Very supportive. Got a screw in my tire, they gave me some advice on the phone to avoid temporary repair that would not make a permanent repair possible for them. Went there on Sunday morning, the discovered another nail, couldn't do 2 repairs on the same tire according to their policy, gave me the option to change my tires but also gave me an advice of another place that could do it. I took the second option as I got plenty of tread depth on my tire but they accepted to mount the spare wheel for free. Amazing sense of service, I will remember it when time will come to change my tires!

Ugh, another nail in my tire, second time in less than 2 weeks. Luckily these guys were open on Sunday and they fixed this without delay and did it with such professionalism. Am deeply grateful because the next day I was headed out of town. The service was great from greeting to out the door. Thanks, hopefully no more nails.

I m not much the type to leave reviews but there are exceptions. This is an exception. These guys were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They were extremely friendly, funny and non judgmental. They explained to me what was wrong with my tire and let me know what I should keep an eye on.I usually just jump around car places to whatever is near me but this is somewhere I will be returning to just because of the service.These guys earned a returning customer and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Pep Boys on Laurens Rd is the BEST!! Go see Matt, Chris, and the rest of the guys!! They are all great, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, helpful. I went in for a simple tire rotation and balancing and because they always do their regular thorough inspection the found (and was able to show me) feathering on my two front tires with a bubble on one, and brake friction on my two rear tire brakes and that a tire alignment was needed (which I had felt the car pulling left and right earlier that day on a drive from Greenville to Anderson).They also showed me other things minor things that needed to be worked on, but assured me that we could just focus on the three safety issues today and work towards the others later. They helped me with pricing and cost, finding me coupon and price matching. I like that they prioritize safety above all else and work so well with each customer, taking time and care. I saw this not just with myself but also with the few other customers that were there while I was getting my car's work done. I absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE and will be going back for any work I need in the future!!

Pep Boys is a good organization for getting your car fixed. I return there for many fixes. My negative is the wait times can be a bit much. This time I had a 9:30 appt and they didn't start on the car for 45 minutes. Once the started (changing one tire), it took another hour.

These guys are pleasant and courteous to wok with. They got my dually in and fixed my window problem without getting a new part. Fantastic! Rotated my tires and did an overall check on my truck. Great place to take your vehicle. I get a military discount too.

Made an appointment for brakes and drove thirty minutes to get there. Waited for 30 minutes and then asked if having the appointment made any difference. I was told that it doesn't. A total waste of over an 1-1/2 hours of my time. They used to be a great place to take my vehicle no matter where I lived. I will never use their service centers again.

Pep Boys did a great job on my vehicle! I had to take my car in for an oil change before a long road trip. They gave me their recommendations but did not make me feel pressured to purchase any additional services. They also had me in and out in about an hour. I will be a repeat customer!

We just had the best experience at the Pep Boys on Laurens Road in Greenville. We arrived shortly before closing with a flat tire on our way to the beach for a week. They were so accommodating and nice. They quickly and efficiently took care of the problem with smile on their face. Even though it was closing time, they took their time to make sure we were OK and safely back to our trip. AND did not charge us. Thank you guys, what a team!! Very professional! Bonnie and Paul

The online scheduler gave me an appointment time that didn't actually exist. Not the location's fault but rather the company's. This meant my brake pad and oil change took 2 hours to estimate (after they also did a check for brake fluid and such) and another 2.5 hours to actually complete.The following day I came outside to find a flat tire that had been damaged on something in the shop and my windshield spray nozzel had been knocked loose and needed to be reattached. I've also since noticed that one of my headlights was knocked out of alignment.Other than the nearly 5 hour wait and added repairs the staff was friendly.

They were so kind! Everyone I spoke to talked to me in a way I could understand, they were very patient, and got my car in and out quickly even thought it was during black Friday! They answered every single question I had as well with no irritation, truly a pleasant experience.

This was the most amazing service experience I ve ever had. From the manager on down every single person at this stores only concern was taking care of my daughter and getting her tires replaced. The guys bent over backwards to do right by her and we are so grateful. Devyn was the initial contact my wife and I had and he was so professional. So incredibly efficient and so thoughtful and focused on helping us. What an asset to your company and that was our first ever time dealing with pro boys for tires and to have a young man like that as the guy who is leaving the first impression of pro boys on customers is amazing. He did an amazing job and not only should he receive accommodation for this he deserves a raise. He s the epitome of what you d want for a customer service representative. The second person we dealt with was his manager Freddy and after dealing with him it was easy to see why Devyn was so good at his job. Being trained by a gentleman like Freddy was a sure fire key to his success. Freddy made sure that when our daughter came in everything was taken care of and handled so the entire experience was flawless. Thank you so much to these men for a job well done. Pep boys is lucky to have Freddy and Devyn working there and they both deserve a raise.

I had a headlight that went out. I called to get a quote, I took the car in three hours later I was told that although the bulb had been replaced the light would not come on. The technician checked the fuses and the electrical current to the headlight, They could not figure out the issue. I was not charged the entire price I was quoted because of this issue. No up selling on anything. A winner in my book. Will come back for other minor issues with my car.

Shane & Devon are straight shooters and go above and beyond to put their customer's needs first. Even though our car problems were not an easy/routine fix, they kept open lines of communication as we waited on the backordered parts by providing regular updates and their personal cell phone. They even helped fix another company's poor brake job to get us back on the road safely. Also shout out to Johnnie J the mechanic who did the majority of the work. Thanks again!

This is the worst shop to go to if you need any kind of service done, they will tell you lie after lie about what needs to be done, I went down for something I didn t really know about, my engine light was on so I wanted to get it fixed they kept telling me thing after thing that was wrong, I paid them for the diagnostic and went to another shop. The next shop also did a Diagnostic and everything that pep boys said wasn t even true. Pep boys wanted to charge me $3000 for things that didn t even need to be done while the other shop only is charging me $400 for everything that needs to be. I also want to mention one of my friends bosses went here for the similar thing that was happening to my car and they charged her $5000 just for it to break down on her 2 days later. I don t trust this place not ever going back. And I will not be charged triple when it was something simple to fix. They want to try and go around the problem rather than telling you what you should get done right away

Pep Boys staff were very professional and helpful! They couldn't help me with my issue, but gave good recommendations of where I could go instead of just leaving me to figure it out on my own. The manager and staff all also very calmly handled a bad situation with an irrational and absurd customer.

expensive; repaired one side of rear brakes which left the other side old and weak. old side seized up 20 miles down the road after leaving Pep Boys. These should both be done at the same time. No mention of this when I was told what repairs were needed.

Kara made my experience with pep boy s extremely easy she communicated with me every step of the way, with room for zero questions. If every shop had a person as herself who cares for the company and customers they would do great! Thank you I really appreciate everything I 100% recommend this pep boys. Service was great my vehicle is running like new and for a great price.

This was my first time taking my new car to Pep Boys. They were professional throughout the time I had to leave my car there because the car company I bought it from,US AUTO SALES went out of business and denied my warranty claim. Shane, the manager, was great to deal with and showed empathy while dealing with the issues and was awesome! Devin was as well. I do not know the other names of the guys I spoke with, but they were great and professional as well. It definitely made my experience better and easier to deal with. I would most definitely take my car back to them! They did a great job on my car as well thus far.

Shout out to Shane, Freddy, and Kevin!! These guys are great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would go here and sit in the lobby just to hangout! LOL. FYI just in case you want to get Shane a "thankyou" gift, he likes Cannoli's. Freddy is hilarious and is great to go back and forth with. Kevin did so good with my car. He even test drove it and didn't reposition my seat. LOL You can't find people like that anymore! 2 THUMBS UP!!! Wouldn't want anyone else working on my car.

Brought my silver Passat to them for tires!!! Let s just say it was a great effin decision. These guys are honest and straight to the point. There s no gray line everything is in black and white. They were pleasant and informational. Service manage is Shayne, He defines what a manager should be. Very happy with the price even more with the service and to me that s what counts more.Appreciate you guys (Howard Beach ) small world.

Came in for some brake work to be done and they said I needed pretty much everything (brakes, rotors, etc). it was close to 2000.00. I had just had my car at the BMW service center and they said I just needed some pads. I then went to another local mechanic and they confirmed it just needed some pads. I used to trust pep boys but not anymore.
