Very polite employees, returned car paint that didn't match. Got 100% refund and have always bragged on their customer service bc of my experiences at O'Reilly's. Very kind and professional staff. Great selection on air fresheners!!!

I went into this store around 4 today to get a few little things for a trip. Both workers were standing at counter loudly trash talking with 6 -8 sketchy young adults. No one greeted or asked to help me. Several in the group gave me annoyed Looks. I waited in my car for minutes but none of the hoodlums left so I did. Very unpleasant & unprofessional.

Unless you are ready to give your or your customers money away. DO NOT SHOP, HERE. This store has a bad practice of marking the price on the product but charging 10 to 20 more at cash register. If you just have to shop there be sure to take pictures of product on the shelf beside the price shown. When you are at checkout , make sure that you don't get overcharged.

Carlos was courteous .helpful and took pride in his work. After visiting another location and getting bad (I don't really care) type service. I came to the store on Poinsett Hwy to be pleasantly waited on . Thank you Carlos for your great job skills.

I was saddened by the lack of respect I recently witnessed in the store. I was in buying a quart of oil when I heard what I can only assume was the manager, or someone of authority, saying to a Hispanic associate that he needed common sense. I was taken back by what I had heard. How disrespectful and unprofessional it is. Maybe this store needs more training on how to treat others and show better leadership skills

They are always helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about their products as well as vehicles etc. The store is clean and well stocked. If they don't have what you are looking for here. They will find another one of their stores nearby that does. Good prices too! They have went out of their way to help and I appreciate them! Todd, Kyle & Kyle and all the staff at this store are simply the best!

I came in for help with a car that had difficulty starting. Carlos was not only polite and helpful with me, but he remained calm and professional when another customer in the store spoke to him very disrespectfully. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

They were super nice and helpful. Read my codes, gave great advice, and replaced my battery. He was really nice to my kid too. We were in and out really fast with a great warranty.

I bought a relay from a different store (Lauren rd), it went out after couple of weeks of used so i went back to the laurens rd store and they told me it had warranty but they were out of stock. That the poinsett hwy store had one instock. I then drove to the poinsett hwy store and manager (Simon) just look at me and ask what i need it. Proceed it to tell him what was going on and didnt even let me finish and said that all warranties could only be process at the store it was bought from and that he didnt even had it in stock. So i told him it wasnt the first i did warranty return since i go to oreilly alot and plus how he knew he didnt had one jn stock whem he didnt even check in the system. He then asked me to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wont be buying from oreilly no more!

I ask for cheapest thermostat for my car and it was 4 dollars and he told me price and wen TV back and got the ed part rung me up and I slid my wife's debit card cause I was fixing her car and when I got home have her the recipe cause the total charge came to her phone and said they charged me 15 dollars more the the one he went back and got. Great place just make sure they pull the rite part number

I already had a high opinion of O'Reilly's, and today just cemented it. The associate, Carlos, was extremely helpful and friendly. He switched out our battery and wiper blades in no time flat. He told us he had recently moved here from Oregon. He is a welcome addition to Greenville. We will definitely keep doing business with O'Reilly's in the future, thanks to employees like Carlos.

The manager put freon in my car without checking gages, it doing anything else right as per the instructions on the can, busted something now my compressor won't even come on, all the freon I paid for there plus what I already had in my car rushed out, he said oh that's normal I said no, so District Manager called me said store manager denied touching my car. I said well look at the videos you'll see who's lying and it's him. The district manager proceeds to tell me, they don't have cameras and they aren't paying for the damage's. Now they will pay attorney fees too.

Not busy, but OPEN on Labor Day. One counter man we saw was involved with other customers, another one appeared, helped us find wiper blades (were going to be driving into the aftermath of TD Lee in a few hours) and then he OFFERED TO INSTALL them. We were in and out in less than 7 minutes and no dirty hands. Great store!

Very nice staff, this seems to be a trend with most O'Reilly's. Had most of what I needed but but the staff made up for not having the exact parts that I needed 100% will be back.

Engine light came on and I desperately needed an engine scanner. O'Reilly pulled through and landed the scanner. They also explained the codes. Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable!

I like O'Reilly's..you can fix on your cars yourself through them.. But with O'Reilly's help there cheaper than some auto parts stores. Go to your local O'Reilly's and let them help keep your car running good and looking good.. I bought a car cover for my 2003 Infiniti G35! The other guys it was $52 and O'REILLY'S $39

The only place I go for auto parts. The guys are always friendly and know their stuff. I've been shopping at O'Reilly since 2005, and none of their parts have ever failed on my vehicle.
