Had put our truck in shop they had it for 3 weeks . Husband kept having to call them bc the owner didn't write his name n number down . Didn't keep in touch with us about what was goin on with our truck. Then called family auto where we are buying the truck from n told them to contact us n let us know our truck was ready. Not there responsibility . Then when I went to pick truck up it wouldn't start so had to jump it off n then the emergency brake wouldn't release. Bad experience n will never trust them again n haven't had truck back but a week n it's not starting againI don't believe they even fixed anything on it n just said they did. Bc we shouldn't be having problems still if they had fixed it.

Go here if you like to waste money, and get your vehicle destroyed. You will have to harrass the owner to let you know when its ready for pickup. Well really you pick it up with it still not running.

Had to take my van in for a new starter. Chad got the work complete very fast and went above and beyond with his customer service by allowing me to pick up my vehicle after hours due to me working third shift. Definitely recommend this place.

Do Not Go There I Repeat I Had My Car Towed There & It Was There 5 Days With No Phone Call..I Called Them & Told Them I Was Getting My Car Towed Because It s Been Sitting For A Starter As They Say The Problem Was.. Before I Got It Towed They Said It Was Going To Be Free To Check It Out But Now Since I m Going To Get It Moved They re Saying They re Gonna Call The Police To Report My Car Stolen!! Because Now I Owe Them Because I Didn t Decide To Let Them Fix It!! Bad Business Never Again Will I Go There & I Offered Them To Call The Police But Guess What They Met Me There & Gave Me My Key Because They Knew They Didn t Even Look At my Car!!! Avoid The Headache!!!

Y all, do not go to Performance Automotive on Farrs Bridge Road across from Abundant Life Church. My car broke down in November of last year and I had it towed to them. It sat over there for MONTHS before the mechanic decided to finally contact me and say that my car couldn t be fixed. So I had it towed to Brown s Muffler and Tire and within that first day of it being there, I was told that the terrible unfixable problem was just that the exhaust pipe was clogged. It s running fine now. Literally so much stress and frustration for nothingggg.

Took a Ford ranger there over 2 months to get timing belt fixed said they couldn't fix it end up breaking more stuff
