiculous and even had a small flame for a minute. When i opened the hood, i noticed the radiator cap was off!! They filled up the fluid and forgot to put the cap back on and blew the engine. Total negligence! After this happened i called precision and let them know what happened. They assured me that someone would reach out to me soon. Almost a month later the district manager called me back and said there was nothing they could do. They needed something "black and white" in order to fix it. He also said "this happens with cars with over 200k miles (the cadillac has 216k miles and ran perfect before i took it to them for an oil change)I went to magistrate court to file a complaint. In June, they had 30 days to return a written counterclaim which they did on the 28th day!!! Now we had a court date for Tuesday, November 7th. I recieved a call from the magistrate court on Thursday, November 2nd saying the court date had been continued because precision decided to get an attorney at the last minute and needed time to go over the case. (What big company doesn't have an attorney on-call or why would they need an attorney if they knew they did nothing wrong?)I have talked to multiple mechanics and all of them have said that leaving the radiator cap off would definitely ruin an engine beyond repair!BEWARE of these people. They will not take ownership of their mistake, and if something happens they will drag it out as long as possible hoping you will go away!

The worst ever experience whatsoever. The previous manager/owner was better, but the new guy is extremely rude, over smart and has way too much ego. He does not know professional approach to work with his own employees and customers. He treats his own people disrespectfully, which was so obvious just observing from the waiting area, which itself is so small and dirty, TV runs loud, they talk trashy, over charges for simple jobs, and thinks that they are doing a favor to the customers. They quoted hundreds of $$ when there was not even a problem with those parts. Not a choice at all. I went to AAA which seems to be much more satisfying, and saved around $600.

5/5 experience here. They took great care of me and my car, explained things well and didn t pressure me into anything extra. Chris is the best and one of the most caring people I ve ever met and deserves a lot more praise for the great job he does. The crew working on the car were super respectful and took good care of everything. The customer service was top tier. HIGHLY recommend this place. Will be exclusively going there as long as Chris and his crew are running it and will tell all of my friends to go there.Service: Brake service & repair

These guys and this store are awesome! We ve taken all of our cars there for routine oil changes and have always been very pleased! Today I needed to have my front driver side brake pad checked out. They immediately found the issue, quoted me a very reasonable estimate, and started working right away. Less than 5 minutes later they had it fixed and on the road for a test drive. All was well, and less than 20 minutes later total, I was out the door and back on the road safely! At no charge after all! Highly recommend this store!

Came in at 9:00 am on a Friday and Chris took great care of me. Just spot on with how long it would take, and took care of everything I needed with my oil change and tire pressure check. Done within an hour and I was a walk-in. My favorite place to get my oil changed.

Had a brake issue Memorial day. Stopped in and was greeted right away. They had problem diagnosed right away. I agreed to needed repair and added an oil change all done within 60 min. Mgr was honest and up-front. Will recommend this location to allService: BrakesService: Brakes

Chris was absolutely awesome! He was able to diagnose the issue and tell me what was wrong. He was very honest and kind. Came back a week later with the part needed and he was quick and prompt! Purchase Replacement parts Somewhere else but let these technicians install it. Good , trustful labor. Will schedule replacement of front & rear break-pads, because they gained big trust. Usually, nobody touching my family car s breaks, but myself. I know what to do and trust my quality work as mechanic/mechanic engineer 100%. Any other reaches a maximum of 99%.I keep you updated about my experience and I am positive, that the next review will be 5 Star rated again.

I was in town in the middle of a long road trip, and my Jeep Compass had started making a rattling noise. I was short on time, but nervous to drive all the way back to Quebec. Chris was incredibly nice and courteous, and the team was able to look at my car right away. They did a thorough inspection and let me know what the problem was, and that I would be fine to get home.

Great people. Called about a hour before they closed on Saturday and the manager said come on up and if he had to stay after they closed it was not a problem. My wife s air went out and he ran diagnostics on it. It was low on refrigerant so he added and started blowing cold. He stayed about 30 mins after he closed and then had to close up the shop so he probably stayed a hour, hour and a half after he had to. Great service and very genuine. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
