Well they left my car a mass after I got it back, took two months as well then they broke some connectors of the power seats they actually have a bunch of misfits and no talent bums really working there, the owner is a good guy just everybody else

I took my 2016 Cadillac SRX to Osteen's with severe body/collision damage. Any other body shop would have totaled my vehicle which I did not want. But Osteen's restored my car back to like new condition! I would like to thank the guys who worked on my car, I am grateful! My child was in a hit and run and I had my car towed to Osteen s to wait on adjuster. The car ended up being totaled. Jason was so helpful and helped me in more ways than any other body shop as ever. I highly recommend Osteen s. Very professional in every way. Thanks again for everything.

After reading alot of good google reviews, I called Osteen's to repair my daughter's car after she was involved in a collision and I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job and the car looks great! Osteen s is honest, reliable, and does top-notch work! When I got in my car wreck, they advocated for me and had my best interest in mind the whole time. What I thought was a total loss, they transformed into brand new. When my grandma had her car wreck, they guided her through the best decision that made sense even if it meant less money for them. Amazing! I had bought a used truck, and didnt realize a pretty deep scratch in the bedside. Rather than just trying to fill it, they matched it perfect and painted the whole bedside. Even cut me a deal on price. I am literally sending my mom there to get her door fixed in the next week or 2

These guys are excellent! They replaced both bumpers and a fender on my 350z (picture posted) and they did a phenomenal job.No one could have done a better job paint matching and making my car look as fantastic as it does.I fully recommend their services and I will always take my vehicles here for bodywork/paint.

I have used Osteen s to repair my truck and my daughter s car. Both times I was very pleased with the work! Work was completed and the vehicles were ready on the day promised. They charged me $180 to fix a sagging door on my Chevy truck and only replaced the bottom pin but charged me for the top also and the repair lasted maybe one month. A friend and I fixed the door at home and we are far from being professional bodyshop repairmen.i sure wish I saved my money and not let these clowns rip me off . At the end up January 2022, I hit a deer which ultimately caused some damage to the front of my car. Every body shop in the Upstate was telling me that they couldn t even get to my car until the end of March/beginning of April which was frustrating bc the insurance company will only pay for the rental for 30 days. Although Osteen was extremely busy they were able to work me in based on my situation and the great relationship they have with my adjuster Jake from GEICO (He was awesome too!)They said give them a month but they literally had my car ready in exactly two weeks. I was so happy that everything worked out and seeing my car was just the icing on the cake! My car is 10 years old but I swear it looks brand new when they got it back to me. I would get compliments on my car from time to time but now I swear I get compliments literally everywhere I go. If you re looking for a really great body shop with really great people go with Osteen hands down!Service: Body & Trim

I'm so thankful for Craig and his team! Thanks to him and all the wonderful guys that work with and for him....my brand new (one month old) Jeep Grand Cherokee is brand new again! Thank you for your patients with me and for making it perfect like you promised! I recommend this shop to anyone!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'll wear my tshirt proudly!!!

Craig and his team do phenomenal work on our cars! If something's not right, they will work hard to make it right. My car has always been returned to us looking brand new. Craig and his whole staff are very professional and easy to get along with. Take your car to Osteen's and you won't be disappointed with the quality care they will give you!

Osteen's gave me the best quote of three places. They do quality work that they guarantee. They are very easy to work with and hospitable. The repair work was done when they said that it would be done. I will never go anywhere else for auto body repair work. I would recommend them to others...

Went there because all the other places were too busy and booked until March. Turned out that the reason this place were so empty is people never go back. They try to make the most of the money by telling lies. So no return customers. Candy (the lady boss)told me that they have to replace the bumper. But later said they could have repaired the bumper (instead of replacing new one) when asked by the insurance company. This is the first lie. On Feb. 1, 2019, Candy told me that I will only need to pay the deductible ($250). However, she called me and told me that I will need to pay $450($200 more) after I agreed to proceed with the repair(and the service was done). This is the second lie. It is all my fault, I should have never done business with them. Lesson learned.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update 1:It is my own business to have the insurance company involved or have it repaired through self-pay after I accept the check from the insurance company. This is NOT your business. Also, I am NOT blaming you for finding out that there is damage inside and we had to replace the headlight.My problem with you is the two lies you told. First, you went behind me by telling the insurance company that I asked for the replace of the bumper. In fact, you suggested me to have it replaced not repaired. How to deal with the insurance company is my business, but you shouldn't lie about the fact that you are the one who suggested to replace the bumper.Also, you lied to me again on Friday (2/1/2019). I went to your office right before I went to the airport, and you said you will take care of everything, and I will only need to pay the $250 deductible. This was a lie. Because you asked me to add another $200 if I want to get my car back.Plus, the only reason I chose you over other dozens of other body shops was that you promised to have my car fixed by Thursday (Jan. 31). However, you were not able to finish it until Tuesday(Feb. 5). Yes, I know this was delayed by the headlight and insurance company involvement. Nevertheless, I did not get the benefit/advantage of having my care repaired at your place.Again, I am mainly unhappy because of the two lies mentioned above. Of course, I blame myself for this unhappy experience because I am the who made the decision to go with you. It was an unwise decision.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update 2:Let me add a little bit about the repair of my car by this body shop. When I got my car I was in a hurry, so I only checked it from the outside but did not go under the hood. Last weekend, I was waiting outside Walmart and got time to open the hood and check. It turned out that the driver side headlight assembly mount is actually damaged by them when replacing it. They charged me >$800 for parts only just for one headlight assembly(driver side) . I've just checked price on 1A Auto, the price is $606.95/pair. Note that this is the price for two. So, I can't imagine why would they charge that >$800 for one of them.Nevertheless, I did accept their estimation and I agreed to the price. But, I never said they can put a broken part in my car when I paid for the new one. They did not even mention this to me. You can check the attached photos.

They did an outstanding job repairing my Jeep Wrangler. They handled all the headache that comes with dealing with the insurance adjuster as well. I would highly recommend Osteen s.

Stopped in for an estimate based on recommendation. Fast, friendly service. The estimate was completed quickly and professionaly. I have not had any work done yet, but I will take my vehicle here for the repairs.

Originaly went in to have my bumper mounts straightened, they said they would install my new bumper. I said "sure that would be great" picked up my jeep, got home to find 2 bolts that were never even tightened and the wrong nutts were used so they were about to fall off. Then the very top bolt was crossthreaded and snapped the stud Nutt off the frame on the inside. So no I can't take to bumper off to even fix this issue the CORRECT WAY! Ill have to drill a hole in the frame just to access it. If you want a shop that pays attention to detail. Don't bring your vehicle here. They charged me 250 for a half days poor quality work. Don't waste your time.

This shop went above and beyond when I needed help. A family member had an accident and couldn't be without her car. They stayed after hours and got it ready in two days. They quality was amazing.

Did an amazing job repairing my TOATLED Cadillac they brought it back to like my wife loves it and a happy wife is a happy life thank y all so much just as good quality as porters body shop with such a better price and very generous and respectable staff . Great service all around.
