Good overall experience. They did some warranty work on my Escalade in a timely manner. My only suggestion would be that they should make sure the cars are washed before picking up. I just feel after buying a $100k car it should go without saying. Other than that, good dealership

Very kind and courteous staff. Kept ne informed of the progress on my service. The hand wash on my car is awesome. They take great care of my car and me with coffee water and snacks while I wait on my service to be done.

Mike had me bring my 2019 XT5 in immediately, (a Friday),he had an idea of what was wrong and checked it. Said it was a thermostat and was covered by my warranty. They paid for a rental car over the weekend and had my vehicle ready by Monday nicely cleaned inside and outside. Great experience, but I bought it there and bring it in for maintenance, always been pleased. I live about an hour away.

Unbelievable people to deal with! They made the entire process so easy. Rebekah and Russ kept me undated every step of the order process, delivery and purchase. Had two minor problems at delivery that were handled immediately. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chevy or Cadillac.

Mike in service is very nice. He keeps you posted on your automobile and what you do and do not need. I am very pleased with their work and wouldn t dream of taking it anywhere else.

I have not dealt with sales at Kevin Whitaker, however if their service department is any reflection I would highly recommend choosing a different dealership. Dealing with the Cadillac Service advisor Mike M. has been less than satisfactory and to the point where I as a customer was told to find the contact information for GM. Not only is their information regarding the product and services they sell lacking apparently they lack the ability to use Google. I was shocked to know I needed to take time out of my work schedule to do their job. The situation I am dealing with now only came about because 2 months ago I brought my vehicle in for repairs that failed. if I follow their philosophy, I should have fixed my car as well. Avoid if at all possible.05/05/23 6ish months later, I was hoping I would be able to change this review but unfortunately my recommendation of avoiding this dealership stands true. I hate to generalize my review to the entire dealership because there are some great people who work there, but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. I am still dealing with one of the same issues from the beginning. My car has spent at least 10 WEEKS "being serviced" since November. Apparently the codes don't support my complaint, the same system I was supposed to trust the first few times I brought it in. I must now add unprofessional to incompetent. To add insult (literally) to injury, it's very disheartening to hear employees demeaning you and don't realize you were standing at the corner. All I wanted was my car fixed.

After having terrible luck with another car lot I reached about on a Sunday through email and staff immediately got back with with. Monday morning I was told they would have a sales rep waiting for me when I got there. After getting there Jodie was waiting to help and she exceeded every expectation I could have asked for. She made looking and buying a car so easy! She had everything ready and waiting when I came back to pick up the car I chose. I would recommend these people every time!!

My first experience of walking through the door wasn t great. But after Steven(manager) called and got me with Ken they went above and beyond to try and make it as easy as possible. If you are looking for great customer service make sure you ask for Ken when you get there.

I dealt with Josey very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, after our test drive, she brought me the financial work sheet, to my surprise no junk fees. Also surprised when the Finacial manager Russell showed me the final contract again no junk fees.Russell found the best rate for me. As I brought two pre- approved forms Russell found a lower rate from 7%+ to lower 6%. Jodie and Russell made my car buying experience Stress free. At Whitacker Cadillac go see Jodie, and Russell.

Jerome Bullock and Ken Bowers hooked me up with my 2023 Escalade ESV! They were great all the way around! Jerome made sure I wasn't leaving without complete satisfaction. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and also made it super easy to purchase my new Escalade. Even went above and beyond to make sure we were out of the rain to move all of my belongings from my old car to my new car. So thankful for their knowledge, kindness, and generosity! I would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them!

Traveling from out of state and I came to this dealership for tire replacement. My tire blew out on the expressway. I have full tire replacement coverage. My insurance will cover all costs. However Mike from service said they only except GM warranties. I was told I needed to figure out reimbursement on my own. It s a simple phone call to verify the tire needs to be repaired and they provide a credit card to cover all costs. Mike told me it is not what they do and I had to pay upfront and get reimbursed on my own. Definitely not great customer service! And its unfortunate because I have a 2nd home in the area and I would have used them for service and future purchase of a Cadillac. I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for 18yrs!

Bought an Escalade there in 2017 and have been delighted with the car and with the folks at KW. Sally Berry was our salesperson and she has helped us numerous times after the sale to understand the electronics and other systems. Mike Mauro has been our support guy for everything else with oil changes, warranty matters, tire rotation and all other matters. I'll shop here again and highly recommend this dealership for Cadillac products. The great service and support are outstanding.
