I was caught in a hard place while traveling, and reached out to a couple tire shops to get back on the road. These guys were the friendliest, most personable, and the most willing to help. Fair prices, and got me back on the road within a few minutes. I d highly recommend them, and I m strongly considering driving a couple hundred miles just to buy a full set from them when I need it.

Phenomenal service. Helped me out with a flat tire recently and a patch job. I told them to just let me know if any of the tires needed replacing in general, because I know nothing about vehicles. They were honest with me and told me all my tires looked fine, and didn't try to scam me or get me to buy something because they knew I lacked knowledge. I really appreciate the quick service and honesty, and will be going back for all my automotive issues in the future.

If I could give more than five stars I would! After a TERRIBLE experience at another tire place down the street this place was amazing! The people here are so wonderful and welcoming and my tire was fixed within 30 minutes. Truly amazing! I will definitely be coming here for all of my future tire needs. Highly recommend!!

Had my car towed here because I have worked with them multiple times in the past. However, that will no longer be the case. They charged $70 for an oil change, which in my opinion is a lot for the vehicle that I have. Also wanted to charge me $900 for an alternator and battery. I took it to another shop, had it fixed the same day for HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper. Do your research on the cost of parts/labor before you give them the green light to fix anything on your vehicle.

Been here several times over the last year. Mostly easy things like new tires and oil change. Picked up my van today and they had failed to lock the car up overnight and someone had gone through the vehicle and stolen some items. Left their food wrappers, lighters, and my van a mess.James (owner of this shop) chose to shrug it off. When I asked "aren't you even going to apologize" he scoffed and said "well I mean that's obvious" (that he was sorry). Complete lack of remorse.This incident resulted in an afternoon spent dealing with the Sherriff, filing a report, and beginning to replace paperwork (stolen car and insurance documents). What a headache.If you're looking for a business that doesn't take responsibility for their work (and your car!), give James a call.If you're looking for a business that operates with integrity, compassion, and basic human decency, call someone else.

I stumbled upon this company by word of mouth and I will not go anywhere else! James is terrific and does a fantastic job. He goes the extra mile for his customers and definitely did for me when my car took a dump and I ve taken my vehicle in for a few things now and him and his team take great care of my car! He s very trustworthy and is up front and honest! This is where you want to go I promise you!

Took my wife Jeep in to be diagnosed. I'm a mechanic the almost all of my repairs myself been doing it for years. Unfortunately her Jeep needed a professional shops computer to build to a diagnose and issue which I don't have. They told us that the transmission solenoid pack was bad and that they couldn't fix it anyhow because they do not go inside the transmission. I ordered the solenoid pack Factory not aftermarket install it with no issues. Go to start the Jeep same as that problem as before. So I called them and I explained the situation. He said you can bring it back in and we can rediagnose it. I asked them would there be a charge and he said yes. So I asked him why he was going to recharge me when he misdiagnosed the problem the first time so I asked them hold on if you guys did go into the transmission and would have made this repair and it was not correct would you have charged me for a part you would start in my vehicle that it didn't need he got to stuttering. And then had the nerve to ask me why I was getting rude with him when it was completely opposite. Never was rude with him just asking him simple questions never even raised my voice. Although yes I was upset after he told me there would be another charge. Be careful cuz they may be charging you for parts that you don't need in other words they are Parts changers not repair specialist

Over the course of my lifetime, I have frequently told myself that I needed to go to a mechanics school so that I could hang in a conversation about what work my car may or may not need. Since I found Poinsett Tire and Automotive, I no longer feel like I need to protect myself against mechanics looking for ways to charge me more money. These guys are TOP NOTCH, trust worthy, and do everything they can to please their customers. If you haven't already, give these guys a try! I'm confident that they will earn your business!

Replaced all four tires on my Jeep. Clean, friendly and very helpfulI called quite a few places on price, they are the best. A lot of places where I deal with car issues, seemed to think that since I'm a woman, they should tell ME what my vehicle needs. Not these guys, made me feel at ease. Also, NO UNNECESSARY mark ups or upsell! I will definitely recommend.

I had my oil changed here several months ago because I found a coupon on Groupon. They seemed professional enough at the time but I went to a different place when it was time to change the oil again and they couldn't get the plugg out. They informed me that something had been done to the plugg on my last visit and they couldn't remove it so I would have to go back to PoinseTt tire and get them to remove it so I drove all the way back up there to tell them what the other guy had told me and I told the guy I should receive a free oil change for having to drive all the way back up there to get my oil changed. The guy I spoke to was very rude and he said some rude things about the other place I had gone to although he didn't even know who they were. He took my car and checked it and told me there was nothing wrong with the plugg that he was able to get it out fine but then he turned around and said the plugg needed to be replaced but he never offered to replace it or never asked me if I wanted an oil change. I thought it very rude that he didn't offer to do that for me and I couldn't understand why he told me there wasn't anything wrong with the plugg but then turned around and said it needed replacing. I will never go back there again because of his attitude and his unprofessional ism

We came for our 4 wheel alignment and it was done in about 30 mins. The service was very professional and quick. They do their best to get someone who's waiting on their vehicle out of the waiting room quickly.

My wife and I have taken both our cars in quite a few times and we love how great the service is! Quality work and very reasonable pricing. We are more then happy to be returning customers :)

Usually this place was good and I trusted the owner because it seemed like he told me the truth about my SUV. I felt good going there as a woman and that was very important until 9/11/21. This time the owner was rude, disrespectful, and did not want to hear the issues, and talked over me. His technician is more reliable than he is and told my husband that those repairs were not needed. The owner charged me for repairs that were not done. Be so careful!!!! There are so more bad reviews on Groupon!

Very welcoming and homey on the inside you'll feel right at home. They make sure before you leave if there's any issues with your vehicle they've found to let you know. They are patient, funny, and just a great group of people that works there. Try them out you won't be disappointed!

Didn t get the main guys name, but he was absolutely amazing. Got me a appointment for today at 8:oo am. Waiting room was so clean, along with bathroom, free coffee, hand sanitizer and masks if needed. Truck runs so smooth and gave me a very good tire price, didn t try to upsale and watched him work with other people. So nice and honest. Would highly recommend and will be going back for my next oil change

I have been to Poinsett Tire Pros twice, both times during dire times with a flat. During both visits I was treated respectfully and the gentleman that took care of me was professional. They were able to get me in on the spot and had my tires patched up quick (30 mins max and even less than that.) Great price too.Would definitely recommend.

Today was the 3rd time I have used Poinsett Tire Pros, and I am very happy with their work. Very friendly every time (only really dealt with one guy... bald guy who is usually at the desk in the mornings, sorry bud, forgot yer name). I had 4 tires replaced on my Honda, a rotate and balance on my Dodge truck, and today I had my oil changed. They took a nail out of my tire that I acquired between the time I made my appoint and the day I got there to get my tires R&B, and plugged it for free. All in all good service.

Called at 11 am to see if I could drop off my vehicle at 12 pm for an oil change to have it ready by 5 pm. Was told it d be no issue at all. Dropped it off at 12 pm and confirmed again that it d be ready by 5 pm. They said of course, no issue at all. I showed up at 5 pm and they hadn t even touched my vehicle. They said they could have it finished in 30 minutes but it was too late at that point. They caused me and it looks like many others a major inconvenience. They must have a communication issue here. When I called and dropped it off I even offered to pay the Groupon amount in cash to save a local business some money. I was looking forward to using them to get some tires, but I ll be avoiding them now, though the location is convenient for me.

Horrible experience! 1st and last time! If I could give them negative stars I would. They told me it would be 59.99 for a wheel alignment. Came back 15 min later and charged me $40 just to look at it. They are by far the most dishonest shop I've dealt with. Stay clear they are quick to just rip you off. I would've appreciated to had been informed that there was a cost to simply LOOK at the alignment as opposed to just throwing the charge on me once they have already done the work! The honest thing to do would have been to advise the customer that there is a diagnostic fee. You are incorrect there are plenty of shops that do free estimates. You folks maybe family owned but your crooked and that's bad business. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know about this experience. Nobody should be taken advantage of. Everybody should know of the shady business you folks do!

James and the entire staff have always been incredibly helpful. I was considering buying a used car and had some reservation about it. I brought the car by Poinsett Tire Pros and James checked it out. I felt 100% confident in buying the car and 1 year later the vehicle is still running strong. Very well run local business with great staff providing trustworthy advice.

Friendly staff, clean and great service. I'm not afraid to use the bathroom here. That is rare for a mechanic shop. I wish I could rate them 10 stars. Also the free massage is so awesome. I love that I can get a massage while I get an oil change.

They are very quick and nice people. I went in for an oil changed and they fixed the air pressure on my tire. I have had a small leak in my tire and they fixed it without me saying anything. I highly recommend them!!

Went in for new tires, the guys in the shop are super thorough, super friendly, reasonably priced, and really good at their jobs. They even reset a message on my dashboard that I couldn t get to go away without me asking. I will definitely be back!

I had an appointment today at 9 and drove an hour there to be told that they cannot do our oil change i spoke with the manager and asked why he didn t call and inform us and he rudely said that there s nothing he can do because he doesn t have a number for me written down.. when booking my appointment they asked me for that information it s not the customer fault you guys cannot do your job correctly i will never ever do business with them again!!
