I took my truck to get alignment and it was returned worse than what it came in the reason. To being it to align was because I had new tires. They told me it was because the alignment was done with the cover on, then another guy came and said it was because the tires where bigger and thicker than what it they were suppose to be had to wait 2 hours during my work day. The tires were the exact same it had on before: reason I m giving 3 stars is because they did make it better but it s still shifting to the right and I had to take it somewhere else.

The guys at Meineke are a great group of guys. They're honest with you, will work to save you as much money as possible, will get you in and out as soon as they can, and won't try to dupe you for anything the car doesn't actually need. Plus you can rest well knowing that they know very well what they're doing. Thanks guys!

Best experience ever at a shop. First thing I look at is how many cars they have in their lot. They had just a few. I knew their mechanics were good. They got my Jeep in and was testing as I talked to the manager. Called me the next morning and said it was done. Fixed the wiring problem that I'd looked at several times.They only charged me $51. What a great service and didn't go on about any other things that may need done. Straight shooters, honest, and affordable.

Great service! My car went crazy on a Friday evening. I planned to leave my car at the shop and come back the next day with the key to get it looked at but there was a gentleman there 3:30 hours passed closing time doing paperwork and he was kind enough to take my key and get me in the system for the next day. By the next evening I was driving my car again good as new. (Not saying the fix was cheap, but the service was good!) Very thankful.

I d definitely recommend this place, they were very communicative and one of the guys, Landon, was very chill and easy to understand, and he was very good at helping me out with my car after a wreck. 10/10

Absolutely Awful. Took my wife s car in to patch a nail in the tire, when they said they couldn t told them it s fine and they put the spare tire on. I didn t make it 100ft from the shop before my spare tire was rattling off of the hub. Pulled into my driveway to swap the old slow leaky nail tire back on and the shop still had my jack wrenches that stow under the spare tire. Of course now the shop is closed and I have no car or way to fix it. Only go here if you want your problem compounded. In retrospect, I would drive twice the distance on 4 flat tires until I needed new rims just to avoid this place.

Whenever I have car issues, I call Meineke. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They put the person first. I always hope to only need them for oil changes, but when any other problem pops up, I come here first.

Meineke Car Care Center is my #1 go to car care center; especially for a routine oil change. But they offer more than just oil changes. From bumper, to front end, tires and undercarriage; they are the all around car maintenance center. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a very attentive gentleman named Landon. He took the time to insure what services I needed and also conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle to ensure I was aware of any preventative maintenance issues in the future. I went in on a Friday at 3:30, and I was fully satisfied and back on the road by 4:30 (loved avoiding that 5 o clock traffic on Laurens Rd). I believe that Landon needs to be commended for his exceptional service, performance and professionalism. Thank you so much, I guarantee that I will be back again.

Facility has a nice waiting area with a keurig coffee maker. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got me in for a diagnostic fairly quickly.

FANTASTIC. Dropped off my car at 5:30 pm, smooth check in process. Got a call early the next morning from Louis explaining what they found and what they recommend. I was back in my car by 11:00. Not only that, but I assumed I needed all new brake pads/rotors and asked what he thought, he said my front pads would probably last for 10,000+ more miles so I might as well save my money and not waste the remaining life on em. Could ve easily turned that into an extra $500+ service, but instead he gave me his honest opinion. New brake pads/rotors on back wheels, synthetic oil change, plus tires balanced and rotated, all for less than $650. Quality work, quick turnaround, and honest people. Meineke on Laurens has made a lifetime customer!Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Very good experience with Meineke! I was traveling through Greenville, SC, and the rubber blade of my windshield wiper started ripping. Meineke was able to put in a new one within 5 minutes after I'd been given the run-a-round from two other auto parts stores. I was so thankful for their quick and friendly service which allowed me to get back on the road immediately. I will always use them from now on! Visiting the area for the wknd. My vehicle overheated unexpectedly and on a Saturday noless. Called the shop and they were able to get me in right away and fix the issue. Repairs were fast and not bad on my wallet. I appreciate Roger and his team for helping me in a bind.

I scheduled a tune-up online, which was easy. I had been going to a Meineke in NJ for 15 years, but just moving to SC (3 weeks), it was my first time at this Meineke location. When I got there, checked in, the service guy took my car into the bay right away. I told the Service Manager Lewis what was going on with my car, he gave me the run down of what was to be done and cost. I had to wait awhile because other cars were ahead of me, but the waiting area at this location was comfortable. The service was great, friendly, price was fair and I was satisfied with how my car drove afterwards. This location on Laurens Rd in Greenville will now be My Meineke.

No good service ,went for a wheel balancing, and they leave my hub cap loose they never bolted it back be aware guys always check your vehicle before it leaves the garage and they never own up to it.Service: TiresService: Tires
