THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! MARCH 2024 MY CAR WAS TOWED HERE FOR A MINER ACCIDENT, A FENDER BENDER. WHILE THERE SOMEHOW MY CAR WAS BURNT UP FROM A FIRE THAT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH!! NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME. THEY MADE IT SEEM AS IF THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED WAS MINOR. IT WAS NOT! MY CAR WAS TOTALED! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR INSURANCE INFO! THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH MY INS. IAM OUT OF A CAR AND I HAVE TO PAY ?! IM FILING A LAWSUIT!

Do not have your car towed here. Do not have work done here.My car was towed here after an accident on 11/19. They have been unwilling to work with my insurance company in terms of the inspection needed by insurance, as well as allowing my insurance company to tow the vehicle out of this facility. So that s been racking up a bill.On 11/30 I was notified that this shop would be the one performing the repairs on my vehicle. Quoted $4,500 in the claim, with repair time taking roughly two weeks.I was contacted today (12/12) to be notified that they would in fact not be performing the repairs on my vehicle. Their reason is that they re booked up. When my husband called, he was told that they had contacted me to let me know. That was a flat out lie, as no attempt had been made in any form (no text, call, email, mail, etc.)So now we are having to pay over $1k for them having done absolutely nothing to help.I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I checked out a car for my daughter. Found on FB marketplace. Was abandoned in Greenville a year ago and police had them tow it. Clean title in-hand. They were very patient while i took about an hour to inspect and test drive it. Paid their asking price, but asked that they throw in paint repair for liftgate. Owner agreed. We got a great deal. No issues at all with them. Car was exactly what they said it was. 5 stars highly recommended!Blessings,John 20:29

Very nice folks. The rules are a bit redundant like i couldn't take my system out the car and we only had 15 mins to get what we needed.. but its not there rules so no blame. Gps said it was on the left when its actually on the right.

So far so good. My car was towed and they were able to work with me to get it back and to my house. Steep in pricing but don't get your car towed and you won't have to pay it. Even left me a quarter on my seat.

I am from Marietta GA , my rental vehicle was in an accident , Shelly was really helpful , the police required a release and I m in GA and the car is totaled and the insurance required me to get the release otherwise claim was on hold , Shelly said she would help me and she went out of her way and got It done , really honest and excellent communication , highly recommend this company . Saved me 6 hours of driving

I dealt with Jodi and Lacey and they were wonderful. They know when you call there is a problem and they talk to you like you are a human being not hateful and that goes a long way. Thank you both for being patient with me.

They did everything in their power to prevent me from getting my car back from having been towed, and kept charging daily storage fees the whole time...even on days when they made themselves unavailable to come in and retrieve my car. It was revealed later that they were doing this because they were trying to auction it.

I had a 2012 Nissan Sentra Quarter panel repaired and Painted! and I couldn t have asked for a better job or Price! Super Efficient!!! Mike s the man! Will definitely go back !
