I've been dealing with this company for awhile now and they seem to practice what they preach about customer service and taking care of your vehicle everyone is very respectful and very pleasant to talk to I will be back and I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who wants there car done right

Awesome experience. In town visiting friends and didn't need my Jeep for a couple of days. They were able to get me in, look over the Jeep, and get my brakes done within a day. I chose to leave her overnight since I didn't need her for the trip. Very personable and very friendly. I appreciate the honesty and what they recommended as far as maintenance goes for my Jeep in the future. If you're in the area and need assistance, would definitely recommend.

Fist time coming here for an oil change and they have won me over. They were very thorough and care about keeping your car in great condition to avoid major issues in the future. They have great discounts and I will definitely be returning to make sure my car stay in great condition!!! Take 5 could never compare!!!!!

Customer service was spectacular! Will definitely be coming back. And a great deal using Groupon as well. Only like $40 total for a full synthetic oil change and I have a 2016 Honda Civic!

Midas has always treated my car and me GREAT. That s why I have been there repeatedly and it is my go to place for my Lexus Rx350. Their prices are fair and competitive and they now provide Uber rides! On top of all this the employees are polite, professional and friendly all while being extremely knowledgeable. Bonus: they will tell you about coupons that will apply for job!

Had an exhaust pipe for an old Jeep I m working on, and need the tip flared and rounded. Stopped in, guys at counter were super nice and simply said no problem . Grabbed the pipe and gave to the tech. They stop their current job, grab the pipe and ask me how much to flare. About 5 min of work and done. Hands it back and says here you go, good luck with project. No charge. Not that it would have been very costly, but they stop what they are doing and then don t charge me. Great service is hard to find, so for muffler or exhaust work, I will only go to one place now. Customer for life based on that experience. Thanks guys

They messed my car up from a simple oil change to something else. But when I get it professionally serviced I will be sending the bill. Because they are liable looking at the legality of the matter. I had no prior issues with my vehicle no engine lights nor any pulling or snatching when I arrived but left that way. That's when his mechanic knew he messed up! I'm glad I video and took pictures before and after that will hold up in court. Don't go here boycott this business. I'm not the only one. And there will be a class action lawsuit against this business. I'm also sending everything to every media outlet and BBB. The state will also know about this place along with the dmv

Customer service beyond car repair... This particular day there was an event at the convention center which caused a huge backup in traffic. The receptionist was kind enough to come out and hail traffic so my uber could pick me up. They are very upfront with repairs, and offer several methods of financing.

Everyone was so nice and helpful at this location. They did the oil change quickly and explained everything that needed to be done in the future for my car. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

This was a great experience. I came in for an oil change and all of the staff was very informative and professional about other diagnostic things that my car needed. Very polite as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for any car needs. I will be back!

This establishment is very informative and helpful with their services ! I always come and get my oil change done and recently just got some new tires and the representatives at this location were phenomenal! The work was sublime and again they inform you on what is best for your vehicle. Check them out!

On my way to work my alternator belt snapped so I pulled into Midas hoping they can help. Within 5 minutes they had my truck in the shop and was working on it. The team talked me through everything and even offered me an Uber if I didn t want to wait there. They were quick and very helpful. I ll go back for sure even if it s just for oil changes.

First time ever going to Midas and it was a very great experience. Thanks to Keagen, hopefully I m spelling her name correctly. She was awesome! The staff was also great and done a great job with everything. My business stays with Midas! I also want to thank my wife Sharon for referring me to this place. For 15 years, Midas on Pleasantburg has been our go-to mechanic! My husband and I are loyal customers, and we always appreciate genuine, good service from these folks. And I love dropping off my car and being offered a courtesy car or Uber ride back to work. Midas has great service!! I was very impressed with everyone at the shop! I came in for an inspection for both Uber and Lyft. They were very professional and helpful as they did such a great job in a very timely matter!! I was in and out fast! They went over my car very systematically to make sure I was in good shape to drive this car for ride share companies Uber and Lyft. The young lady behind the desk was really warm and friendly as well as very helpful. Don t let her small stature and sweet smile fool you!! This little red headed fireball is very kind but she knows her stuff!! Being married to a beautiful woman that happens to work in a technical field has taught me not to make that mistake of under estimating someone like that!! But it s clear who is in charge at the Midas automotive center on Pleasantburg Drive! Thanks to all of you that work hard and do such a great job there!!

Our trusted shop in Mauldin changed hands. I decided to get a second opinion on a $3300 estimate on my low mileage car. My friend reccomended Midas. The repair was less than $200. Today the repair required a part so they loaned me a car. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks

My roommate and I had a fantastic experience here. I just needed an oil change and a weld done on my exhaust and they took care of it quickly and efficiently on a Saturday. Chez was one of the best customer service people I ve ever spoken to- polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, went out of his way to keep us informed. When we came to pick up our cars at the end and one of my tires had low pressure, he filled it up for me free of charge even though they were about to close. I ll be back next time I need service.
