One of the best hotels we have stayed at! The room was so cute, very apartment like but in a small scale with a living room, kitchen, bed and bath!! It was super clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy! I loved the location and how close it was to downtown Greenville and lots of restaurants be it by walking of just a short drive! We don't live too far from Greenville but every now and then we do a get away weekend there and stay for the weekend, we will definitely be coming back for our next outing as we love enjoying downtown and all it has to offer!!Safety: Needs key card for every entry into hotel at night.Walkability: So close to dinning and other activities in the area

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, we were able to walk out the front door and be directly on Main Street. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Each day the house keeping came in and made it cleaner than I could expect having 3 little kids staying in there. Every employee at the hotel was kind and generous. Each morning we were very pleased with the breakfast and pleasantly surprised with the evening reception on weekdays. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who plans to go to Greenville and we will be back!

Very nice quaint and clean hotel. Surprisingly even though they allow pets, it doesn't smell of animals which is a plus! First time visiting for a concert and will definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: Close to the arena

This place is sooo elegant and the room are soo spacious and uniquely design. The vibe around the hotels is a sweet southern charm on the back streets. I was impressed with the Grits they had on the complimentary breakfast. The staff was amazing and the parking was great too. This place is a hidden Gem, very reasonably priced, very clean with a nice decor throughout the hotel. I will most definitely stay here again., Peace and Love Homewood Rooms: U don t want to leave the room because it s home away from homeNearby activities: Downtown Greenville have everything u need and moreFood & drinks: I did go to a bbq place right next door on main st. It was delicious

This place was great! Nice area in the west end of town. Across the street for Fluor field if you are attending the game. Less than a mile walk to everything on main street if you don't mind the walk, most of it is closer. Clean spacious rooms and great customer service. Breakfast was also served every morning, which was great if you are looking to have a quick bite before your day.

I took my 2 grandsons on a fun night get away and I cannot say enough abt this place. From the very second we walked in the door the staff was amazing. The front desk girls were so friendly and made my grandsons feel special. The room was immaculate, the beds heavenly and had everything we could want waiting for us. Everything is with in walking distance and you will never run out of things to do in this beautiful city. My boys want to live in this hotel , do yourself a favor and book now. The breakfast was delicious as well. We will be back .hopefully soon.Rooms: Rooms were brand new, smelled great, super clean, great amenities, comfortable bedsNearby activities: So much to do here. This hotel is located in the beautiful downtown district of greenville south carolina and is definitely worth a visit. My room was cleaned frequently and well. The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts.I've had in a hilton stay. In the surrounding area has plenty of interesting places to visit within walking distance.Rooms: Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and lots of amenities.Nearby activities: Baseball stadium right across the street used for the minor league team.Walkability: Many local stores and restaurants within walking distance.Food & drinks: A large variety of decent food in the local area including fast food and upscale dining.

Humiliating experience so far. I am writing this review while I am actually still staying at the hotel. The breakfast is 6.30 - 9.30. This is the third consecutive morning where there is nothing left at 8.55. When asked, the kitchen workers say "we're closing shop soon". Today my wife and another lady protested quite vehemently and we got some more sausage and eggs after a long wait. I should have taken a picture of the hotel guests lined up like we were at a soup kitchen , with their plates in hand with some leftover potatoes, waiting for the eggs. While the kitchen workers slammed the bins with eggs in anger. This has been a genuinely humiliating experience.Second part is the lack of hot water pressure. We asked at the front desk to send someone and nothing was done.

We LOVE this hotel!! This is our go-to place to stay in Greenville. The hotel staff are also friendly, helpful, and efficient. Even when there has been a slight line at check-in, the wait is five minutes at the most.Nearby activities: The location is perfect and convenient to walk or drive to local attractions. You are in walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. Fluor Field is right across the street, so you may get a peek at a game if you're in the right room!Walkability: It is a 15 minute walk to Falls Park, which is so beautiful and clean. You can ride bikes there, rent a scooter, or just walk and take in the scenery. The hotel is at the end of Main street (West End), so you can easily walk a couple of blocks and have multiple food, drink, and dessert options.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. As they say "no notes!" The staff, the location, the ease of the hotel, and the breakfast were all outstanding. This hotel is right at the end of downtown, so it's very easy to walk everywhere, but easy to get on the highway as well if you are going somewhere nearby. The breakfast every single day was outstanding and not just some powdery eggs. It reminded me of the full spread you get staying in hotels in Europe and had new items every day. Our room was huge, elevators were whisper quiet, and one staff member even held an elevator door for us and then chatted with us on the ride up. Everything was very clean, pool area is super nice Overall an excellent stay and the first place I'll look up next time in GreenvilleRooms: Huge huge roomsWalkability: Right at the edge of downtown, so extremely walkableFood & drinks: Amazing free breakfast

Never have I ever been so disrespected by a GM of a hotel. Front desk is still stellar but the situation with the GM overweighs it all. Never will I ever stay somewhere that charges you miscellaneous fees based on their own assumptions and be wrong but still expect you to pay. Absolutely not. Especially when the hotel isn't even as clean as it used to be.

Perfect downtown location within an acceptable distance of the Bon Secor Wellness Center. I loved the keyless entry to the parking garage and the rooms. My room was clean from the kitchen area, bed, living area, bathroom, etc. Receiving a text from the housekeeper to make sure that the room met my expectations was a priceless touch. I will be staying there again.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and cozySafety: Keyless entry to rooms and the garage made me feel exclusive, and you do not have to worry about losing your key. You can also chose to not show your room number in your app.Walkability: You could walk to several restaurants without leaving the street.

I have stayed at several Hilton properties around Greenville area and this is my new favorite one. Fairly new construction, walking distance to downtown and river district. It is also right next to the minor league baseball park. The welcome reception is a nice way to end a long day before figuring out what to do for the evening. Breakfast is your pretty standard Homewood Hilton hot breakfast. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would need for an extended stay.

Amazing stay - hotel is so well kept we thought it was brand new. We travel a ton and this has been (by far) the best hotel stay in quite a while!! Cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff - very welcoming and accommodating ( especially Siobhan). If you are going to Greenville, you will kick yourself for not staying in this amazing hotel.

Checked in for a weekend away with my husband for two nights. The front desk clerks were nice and able to check us in quickly. Our room was clean but the layout was a little different as the TV could only swivel so far to be seen from the living area or the bedding area. The cabinet the TV was placed on was bolted to the wall. Although no big deal. It is what it is. The breakfast was cold and not edible. The food that was cooked look as if it was sitting out for a while and never refreshed. We ended up leaving to go out for breakfast. When we returned we found that someone went into our room and replaced our towels. I have never been to a place for less than two nights where staff went into a room to clean and change out towels prior to a customer checking out unless it was requested. All of our belonging, personal items and medication were out in the open for anyone to see. I felt this was a major violation of our privacy. Normally we stay at Embassy Suites but wanted to try a different Hilton hotel. We do not plan on returning to this hotel.

Decent enough hotel room, good location.Incompetent staff. You re given two bottles of water on check in, and if at any point you get thirsty again you re rudely directed by staff to buy water from the hotel shop. Thirsty as hell, I was fully ready to just buy a water, even though any hotel I ve ever stayed at provides unlimited complimentary bottles of water, only to find that the only water they actually sell is flavored water.Good going Hilton, way to keep your name prestigious. I m gonna go back to Mariott.
