Best, professional, respectful and most of all HONEST employees to take your vehicle to for service. This place will make sure whatever issues your vehicle have fixed with cheaper price. The front desk guys are respectful and friendly. As soon as you walk in they treat you like part of the family. I already highly recommend multiple relatives and friends to this place. I can guarantee you that youll never regret or disappoint here at Mason&sons automotive shop.

First time here and I will start bringing my vehicle here from now on. Front desk employees were so kind and professional. They were able to explain everything specific for me before starting their service. Never been to a shop that is fast, professional, and most of all HONESTY and CHEAP . I highly recommend people of Greenville to bring your vehicles here the guys in the field are professional even the owner he s in the field too making sure his guys are doing what is right and honest work. Mason & Son s have by far provided the best automotive repair experience I have ever had! They were able to solve some complex issues that had been affecting my car for quite a while, dealt with dealerships on my behalf, and clearly presented me with options and their recommendations at every step. They were a pleasure to deal with and did excellent work. I will be definitely using them for all my future car repair needs!!

Very happy with the service, quality AND pricing. Mason & Sons was a great alternative to the dealership for our Audi. The brakes no longer squeak - WOW! All around good company we will use in the future.And on top of that, the bathroom was clean! A mechanics bathroom clean, WHAT? To me, that says something! :)

I just want to say that I used Mason & Son s Tire and Automotive yesterday for the first time. They were absolutely professional, respectful, courteous and at a whole other level than any other center I have used in years!They took care of my tire issue and went above and beyond any customer service experience I ve had from any auto service center in a while! They wanted to serve you as a client, inform you of all options for your vehicle and make sure that you felt like family!I will be going back soon to purchase my next full set of tires from them! Their customer service is second to none!!! I would highly recommend them as my top pick!!!

We were in Greenville for Christmas out of town guests at one of the hotels and we had trouble with our Jeep. We were checking out of the hotel that day and needed to get on the road as quick as possible. I found the Masons information on Google and they said they'd be happy to take a look at the vehicle to come right over. JD was at the counter and could not have been nicer Mr Steve Mason and his team of young men,apprentices & seasoned professionals were so polite well-mannered well versed and intelligent at their jobs. Since the repairs were going to take most of the day, we were allowed to take one of their vehicles and drive to a local Mall to kill time and have lunch. They went above and beyond to get us up and running in a timely and courteous manner. We even recovered a follow up phone call from JD the next day making sure we arrived safely home. Top notch people. First rate service. Thank so much guys. God bless oh and I loved that you had a piano that I could play!

It is amazing how hard it is in Greenville to find a qualified, honest Subaru mechanic in Greenville. After living here for 4 years I have found a business that is not only qualified, hones and knows Subarus, but Loves Jesus Christ not in name only but with their whole heart. I took my Subaru into Masons and extensive work done on the car. When the car was not ready on the promised day it was supposed to JD presented me with a gift card for my patience, and this kindness was excellent customer service. I had to bring it back due to the computer not reading the TPS sensors. The team ordered a module at there expense and installed it for me. When the module would not program Masons went out of there way by contacting Fairway Subaru, and arranging for them to diagnose the issue. Fairway Subaru seemed to turn this into a turf war between mechanic shops, and Fairway made excuses why it could not be programmed. Finally after a week of dealing with the unknown I called Subaru of American and they got the Fairway mechanics to agree to get together with Masons auto shop and the issue was fixed in minutes. Mason and Sons never blame shifted, or bad mouthed the Fairway dealership and were just professional and stuck with the facts. After all of this Mason and Sons made sure my car was vacuumed, washed and clean before I took it home. I hav never ever had such a wonderful experience with a mechanic shop such as Masons and Sons.May the Lord Richly bless you and keep you and may His Face shine upon you for your testimony, and your honestly as a first rate Christian business.Additionally my car has never run better since I have owned it thank you for a great job and experience.James M WalkerPsalm 121.

I recently went to Mason & Sons for the first time (mostly speaking with JD) and the service was excellent! They walked me through every proposed service and made sure I was aware of the cost before agreeing, and they washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back! The business clearly has an emphasis on service, and I will be returning.

The best experience I've had with an independent auto shop ever, bar none! Not only was my car (import) fixed, they detailed it too and was super clean when I picked it up. They are honest with their costs and what they do. I recommend them to anyone!

I had just left the freeway when one of my tires went flat. Lucky for me I was at the driveway of Mason & Sons. They instantly relieved my anxiety & proceeded to resolve the issue. They were so honest that they contacted a Firestone dealer to confirm that my tire was still under warranty. They put enough air in my tire to allow me to go to Firestone. I would trust the staff to provide quality services & honest resolution of any automobile issue. I intend to give them all my business in the future!

The people working there are fantastic. They checked out everything in my car and let me know what all was needed. There was no sales pressure and when I was ready they took me thru priority items and let me know what I could wait on until I was ready. Super great team and I will definitely be back.

I called on a Friday and they were able to see me on Monday - and in the meantime, they gave me some very helpful guidance on the mechanical issue I was having, which gave me peace of mind for that weekend period. When I took the car back for the complimentary follow-up to ensure everything was still looking good, I asked if they could help with what I thought would be a quick job of replacing a lightbulb. The issue was more complicated than expected, but they still squeezed me in that day in the midst of all of the other jobs they were working on.It's a great feeling to have a go-to auto shop. The communication was quick and professional and the team kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really enjoyed the invoicing service they use where you get to see and approve the service to be performed, which also includes a price estimate. Would recommend to all in the Greenville/upstate area in need of any auto servicing.

Felt my jaguar riding a little rough on the road after the weather got colder so I brought it in to mason and sons to have my tires checked.They hopped on it right away and got the problem taken care of car rides smooth again. Very friendly fast service, it was great!

This place is awesome! Probably my biggest irritation with having my car worked on is how long it can take. At Mason & Sons, they completed the work quickly, and communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciate how they go over the whole car and address maintenance issues. I had a cabin air filter that I never even thought to check before; it was pretty dirty. They even washed my car before I picked it up! My car drove like a new car once they were finished with it!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

My wife s new to us used car got sent to this shop with some pretty serious damage to the transfer case. I have never met anyone from this shop or had any dealings with them at all. They had no idea who I was as well. Within the first phone call with them I knew I was in good hands and I was gonna get taken care of. the customer service was phenomenal! I spoke with Bailey throughout the process and he made the whole thing a lot less painful as having your car in the shop could be. They worked amazingly with the warranty company I had with the car (who by the way was making the whole thing a lot harder then it should have been) but Mason and sons didn t stop and they kept fighting for us to have our repair covered by the warranty. When the transfer case was repaired they test drove the car and noticed a few other things and wanted to get that taken care of for us as well! Which they did very quickly! These guys are quick, very thorough, honest, and friendly! We ll definitely use them from here on out. First time using Mason & Sons in Greenville and I am very satisfied with their work. My car had numerous issues to take care of and they were not only speedy but thorough too. Really liked that they take pictures and comment on each detail of the inspection. Customer service was great as well. J.D. as an out of towner with a major problem with my diesel truck you don't know anybody in town and have to make a major decision WHAT DO YOU DO? I found Mason and Sons online and close by decided to go talk to them. Very nice people understood my situation and told me that they could help. Took in my truck on Tuesday had it back and running great by Friday in time for me to drive 500 miles (test Drive) got me to Charleston then Jacksonville Fl. Truck runs great no issues and Pleased as I could BE !!!!!. Will be in Greenville for the rest of the year working and will be sure to recommend to anyone who will listen. Excellent customer service! Came in to have tires checked out after tire pressure sensor light came on. They fixed me right up and got me back on the road in less than 10 mins. As a female, I definitely appreciated the help! I ll definitely be back!

JD and the team were fantastic to me. From the moment I called them shortly after 8am, I was met with pleasant service and additional information that helped get my car towed from the parking garage over to their shop. My service was completed expeditiously with updates throughout the day. Very reasonable prices and the service was definitely above and beyond. Recommending this shop to everyone I can :) Thank y all again!
