Jack, Candy, and the whole crew are fantastic. They offer fast and high quality service, are a ton of fun just to be around, and even helped me when I somehow locked myself out of my vehicle. They even got me to work on time.I can't recommend HIS Automotive & 24 hour towing enough.

Very good and friendly place that went out of their way to get my daughters car in an checked out. Then fixed and returned perfectly. Nice to have a place to trust your only daughters car to repaired. Staff was excellent from mechanics to the front end and ownership. Just can't say enough thanks for a job well done!

If I could give Jack and Jake 10 stars I would. Oddly enough, my car was illegally towed by my poorly managed apt. complex the other day. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Jack and Jake couldn't have been nicer! When I realized HIS towing also did automotive repairs, I asked what it would cost to replace a brake light bulb and they charged me a fraction of what the dealership or other garages were quoting as they knew I was having one of those days...Put simply they were so kind, very professional and made a frustrating situation great. There is a reason HIS has great reviews and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Jack and Jake! You guys are are gems that make the Greenville area "the jewel of the South."

I have been using HIS auto for all of my car needs since I moved up here 4 yrs ago. They use the best parts at the best price. And they are so personable, I always feel like Im visiting friends when I go. I recommend them to everyone

Beware: Work is going to be PERFECT. Brought my 08 Dodge Sprinter 3500 in got new ball joints, tie rods, swapped out front tires for New commercial grade tires, and alignment. EVERYTHING WAAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. For the type of work they do I'm amazed at pricing. I was really blessed by this business. If you know real cost of things; you can't do nothing but respect them, and I'm certain you'll be blessed also.

Great service they inspect your vehicle find out what the issue is. Then you are shown what needs to be repaired quoted a fair before they begin any repairs!

On 04/16/2022, I took my vehicle in to Hendrick Honda of Easley due to a bad oil leak that I discovered. The young lady, that checked me in notified me the cause of the problem. She contested that the part (knock sensor) was bad & I must pre-pay for the part to get ordered that was nonrefundable ($157) and the labor was $202.50. I'm not that knowledgeable on engines, but she did not convince me that was the issue. On 04/20/2022, I took my vehicle to "His Automotive of Easley"; they told me the knock sensor had nothing to do with the issue of oil loss, instead, it was an "O ring" in which they repaired for $150. I've had no oil loss since then & today is 04/30/2022. Thank you, His Automotive of Easley, for having the integrity & being honest & helpful I really appreciate it!

These boys did the impossible! I'm attaching a picture of what the were able to pull out of a ditch today. Keep in mind the truck they recovered was heavier than their own. Highly recommend HIS for any of your towing needs!

My car broke down on I-85 during the morning rush at exit 50. Anyone local knows that is the seventh level of hell. These guys made it to me in under and hour and got my car loaded and on the road in 5 mins. The price was more than fair! My vehicle is now safely backed into my driveway with absolutely no damage to the concrete. I can t say enough good things about my experience. If you are in a jam and need towing services, make this your first call.
