National Tire and Battery gave wonderful customer service and was very helpful. As well as they took care of my tire alignment with excellent service. They also had a very clean customer service waiting area.They did so good I'm going to go home and bring back another vehicle to have them align. They are the place to get your tires aligned. Also they're very helpful with purchasing needs you might have on tires there are excellent Michelin tire dealer! Thanks again NTW.

Outstanding customer service! Pulled into station thinking my 2004 Sequoia had a rack and pinion problem. Vehicle just turned over 300,000 miles and developed new noise. Zack and Randy worked to get my vehicle into a bay quickly for diagnostic. Once the issue was located, my options were explained and questions answered. They made sure everything was understood. I'm leaving the station a happy person.

I encountered an issue during my drive to Jersey and had to stop by NTB for a tire patch. Brian provided excellent service, being respectful and incredibly helpful. Kyle efficiently patched my tire, and I m grateful for their assistance. I m glad I found this place!

Andy and Otto were great! They took their time looking at my vehicle and explaining everything. Andy even took it upon himself to travel to a part store to pick up the parts due to the delay with the parts arriving. During my wait, I was kept informed of everything. I definitely recommend this location and plan to visit here in the future for servicing needs!

Andy and his team were lifesavers! They were friendly, professional and efficient. They took my vehicle in at end of day to remove a nail and patch my tire swiftly so that we could get back on the road safely in time for daycare pick-up. Great service and pricing too!

The general manager, Brian, and his amazing staff made my Christmas. I was taking a solo trip to visit family on Christmas Eve when my tire pressure sensor went off for the second time. I filled my tires before getting on the road so they were clearly leaking fast 35 psi down to 15psi in only 140 miles. The first NTB I visited was awful. They told me they were backed up and closing early for the holiday which I later learned was not the case. Thankfully, I made it to this location and Brian got in me in right away. He was incredibly friendly and took me underneath my car to show me what issues I was having with all four of my tires (something my last techs didn't notice). Turns out the leak was not my tire but my tire valve. I also got some great advice and the staff even stayed after closing to make sure everything was finished properly. I haven't had an issue since! I'm so grateful for the amazing service and kind gesture during a stressful holiday trip. Thank you Brian, and thank 1503 NTB team! You guys are awesome!

Zack helped me get some better tires than I had ordered for my wife s Yukon. Great customer service. He sets a great example for NTB and the employees that were working hard today. They are fast and efficient

Just got tires from here. Staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and make sure I liked the choice I was making. Felt like I got a great deal. They toque lugs properly. Tires I wanted came in fast. I'll def come back. Thanks Andy and Crew

The best experience I ve had!!! Honestly I came in to get an alignment done and I needed a few things done before it could happen. The guys were so open and honest with me, and didn t just get me out of my money. Very much appreciate and respect these guys. Highly recommended to everyone in the Greenville SC, and surrounding counties. Thanks NTB!!!!!

Last week my husband was in the hospital and me trying to get there I got a screw in my Jeep tire, close to my kid daycare there was an NTB and a little hopeless I went there to check and Brian help me check my tire and he recomended to change it as it was in a corner. In the meanwhile he change my tire with my spare by himself and I was able to make it to the hospital on time. When you think the day is going bad to worst Brian was super kind to help me.Thank you!

Truly helpful, congenial, and respectful service is getting hard to find. They have it here at NTB. I really appreciated that. There is a modest but nice waiting area. I had tires replaced here.

These guys are awesome... they worked late to get my car done, and despite some parts supplier issues and my car misbehaving a little, were able to get it done...it drives great! I want to mention Nick and Tommy by name as they put a lot of hard work into getting my car ready for my trip back to Tennessee. Thanks, guys!

Had to get my car looked at and they got it done very quickly! The guys there are very friendly and know their stuff. I was greeted when I walked in and they explain everything that needed to get fixed. Will definitely be coming back to them any time I need my car looked at! Highly recommend.
