Left the car just for diagnostics, i was told it would take 2-3 days. Overall I was waiting my car for 3 weeks, because I was told they are waiting for response from the warranty company. nobody from the shop answered neither by phone, nor texts, so I had to go to the shop several times from the different area. After 3rd time visit, I have found out that nobody even contacted my warranty company. I have paid myself for some repair and after taking my car back, I have found out that all issue I had with the car were still present What was the point of being without a car for 3 weeks just for diagnostics, if they have not found main issues overall?! Very poor service.

Lee went above and beyond! I sat inside so many different models and he took the time to show me all the features. I fell in love with this defender and knew I had to have it but I really wanted a tire cover. Caitlin and Lee somehow made that happen even though tire covers are on a 6+ month back order. Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment in June of 23 to have my brake pedal checked out. I was told that a part would need to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part came in. I did not receive a call so I called in July to check on the ordered part. I was informed that the part had not come in and that they would contact me once it did. I never heard from the dealership. I am a teacher and I am not local to the dealership so I must plan accordingly to drop off my Range Rover. Fast forward to December and I contacted the dealership with the same issue (because they never fixed that issue) plus additional issues that needed to be looked at. My plan was to have the car repaired during my Christmas break. During this conversation I informed them that I would need a loaner vehicle (since I am not local). I was told that the earliest they could provide me with a loaner car would be Jan. 15th. I agreed to this date. I arrived at the dealership on 1/15/24 and was told that they did not have a loaner vehicle and that they would have to give me a rental. This was the exact reason that I couldn't have the repairs completed in December. The rental that was provided to me was unacceptable! It smelled heavily like cigarette smoke (which I am allergic to) and it leaked oil all over my new garage. I was under the impression that the repair would take a couple of days so I planed to just wait it out and drive the rental. A WEEK later my Rover still had not been repaired! My daughter was having a baby and I was planning to go to her house which is almost 3 hours away to help her for a week. I refused to drive the smelly vehicle there and transport my granddaughter in that car. Finally, I was able to contact the service representative who was able to find me a loaner Range Rover and I was able to drive the loaner car until my repairs were complete. If the repair had been taken care of in June this would not have been an issue. Also, my husband and I custom ordered my Ranger Rover and paid over $150,000. I would expect to be treated like a valuable customer. This custom order vehicle is the second NEW Range Rover that we have purchased from this dealership. After spending over $250,000 I expect better customer service.

Philip took amazing care of my service appointment. He explained all necessary service and the amount of time involved. He truly cares for people and realizes their time is valuable. He is very knowledgeable about Range Rovers and can answer any questions. He offered a lyft for lunch while I waited. If you have a chance to ask for a service representative ask for Philip.

Wonderful staff all around. Purchased a Cadillac Escalade and had an excellent experience with the sales team. We had to bring it in to get the breaks changed. The service team made sure to get it taken care of for us in the same day and at no cost. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend not only this dealership but Taylor specifically. He was zero pressure, but stayed on the ball throughout the entire process from purchase to install to delivery. There was not attitude or airs, just a good kind person that worked hard for his customer. Even after the transaction was complete he has continued to follow up and check in, not just ignore you like so many do afterwards. If you're going to purchase a land rover ask for Taylor. You won't regret it!

I will never buy a car from this dealership. I had an appointment to look at a CPO 2021 Velar. When I arrived the car was so dirty (including food left in the back floor board). The car had multiple scratches on the bumpers. To find some of these scratches I had to scrape dead bugs off to see if they were actually scratches or bugs. One of the front bumper scratches had been painted over and had overspray on the rubber pieces on the bumper. I was told they could have the back bumper painted but there was a risk of overspray. I responded with not if you have a good painter. I was then told that if I knew a good painter I could get it painted myself. Horrible experience. I left and will never buy a car from this dealership.

WORST SALES EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!The customer service of the Volvo Sales department was atrocious, absolutely despicable. My son and I went in to the sales office and stood there for 15 minutes with no one approaching us to see how they could help us. There were three gentlemen and one lady that each walked by us, never making contact, as if we weren t standing these. A sales rep finally came over but not only made us not feel like a priority, he literally said he had very little time to tend to us. This sales rep, rather than telling us about the product, started with the price!!!We left and went to Land Rover where we were met with even worse customer service. As we looked at a vehicle of interest in the parking lot, 3 sales reps stared at us for five minutes before one of them made a reluctant walk over to us. This sales rep went to find out is the Volvo rep was okay with a new rep dealing us. We waited another 10 minutes before leaving as the rep did not return.This is a freaking shame. Both businesses will lose sales of $85k a piece as I ll take my business to either Charlotte or Atlanta. These very low level salespeople should learn not to judge books by the cover. This wasn t a case of not being dressed appropriately . We were dressed in casual business wear. I d really wonder what of our appearance may have prompted the lack of service we received.

The staff at Land Rover of Greenville were fantastic. They were very attentive to my needs when shopping for a new vehicle. Taylor spent all day with me test driving and comparing vehicles. He was honest and straightforward. The sales manager was also great. She was extremely helpful with financing to help me get my monthly payment where I wanted it. Don was fantastic about taking the time to take me on the rock wall,(more than once)! He is also a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle. Great experience with everybody!

I made it to my appointment early. I was greeted as I got out of my car. The staff was very nice. They took great care of me during my visit. They ensured that I made it to work and back to the dealership after work. Everyone was really kind.

The people in service are very nice, and they completed the work on time. The labor charge however was outrageous. I was charged according to recommended amount of labor required for service rather than actual hours worked. I was billed more hours than the working hours possible between when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. I am unsure how this is legal, but I will look at alternatives for my next service.

My LR4 broke down as I was traveling through Greenville and Land Rover Greenville did a good job getting me back on the road relatively quickly. I worked with Ashley, who communicated well and took good care of me. Dealer prices are very high, but happy with the service overall.

Went in three weeks ago and and showed them the issues, they told me that it would take a week to get the part and set the appointment for three weeks out, I came in and they took the vehicle back for 31/2 hours and came back and said they had to order the part. I did have an issue with one of my keys and was told it just needed a battery. I asked why did it take 31/2 hours to tell me they needed to order a part. I was told they wanted to make sure the key worked and they had to was the vehicle, which I had washed the day before.I hope the next visit goes better

Paid for car repairs. My car has same issue as when I brought it in a few weeks ago. The dealer is not willing to correct the problem. The dealer would not return my call either. I had to call them 3 times.

My Disco HSE 2019 s sunroof trim peeled off in the car wash. Dante fit me in quickly, and the part was replaced. The service is outstanding.

After calling EVERY Land Rover dealership in South Carolina and not getting helped or even a call returned, Land Rover Greenville customer service was a huge step above the rest. They were able to get my car in and fixed in a timely manner and also provided me with a vehicle while I waited. I will definitely come back to Land Rover Greenville for future service dealings. Thank you!

Can I give zero stars? Let s just say the certified checklist is laughable. Stay away from this dealer. Drive somewhere else. Certified checklist but found a cracked rim?Then received one call from the dealership. Only to be asked if I bought the wheel and tire warranty?Spent $2000 replacing a rim and buying a key for the wheel locks because it was also not in the vehicle. Checklist. Laughable.If I hit something hard enough to crack the rim the tire would also show damage. No damage. Land Rover Charlotte, which is where you should go, even said that this dealer should cover this. Nope.Stay away.

I am having a difficult time writing this however, I must express my sincere gratitude for the service I received from them and Dante. They were repairing my Land Rover when I suffered the unexpected loss of my father. Dante had my repaired car delivered to Anderson and the driver brought flowers. I took my ranger rover that I bought in august to have two items repaired/replaced that are both under warranty. They had the car for two days and couldn t provide a replacement then told me late Friday that one part was not in stock and wouldn t come in until sometime next week, maybe. The other critical part ( a hose that is leaking coolant) was not available either and they could not tell me when they might receive. Gave no offer to provide a loner car. Just gave me a gallon of coolant to use in the meantime and left with nothing fixed. I have already used the entire gallon of coolant since late Friday. And no timeframe for getting either issue resolved. The car only had 20k miles on it when I bought from same dealership in mid august. For a luxury brand this seems unacceptable.

Don Ledbetter (sales manager) and the team at Land Rover Greenville are fantastic! I highly recommend them when considering purchasing a car. They are trustworthy, they listen, they do not pressure you, they thoroughly go over every detail of the car and the cost, they deliver on their promises, and they are just high quality and professional people to do business. They definitely stand out and you will be glad you worked with them.
